I am trying to use this file provided by the tutorial on "Get Started with ThingWorx for IoT" to simulate data source but the file is not giving me what I am suppose to have, rather the error message below is displayed.   This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.   I have no idea what to do. the file for source code attached. 

Hi,   I have ATE 8.2 installed on windows 10.  Tried to accomplish this tutor Build and Deploy an Analytics Model. I'm able to create an Analytic provider, but during the verification step at Connected Clients tab I see an error message "No data available for Connected Clients" instead of "green square",   I checked "predictionms" docker container, it looks good.  And I can't see any error messages in the thingpredictor.log file.   Could you please advise me what else can be done to identify the problem?  

Hi all,   So this as happened three times now: We run a profile job and it is eternally calculating and not succeeding in retrieving results.   I would like to ask if there is a way to stop an analytics running job ? (apparently a running profile job cannot be deleted in the builder).Also I would like to know if this has happened to any one of you ?I suspect this might be a bug, because in the other 2 times this happened eventually it failed (after 1 day). And the error seemed to be a Java exception for an impossible convertion between Integer and String, which is explained by a field of data type: Integer and opType: Categorical. Changing the data type to String solved this problem. This impeded our (and anyone's) work since no new profiles can be processed until the last one finishes.   Thank you for all your time,Regards,  Bernardo

The minimum requirements (see below) for PDM Essentials state that Windows Server 2008 R2 or 2012 R2 are required; however is it possible to run it on a PC running Windows 10? I would assume performance degradation as well. I have a Thing and valuestream associated to that. Have made properties of that thing logged and persistent so that I can use valuestream for time series. I'm able to get the same in a mashup.   If I wanted to write a service which will perform the same function as an export widget in a mashup, I would be able to invoke service every x mins to export the property history to csv   Thanks in advance

Good day,   I am trying to update a location property using MQTT. I am able to update a json property using MQTT with the message body looking like this:   {"latitude":-25.82,"longitude":28.176,"elevation":0,"units":"WGS84"}   I get the error message: [Unable To Convert From java.lang.String to LOCATION]. When I create a subscription on data change of the json property that looks like this it works:   me.Location = me.JSONLocation;    The location property updates correctly, which I am assuming means my format is correct.   Has anybody been able to update a location property using MQTT? It seems like it is not supported in the MQTT extension.   Thank you, Johan Bester

Hello Everyone,   I am utilizing a slider to adjust the scale of an object in order to essentially "zoom" in and out for a better view. The problem here is that the existing 3D labels remain in the same location thus not correlating to the object properly. The question here is can I get the labels to scale with the object? If not, could the labels somehow be linked to certain co-ordinates so that they stay in place while the object changes scale?-Thank You

Hello,I need to do ballooning of all parts in a drawing view. For this, I have generated BOM table from Table--->Quick Table--->BOM DESCRIPTION Down.After that, I selected SWITCH SYMBOLS and I am able to see a parameter named as rpt.index under ITEM column of BOM table.I would like to know how to modify this parameter for the different parts?Thanks and Regards'Ketan

Hi, I'am digging how to use postman call RealtimeScore  under AnalyticsServer_PrescriptiveThing/Services. I know the link https://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx_hc/thingworx_analytics_8/thingworx_analytics_8/baggage/index.html#templates/PrescriptiveMicroserver.html already show us on how to do that, and I also find the AnalyticsDatasetRef definition at this link https://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx_hc/thingworx_analytics_8/thingworx_analytics_8/baggage/index.html#datashapes/AnalyticsDatasetRef.html   But I still want know how can I generate this long AnalyticsDatasetRef data shape, and how can I pass them into postman(need a real sample), as of now I got the "403 Forbidden" even I give authentication information to Header section within postman.   Thanks. Hi,   We just installed Windchill 11.0 M030 together with PSM 6.0. PSM collects data from all agents except WindchillDS, it seems. The error shown in PSM Client is "ptc.wt.WindchillDS@<ds_host_name>:<port>: Instrumentation disabled since the agent was not mapped into an agent group". Following are already tried, but still error persist. Made sure agent name in <ds_path>\server\java.properties in Windchill server and agent name in "Windchill DS" agent group are same. Restarted whole dynaTrace servies. Error persist. Tried giving the host name manually in agent mapping under "Windchill DS" agent group. Restarted whole dynaTrace services. Error persist. Please help here.   Thank you

Kepserver to Thingworx - I'm able to simulate device tags in Kep and also able to see tag values bind against thing properties. The properties are made persistent and logged. How do I plot time series graph for the properties

Hi Experts... Does anyone know how to add the Bolt Circle dimension of a hole to the associated note within the 3D model. Currently my note reads...   &NUMBER_SIZE DRILL ( &DIAMETER ) &VAR_DEPTH &DRILL_DEPTH&METRIC_SIZE &THREAD_SERIES-&THREAD_CLASS &STD_HOLE_TYPE &VAR_THREAD &THREAD_DEPTHv&CBORE_DIAMETER x &CBORE_DEPTH&PATTERN_NO PLCS AS SHOWN   Instead of 'AS SHOWN'  I would like it to have the bolt circle dimension (PCD) I know that I could add the BC dimension separately on the drawing from the radial center-line but would like to have all the hole info in the 1 note?

Hello everyone,   so I want to create a Mashup that will be viewed from a smartphone and I would like to know whether there is a general approach for creating Mobile Mashups. Currenlty I am working with a static Layout and a fixed resolution (Though I dont like this approach since different smarphones have different resolutions). Any ideas how to make universal Mobile Mashups?   Thank you for any help!   Best Regards, Dominik   Edit: I actually found out that the responsive Layout works as I want it to. The only problem is, that the sizes for some components can't be changed (e.g Text size of a button). This is very unfortunate since they appear too small on a smartphone display. I would wish for something like the LED-Display where you can choose the size dimensions (small, normal, large, very large) for the button aswell   Please tell me what the best practice for using such components is

Hello,    I'm absolutely new to Java, in fact I'm new to programming language itself - trying to go through some of the quick start guides on PTC ThingWorx Developer Portal.    I'm currently stuck on Java SDK Setup Guide > Eclipse Project Setup > Import Sample Files   Up on step 8 (Click Finish), Eclipse returns 7 error items as attached.    Seems like there is something wrong with scr setup as there are red cross boxes all over Package Explorer    I suspect the error starts at Set Up Javadoc stage as my downloaded copy of Javadoc files slightly differ with Guide's examples (screenshot attached).    Can anyone help please?

Dear All,In PTC Creo 3.0 Launch Presentation from June 17, 2014 Brian Thomson announced that New basic capabilities from Moldex 3d will be embedded in every seat of Creo Parametric. I have installed Creo 3.0 M10 and there is no such analysis. Only what i can access is 3d thickness Check. I was told that i need to buy PTC Creo Mold Analysis Extension, why if they said in every seat?. Please check PTC Creo 3.0 Launch Presentation at time 34:28 Where Brian Thomson said " every body gets it". I was rely looking forward of this functionality. Did i missed something? Hello, I wrote a service I called SetDynamicSuscriptionToStream in a thing template which generates a dynamic subscription to a stream (MyStream). MyTemplate : ThingTemplate (<- service SetDynamicSuscriptionToStream() is in here) MyThing : is a Thing which has MyTemplate as Base Thing Template. In MyTemplate there is a ThingStart subscription which runs SetDynamicSuscriptionToStream(). Now, my problem is anytime I work on MyTemplate and update it, MyThing is automatically restarted and SetDynamicSuscriptionToStream() is triggered and it tries to create the dynamic subscription again, so I get an error message There is already a subscription to MyStream for MyThing:Type.Thing:Entity.MyStreamEvent.MyEvent Is there a way to check if a dynamic subscription exists so that I don't get this error? I have installed the standalone package as I wanted it to run as a standalone service.  After some investigation I found that it uses these files  analytics-server.propertiessystem-environment-variables.properties   When Adding an anomaly to a property it just fails after calibration.  It installs and starts but after calibrating for 10 minutes it changes to failed. I have been through all the ports etc  its a head scratcher.  The training log give this error.    This is from the Training log file.
