I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.2.18 We are currently experiencing a performance and check-in issue in Windchill. After selecting the files to be checked in and clicking "Finish", the process remains in progress for a very long time and does not complete. At present, we are unable to check in any files. In addition, logging in to Windchill is very slow, and almost every command or operation takes an unusually long time to execute. Please help us investigate the cause of this issue and advise how it can be resolved.

We have had Mathcad 14 installed since 2019 but now need to move the install/license to a new machine but person who originally activated the license retired. I need to be able to activate or move the license. I created a ptc account but can’t reach the “manage licenses” page it says: Access Denied - Insufficient PrivilegesYour web account does not hold the following required privileges to access the application:License Management Reporting for read-only access.License Management Licensing for configuration and license file generation access.”I tried calling the support 1-800 number but it says I have to have a customer support number to get support. I have no idea what that would be. How can I get assistance? We still have the original mathcad activated license file on the original machine, does that have the customer number? I need a way to get support.

Hey everyone, wondering if you've seen this issue before and know how to fix it. I searched and didn't see the same issue on the forums.    When creating a note with a leader and then going to annotate and creating a geometric tolerance callout, I can take that and hover over the leader note and click it and it'll snap into place under the note as seen in the picture below. We've see this changes the note from a geometric tolerance in the detail tree. It essentially becomes a GTOL callout with additional text above the callout. This is how we want it to look.         Last night Creo started doing this. Same note creation, same Gtol placement, but instead of snapping it below the note, it snaps it at the end of the leader line and keeps the note a note and the gtol a gtol without combining them as shown below.    Has anyone seen this happen or know how to get Creo to automatically do this correctly every time.

Hello PTC Academic Support,I am a university student trying to install and use Creo Parametric 13 through my PTC Education/University license.During the License Identification step, when I enter my educational product code and click Install Licensing, I receive the following error:“You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type.”I understand that the maximum number of license requests associated with my product code has been reached. However, I would like to clarify that I have never actually been able to successfully activate, launch, or use Creo with this license.I had to reinstall and reconfigure Creo several times while trying different versions and troubleshooting the installation and licensing issues. Although these attempts appear to have counted toward the license request limit, I was never able to successfully use the application.I have also checked:C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensingand there is currently no license file available because the

We recently crossed 16,000+ downloads for CREOSON 🎉 - a FREE / Open Source interface for automating Creo Parametric.  Massive interest in automating Creo Parametric this year! CREOSON 4.0 (currently in beta) is the next major release, and will have amazing capabilities for automating Creo Parametric - specifically an MCP (Model Context Protocol) Interface for AI Agents. As we were developing that MCP / AI Agent Interface for CREOSON 4.0, we realized that there was still a significant gap between CAD Users, Developers, without AI being in the mix.  That gap is significant - CAD Users are typically not Developers, Developers are typically not CAD Users.  Creo Parametric is basically a queryable and actionable database of user content (parts, assemblies, drawings, etc.) via Creo APIs (e.g. JLINK).  CREOSON was designed to provide a generic API to JLINK - but simpler and easier to understand, navigate, and use.  Basically, the objective was to create APIs that a user could easily identify

We are working on upgrading Windchill 13.0 to Windchill 13.1 version. Source Windchill is having WindchillDS. So, as part of upgrade we are trying to install WindchillDS on target server, then complete upgrade and then migrate users to Active Directory & decouple WindchillDS (referring PTC article # Article - CS337554 - [Knowledge Hub] WindchillDS Removal & Migration to other Directory Servers) I believe WindchillDS is require as temporary step for upgrade activity. But WindchillDS installation is failing on new target server (RHEL 9.8) with below error.
