Windchill

How do I download the AS_STORED configuration on C++ or odata endpoints? I see in documentation its not directly possible with checkout, but I need this. Is there a workaround? How do I get the relationship tree AS_STORED?

Nothing too critical but documenting this for future. This is me after this week battling Windchill configuration: The latest saga is with SSO. I have my notes from last year which is pretty straight forward except now I am running RHEL 9.2, SELinux (we'll get to you later), Windchill 13.0.2.4, Shibboleth 3.5. When I went to configure Apache to load the Shibboleth modules, it failed to start with this error: 00-1mod_shib.conf: Cannot load /usr/lib64/shibboleth/mod_shib_24.so into server: /lib64/libldap.so.2: undefined symbol: EVP_md2, version OPENSSL_3.0.0 Jun 13 14:53:47 systemd[1]: windchill-httpd.service: Control process exited, code=exited, status=1/FAILURE Now, I've seen this type of thing before on my 12.0.2 server. I seem to remember that installing Thingworx also installed additional API functionality but I can't find any information on this on the PTC site, so I'm asking the community.We are running Windchill 13 and have external tools accessing Windchill via the odata API. We are wondering if installing Thingworx just for the sake of getting additional/better API capability could be worth the effort and what would be the benefit (for example more complex calls or better performance?). Or was this additional API a thing from previous versions and is currently everything already in the Windchill API? Any links to documentation would be appreviated.  Kind regards,\/\/outer...

Version: Windchill 13.0 Use Case: - User is in AD license group X1234 which is part of the Advance license in Windchill. User has advanced license profile in participant administration. - User is removed from group X1234 and put in group X4321 which is part of the Base license in Windchill. - After 5-20 minutes user is part of the new license group in Windchill but his user profile remains Advanced - Clearing the user from the partipant cache (or restarting Windchill) changes the profile to the expected Base profile.Description: We have Active Directory synchronization and the license groups in AD are linked to the license groups in Windchill. Now when I move a user from one AD license group (e.g. Advanced) to another (e.g. Base) the license group gets reflected after a while in the participant administration (when user connects again) BUT the license profile of the user does not update, hence causing very strange UI behavior (e.g. search tab disappearing, menu items disappearing)

Hello All,I am looking a solution inside workflow for getting the iba vaues of wtpart to wtdocument.An example, i have a document and this document connected to wtpart by described by document.I have an iba at wtpart called "MATERIAL" and i have an iba also for wtdocument called "MALZEME".So i try to set MALZEME on wtdocument by getting to value of MATERIAL on the wtpart.Ho we can establish this programatically inside workflow.Thank you for your assistance.

Therefore we would like to release the Variant Baseline itself, by meaning adding it to a Change Notice and drive the change workflow to state "Released".Description: It is not possible to add wt.lotbaseline.LotBaseline to the ChangeRecord because it is not selectable in the relationship contraints of the ChangeRecord. Does someone know why or is someone experienced in Variant Baselines?

We have Thingworx Navigate platform where we have deployed 5 apps. We are using Windchill authentication for logging into Thingworx platform. There are two apps which requires manual access and rest of the apps are available for all the users.We are facing issue when user tries to login with different combinations of uppercase and lower case letters which in turns create 5 different username in Thingworx platform. Windchill does not have this issue. What are the ways we can prevent these situation.

I might not be doing things proper but trying to learn and do an upgrade in place (kind of) of Navigate while upgrading Windchill. Goal is to get to 9.7 and WC 13.0.2.  I have a clone on my test Navigate system and my upgrade target Windchill at 13.02. DB is SQLServer if that matters for Navigate. Thingworx appears to function and I can authenticate (which is to Windchill). I can see main page and Composer. I made sure all of the Odata connectors, integration connectors and proxy connectors map to the new temp hostname (-upgrade for my rehearsal 1). At the current time, I have not upgraded Navigate since I wanted to validate its functioning properly first. I have some custom apps which their own Odata connections and they seem to function fine. Its just the OOTB navigate apps that do not work. If it just as simple a running upgrade to bring it to 9.7 which would be supported with 13.02,  I can do that but its a one way street. If something else was wrong or it should work as

I am using custom CAPA Evaluation workflow which has nested Workflow getting triggered on conditional routing. However as soon as the nested Workflow is trigerred I get the email notification for the first task, however few seconds the workflow gets terminated and moves ahead to next CAPA investigation workflow Below is the process manager for Terminated WF task Nested Workflow for CAPA Due date Extension
