Hello, I am using Thingworx trial version and I want to add some properties from my machines to Thingworx. How can I send data Machine to Thingworx trial? or I have to install Kepware also please suggest.

I have tagged some usergroups by tag and project in a general information page. Now, I want to get the usergroup by by tags in a service. How to achieve it.Thanks

Hi All,   I am trying to connect to an Oracle 9i database through thingworx.connection seems successful and when I run a service to get the records I am getting the data but few columns are blank. The datatype for those columns which are blank is varchar2

In the attached mathcad prime 3.1 worksheet I'm attempting to utilize a solve block to determine the actual value of the variable xNA. A guess value was used earlier in the worksheet. Although the worksheet produces no errors it's setting the solved value to whatever the guess value is. How can I stop this behavior? Is it due to incorrect constraints?  

I would really appreciate advice on opening the attached MCD file. Itcontains vital data for our current research, and the collaborator whooriginally created the files is no longer available to help.I know that the file was created in 2005, but I don't know what versionof Mathcad was used. I tried opening the file in trial version ofMathcad Prime 1.0, but that didn't work. Then I tried opening it in atrial version of the older Mathcad 15, but that also didn't work; itsays "Failed to open document." Finally, I tried converting it with the"XMCD, MCD Converter" but this does not work; I get "Unexpected errorencountered during conversion."

After installing a new router at the office, we (floating license for 2 workplaces) get "License request failed for feature/Cannot read license file data from license server system" warning when we start Creo 3.0 (M030).Our IT guy says, new router is configured like the old one. (But I don't think so.)Don't I have to open a port on the new router for Creo?   Suggestions are greatly appreciated. Ray

Hello, I am trying to determine if Asset Advisor and Production Advisor meets my requirements.  I want to be able to change the default status of my asset if something happened on the plant and also add a comment to an asset to log any anomalies or things that occur on the plant.  Is it possible to customize Asset Advisor to be able to override the default status in real time and add a comment?   I tried doing this in the free trail but if I try and add a label to the mashup it does not appear in the Asset Advisor dashboard in the App suite. Perhaps I am doing it incorrectly or I am not allowed to   Thanks in advance for your help.

I am trying to use the new QueryImplementingThingsWithNamedData service in Thingworx.   According to the help file I need to have the basicPropertyNames as a InfoTable. I'm trying to view the login page for an organization but /Thingworx/LoginForm/<ORG> doesn't load. I get an ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE type error from Chrome. This is with a PTC-cloud hosted Thingworx instance running version 8.4.4-b2319   Is there some kind of permission that I'm forgetting to set up? Is something else wrong?

I have ThingWorx 8.5 installed and when i am using the new themeable Property Display widget all my properties is showing as modal popups instead of showing the value. PropertyDisplay I found that this is controlled with the DisclosureControl setting on the widget, but this setting is nowhere to be found in the properties of the widget!   Where should it be located?

Hi All,   I am exporting the output of one service using the Data Export widget.  When I am exporting the output of the service, I am getting the output as .CSV file but the problem is that I am not getting the output column wise (different headers with values) rather I am getting all the output (headers with values) in one column itself.   Can anyone suggest. how can we export the output (column wise) like with different headers with their particular values .   Thanks, Aditya Kumar

Promotion Requests out of the box have an "Owner" role that is the initial creator. What's really nice about this is that in the Members table, you can change the "Owner" in case someone else needs to take over future tasks that would have gotten assigned to the Creator.    We have other Workflows that use the Creator role in downstream tasks, but there's no way to change the Creator. At best, all we can do is reassign the individual tasks after they are created.    How can a Workflow be configured so that the Owner role shows up in the Members table and can be updated just like on a Promotion Request?

Hello. I am making an AR experience with a Model and a 3D Gauge. I bind the value property of a Slider widget to the property Scale of the Model.  When I select Preview, the 3D Gauge dissapears from the View. If I delete the binding, the 3D Gauge is visible again. Do you know what could be the problem? Any Ideas are appreciated, thanks.
