Help! I'm starting to tear my hair out trying to figure out why this won't work. I've created an .xml file that I want to import from the Parameters dialogue box. I've double checked the format. If the parameter in my list doesn't already exist, the parameter is created just fine. If the parameter already exists in the part, however, I can get the file to create a Duplicate with the "_1" suffix. But when I uncheck the "Duplicate if cannot Replace" option so that it will only replace the values of existing parameters, nothing happens. It never changes the values of the parameters.  The example I have is a parameter that is simply called "N". Its value is an integer. The Designate box is unchecked. Access is Full. Source is User-Defined. The Restricted box is unchecked. There is no Unit Quantity or Unit. Hello,   I have the following challenge: I want to extract all properties, which are available/present on a certain thing, to an info table. I used the following code to achieve this:   var result = Things[ThingName].GetPropertyDefinitions({category: undefined /* STRING */,type: undefined /* BASETYPENAME */,dataShape: undefined /* DATASHAPENAME */});   My problem is, that it gets me only 999 entries but my thing has more that 999 properties. Is there a way to get more/all entries? maxItems did not work.

Hi community!   I'm installing the Thingworx Foundation Installer for Windows with PostgeSQL.   I already downloaded Tomcat (and inserted it to the PATH), Java 11 and jdk "Amazon Corretto" as well (and inserted them to the PATH),  and PostgreSQL+PGAdmin (and insterted it to the PATH). The file pg_hba.conf is changed as well as indicates in support.ptc.com>ThingWorx Foundation Installer for Windows.   Then I tried to create the keystore in the Java/bin, I've opened the cmd as administrator and where I fill the form with my name, company's name, city, etc. There is the next warning output: On the other hand I didn't create the thingworx database if someone can attach some link that talks about this part and how to change the credentials it could be pretty nice.   Thanks soooo much for any help.

1. Can we trigger autorefresh using ServiceInvokecompleted of any service?? (without using refresh intervel)   2. While using autorefresh in cloud for every 10 mins, it is reloading all the services binded to the mashup right? If 500 users using same mashup simultaneously, it will slow down the server performance?? What issues we can expect from this scenario? 

Hi!   When I execute the QueryStreamData service of the AnomalyMonitorStateStream from within a service I get the data but from Composer the service returns no data. Is this a bug or what other reason could be?   As workaround I am executing the GetStreamData services from Composer.   You can check the attached screenshots.   Regards!

I am trying to install CreoView Adapters 7.1.1.0 on my Windchill 11.1. M020 CPS20 server which is running on Windows Server 2016. The matrix says I need the Desktop Experience and I checked with IT and they say they installed it that way. However, when I run the proe2pv_config.exe, the Setup button is grayed out. I also tried 8.0.0.0. Any suggestions before I contact PTC support?  

I messed up with my StateRB file.  How do I restore it to the previous version from backup?  I tried to copy the files there and run the ant command but it didn't take them.

Hello , I am using thingworx (9.1.5) timeseries chart and i would like to format the tooltip for time. I don't see any property to format tooltip and it neither takes the format set for the x-axis. Is there a possibility to do it via CSS or what would be the better approach.    Thank you.

Hello all, I hope you all are well.   Today my issue is the use of sbval to solve this 2nd order ODE. I have tried to follow solution steps published by other Mathcad users but I can't help but think the solver is getting stuck in a divide by zero or something equivalent? I have tried a couple different ways to define the function. Let me know what you think.

I have created a couple of new products as wcadmin but other users cannot see them. Even my named account does not see the new products and it also has admin rights. I can search for a product name and see it that way, but not from a browse Product, even with selecting View All. The users only see the original 2 when we created the system in 2019. I do see the 4 products in the database using SQL Developer. What do I need to set so all users can see all of the products?

Hi, I was trying to make a simple spring mechanism for school project When creating this, I faced a problem that two pairs of dots are not simultaneously selected.As shown in the attached figure, pnt0 and pnt1 were set on the top and bottom of each part, respectively.I tried to select the other point by pressing and hold Ctrl key , but it didn't even work.How should I solve this problem? I don't know what the problem is.

Hi,   We are sharing our ThingMarks with our customers and we would like to see how often a ThingMark is scanned. Each marker is for a predefined customer only. What I am looking for is a log that contains the lifetime history of the usage of a specific ThingMark in the terms of the number of scans and the datetime of each scan. Is it possible to change this command:         <es-protocol>://<es-host>:<es-port>/ExperienceService/ compliance/views?startDate=<start-date>&endDate=<enddate>          in such a way that I can find the same information but for a specified ThingMark?   Example call:         <es-protocol>://<es-host>:<es-port>/ExperienceService/ compliance/views?key=urn:vuforia:vumark:1234:1&startDate=<start-date>&endDate=<enddate>         (I tested this setup and it only results in the overall views and billables
