I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020 CPS30While running the Windu.bat script, we are facing a potential error related to the 'CheckNumberOfClassicPlansInDatabase' function. We tried resolving the issue using WinRu, but we were unable to fix it. Version: Windchill 12.0 My company has newly adopted Windchill as a PLM but has been using it for file storage/vaulting & has been using Creo since the proE days. We are moving towards incorporating the options modeler module & need to include material options with our corresponding part numbers in doing so. The current method we have been instructed to use is using a family table for materials & part numbers. This means that existing family tables are getting broken up for BOM purposes, despite being related parts. I would rather maintain links between structurally related parts & think there has to be a method we're not aware of (Windchill is new & the 1st PLM for everyone at the company, so we're all beginners). Is there a way to have materials & corresponding part numbers linked in base package Windchill+Creo without family tables? My supervisor does not want to use nested family tables. In Windchill, the Creo assembly drawing is not reflecting the latest updates made in Creo Parametric. After publishing, Creo View still shows the old dimensions. When opening the drawing directly from Windchill in Creo Parametric, it also displays outdated dimensions until regenerated. In our case, we have cut to length items such as fuel hoses, plastic tubing, foam strips, edge guards, etc that are bought in bulk, then they are cut to length on the assembly line.  Today we create manual WTpart BOM's because we have not associated our CAD models to the WTparts yet, but getting ready to . I am trying to figure on how to handle the cut to length components.  Our WTpart default unit is in inches per below which is carried over into our ERP (Oracle).So I associate the CAD model to the WTpart, I am thinking it will be "image" association because the CAD model will be configured at a different routing each time.  The BOM quantity will show up as 1 instead of the required quantity (such as 30, for 30 inches of tubing).   How do I get it to show up as 30 ?Any suggestions would be great
