Hi,I installed ThingWorx Analytics Server 8.2.1 (AnalyticsServer Thing was created) and trying to install Analytics Extension 8.2.1.After importing and configure (run configuration service, add TW_ML_Session_Variable) the extension in Foundation I am unable to configure communication settings in Analytics Builder.The Analytics Thing can be selected but the connection is unsuccessful (logged in as Administrator) . Data Analytics Definitions function in Thingworx composer work with Data Connect component. But Data Connect is no longer exist with Analytics 8.2. How to use Data Analytics Definitions with Analytics 8.2.1 now?

I'm using a Time Series chart to monitor some real time data, and would like to turn off the re-scaling effect that occurs each time the refresh is triggered. I have a fixed/known range of data I'll be monitoring. Is there a css style for this? I note that in Thingworx Composer the Time Series chart has a lot more options/controls than in Studio, and perhaps something like AllowYAxisZoom or YAxisAutoscale are the ones I need to play with, but there is no UI for this in Studio...) Hi,   I have a pvz file with an assembly sequence that I want to display in an AR experience. (I have uploaded 4 pictures)   When I upload the file it automatically uploads the extracted pvi-file and I am allowed to play the sequence without any problems.    However... as I am using Model Targeting i need to position my model correctly for my mobile / AR headset to detect it. When I upload my pvz file the model displays the emergency stop as a complete assembly - which makes it impossible for me to use model targeting (as it can only detect the model if all the cables are assembled).    My question is: How can I upload a pvz file that only includes the model without cables, so it can be used for model targeting and also include the pvi sequence file.   I have tried a bunch of things, like creating a pvz file without the cables, but then I cannot connect the pvi file to model. Hello,   is it possible to access a PTC Integrity Server / Cloud directly through the JAVA API i.e. via https:// protocol without use of any other local PTC Client installation files? Some time ago I was able to locate a connector for the 3rd party ERP system IFS on the ThingWorx Marketplace. Today, I'm unable to locate this connector on the PTC Marketplace.   Can anybody shed light on whether this connector still exists and if so how I can get hold if it?   Many thanks.

I replaced a model in my manufacturing assembly and I was able to get all the sequences to work but when I try to save I get an error message. Says model not regenerated. This is my Regen manager. Looks like the first sequence is missing but I don't see any problems in my model tree or the sequence. Can anyone help me get through this?   Thanks

Hi everyone,   I am working on a project built on ThingWorx 8.2.1-b140. On this version, I tried using the Mail Extension (both versions 3.3.1 and 3.5.1 without success) to create a Mail Thing and use it to send emails to customers. Upon trying to use the SendMessage service to test the thing, the service fails with "Unable to Invoke Service SendMessage on MariosMailServer_Thing : Unable to locate provider for protocol: smtp".   The mail thing is configured to use a company mail SMTP server (Amazon SES server), exactly the same way we've done before on other Thingworx instances and projects (8.0.x and 7.x.x). But this is the only case where the very same configuration in terms of mail server thing fails with the above error. Our 8.2.1 Thingworx instance is sitting on an AWS server and we've already tried creating rules to allow traffic to the mail server on port 465.   Can anyone think why this wouldn't work with this version of Thingworx? MyHome example in Get Started with ThingWorx for IoT includes a temperature parameter, streamed from server (value changes periodically).    I want to display that in my Mash as a number, in a text box widget but can't figure out how to round up the numbers.    Can anyone help please?

Hi, I have a rather large matrix (1100 x 40) from which I tried to filter out the data that have NaN content, but to no avail. When I searched for the problem in my code I found that the the filterNaN function sometimes didn't filter NaNs although the entite columns was filled with NaN. I tested this by checking whether the value is indeed NaN, which it is. Checking whether the same value is a scalar returned also a positive?!?  (see attache sheet which contains a subset of that data). Does anybody have an explanation for this contradiction and/or can tell me how to avoid this? Thanks Raiko

Cannot install ThingWorx Studio. I start setup.exe, click "Run" and  after ~10-15 sec. Hello all.   I just moved from Creo 2.0 to Creo 4.0 M030 and I'm experiencing a lot troubles with the adaptation,  which is normal, but I'm having some problems that don't know how to solve:   1. How can I change dimension tolerances from the  part? When I select the dimension the tolerance tab is deactivated.   2. In the drawing, when I select a dimension to change its tolerance, I can't change them unless I change the tolerance option from "Nominal" to other option, e.g. Plus-Minus. Is there a way to change the tol. without changing the option.   3. Because Dimension properties windows is no longer a window, I can't edit a dimension that is in a drawing note, so I can't do anything with it, for example, I can't change the tolerance, can't add symbols to the dimension, can change the location of the dual dimension (If I want the dual dim. located on the right or below). When I try to select the dimension from an added note, Creo opens the note format tab,

Attempting to setup Windchill 11 Linux for publishing on Windows CAD Worker. CAD Worker on Win 7. Creo 2 m230. Install and check connection okay. Works on other machines.   Keep getting error dvconjobDoJob unable to parse XML file. This is bound to be a security issue. If you know how to solve this please help. This is a bit of an emergency.
