Hello Everyone! A couple weeks ago the vuforia studio app mentioned there was an update available. So I went and proceeded with the update, and ever since then, my Vuforia will not open. I checked the task manager and noticed that 'Node.JS: Server-side Java Script Suspended.'  Even if I go into the resource monitor and resume it, the Vuforia App does not open. I only noticed this problem since the update. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling - in which the APP was able to load, only once with no issue, but the next day the same error message occured. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.   Thank you

When we create a file in Creo and assign the pro_mp_mass to a parameter named Weight, we save the file and it uploads the weight to a Windchill attribute named Weight. We can see the value of weight in the Parameters screen in Creo in pounds, but in the Workspace. the weight has been converted to Kg.   Where do you apply the setting in Windchill that weights are in pounds or at least in the same units as they are in Creo?

Hello, I am working with a model that I created a single sequence in CREO Illustrate.  It is a simple car moving down an assembly line.  I wanted to see if it was possible to just start this sequence immediately once the model has loaded up when starting vuforia instead of having to tie it to a button or something else to get it to start running.   Is there a way to do this?   Thanks!   Andrew  

I was working through the Fundamentals of AR Development course and when placing a popup widget, it states to select "Hide from canvas".  The option is not available and looks to be missing since ~8.11.  Any updates?

Greetings,   I am working on this task where I need to plot a variable against time. However, I am getting an error saying "Plotting failed. replace complex values and NaNs by real numbers". Can someone help me sort this out?

I am following the example in the Thingworx-customization-guide-8.4.1 on page 94 the example shows how to change the device list that is displayed in the Control Advisor.   I am however unable to change the grid in the mashup. I tried doing it on the existing mashup as well as a duplicate. In both cases I am unable to save any changes.   Anyone else maybe had the same problem?

Hello Everyone,   I realy need a Tree-like structure in the 2D View of my AR-Application. The Data comes from a Infotable which is already correctly structured (at least it shows the tree correctly in a Mashup tree)   I haven't found this particular widget but is there maybe a way to either create such a tree through javascript in "home.js" or to expand one of the existing Widgets with the needed functionality (maybe Repeater or similar)?   Any hints are appreciated very much!   Thank you in advance.   Best Regards, Dominik

Hi all,   I am beginner to use chart and I am having difficult to create data to it.   I get data from my PLC through of Industrial Connectivity.   To start my experience I am following this guide.  https://developer.thingworx.com/en/resources/guides/display-data-charts/ddc-introduction   I have ever created a value stream, data shape and thing like the example showed.   But in the guide the information into the infotable are put manually. Image below.   I have a thing with my data from PLC but I do not able to insert this data into of infotable. Is there any way to do it?   Regards, Leonardo  

Hello I'm trying to connect Thingworx Industrial Connectivity to Thingworx. Upon doing so I keep getting an error message of: Date Time Level Source Event10/16/2019 9:48:50 AM Error ThingWorx Native Interface Connection to ThingWorx failed. | Platform = http://XXXXX:80/Thingworx/Composer, error = the host could not be resolved.   I have checked the Thingworx link matches, the app key is correct, and the Thing name matches exactly to the Thing name in Thingworx.    

Hi Everyone, I have only been introduced to TWx 2 days ago, so please excuse if this is a stupid question: I have defined a GenericThing-based Thing called "MyThing" with Integer property "MyProperty". If I want to plot a graph on a Mashup (using the line graph widget), of the property "MyProperty", as it changed over time, would I need to somehow map a ValueStream to this property?    I have been trying to do this and I cannot figure out how to map the stream and property. I searched the tutorials and courses, but they don't show examples of this use-case.   Thank you in advance and kind regards, Riaan

I haven't been able to find information anywhere about the release schedule for Arbortext Editor. We're a partner of PTC since we integrate with Arbortext Editor but I don't have any direct contacts at PTC who can help. We've never been in any beta program but we would like to access to early beta builds. Does anyone know when Arbortext 8.0 is scheduled for release and how I can can register for the beta program?

I created a Thing Template with a base template of PTC.ISA95.PhysicalAssetBaseThingTemplate.   I created a Thing through the Configuration and Setup mashup. I saved and then went back to add a picture. I am unable to save any edits to the General Information section.   I can click on the save button but no confirmation message appears. If I navigate away the changes have also not been saved when I go back to General Information.   Is there a service or anything I need to validate in order to save?

what is the difference between vuforia studio partner trial version and actual license? I also want to know the how many users access the vuforia experience on view once its published on studio both on partner trial version as well as actual license version?

I have trouble figuring out how to create this pattern, it radiates outwards to a certain diameter while alternating the cuts, this is different when I try to use an axis pattern to do it as the cuts will be the same size and along the same axis.   Any help is appreciated, thank you!Pattern

  Here is the issue, I've tried every which way to get this summation to work, but it keeps giving me an "undefined variable" error.  I tried adding the matrix vector operator "[" to indicate the "i" index, but that didn't seem to work either.      Can someone point me in the right direction here?  

I created a simple calculation of the oscillation of a pendulum in Mathcad 15 - it does not work. The calculation worked when I converted it to Prime 5. I can’t find a mistake - there is no time - my wife is calling to go for a walk in the park - the weather is very good. I hope that when I return from the walk, someone will find a mistake 😉
