Hello,   My customer updated licenses in a Windchill 12.0.2.1 and they do not have access to any of the options that are present in the Site->Utility   As a matter of fact :   Administrator has no licenses and it doesnt belong to the exclusion group (or Profile) Even though the customer has a Windchill base they do not have : PTC AUTHOR licenses PTC PDMLink module license and when we tried to add a user to the PTC author license here is what we have received  the message in the screenshot attached. Also you can find the bin file that user has.   The case number is  : 16103496   Thank you for the help as it is a bit urgent      

I have functions, which are working fine when I call in the first time. But I get an error "This Value must be an integer" with any subsequent calls for the same functions... What is wrong? please help!

I am using Creo Parametric - Release 7.0 (connected) 7.0 7.0.0.0The Creo Parametric Toolkit has a function called ProMechsurfacesAncestorsGet that retrieves the Creo Parametric surfaces used to derive a Creo Simulate surface. Creo Parametric 7.0 introduced support for multiple bodies. Is there a similar toolkit function (or set of functions) that can be used to retrieve the Creo ProSolidBody that a Simulate ProMechSolid is derived from? Thank you.

Hi all, I am trying to sort an infotable in ascending order of a column, in this case the LegReaction column. As shown in the infotable above, I want to put the value of LegReaction (45) between values 40 and 50 without manually modifying the infotable but by JavaScript programming. Hi, is there a way to view a development path without creating a (variant) sandbox? I know that we can view a project revision - it can also be on a development path. But this is not the top of the development path. Any ideas?

Hello All,I am a total newbie and I am trying to read through some previous mathcad solutions and am unsure what this syntax means, does anyone have any idea? Is it saying if mod(j,2)=0 AND mod(j,4)=2,-1,1) then return 0 (screenshot 1)? I have a older version of mathcad so I am also unsure how to write this in my version (screenshot 2). I have a working kinematic model that will work fine as long as you do not immediately rotate to the opposing side.  If I start machining on B0 and go to B180, the Z travels right through the part and continues machining without rotating the B axis.  But if I go from B0 to B90 and then on to B180, it will rotate as intended.  If I go from B90 to B270, it also will go straight through the part.  My "MACH_ZERO" CSYS match each other, I can't think of anything I have done wrong on my end.  Any ideas?  Or is this just another thing that Creo offers but is broken?Also, if I start on B180 as my first machining side, then with all following rotations, the tool will go through the part.  I put together the following demonstrations.(view in My Videos)(view in My Videos)

We have a macro that inserts the file name of the file onto the illustration. Is there a way to make the text background white automatically? We currently do it manually after we add the text by the macro. If I try to create a macro the option to modify the text background is greyed out.   Thanks 

I am a long time mathcad user.  After retirement in 2016, I purchased a permanent licence for mathcad prime 3.1.  It was working fine until recently, when the installation reverted to express mode.   my attempts to “re-activate” the installation to to full functionality have been unsuccessful. I have obtained licence files through the self-serve tools, but when I try to use them, I get a message stating that the server is unavailable or down.  Because I do not have an active support account, the PTC support team is inaccessible to me.   I find this to be maddening, because I have a permanent licence for Mathcad, I cannot get it to work, and I can’t find any help at PTC.   any suggestions or assistance would be appreciated    mike o’neill

I tried to execute them but i haven't found service indicated in step3 (SetContent) Without this service, it is impossible to specify the subject and body of the email message.   Where can I find this service?

  I want to open the corresponding drawing in Annotation when I click the viewset from the Model structure . It is troublesome because the model and drawing cannot be loaded as a set from Windchill.

hello,I installed windchill and thingworx foundation.I added new custom attributes in windchill. (Part_Cost, Cweight)and I want to bring these values in Thingworx.So I excute Structure_Get_Descendents service use $select input in ptc-windchill-integration-connectorbut the custom attributes values does not showing at output.Did I miss something? Look at the picture and check it out.I'll be waiting for answer.

Hello,   We have some trouble handling version control on our project. We would like to have a system like on git with branch without having to export/import the whole project at each time  We tried exporting to source control but it was tricky and we were not satisfied    Our principal goal is to develop some features (batch A), release them, continue to dev (batch B), next come back to the released version without losing stuff during dev on batch B, merged corrections, and continue to dev on batch B with the corrections   Is there a best practice to do that?
