Creo+ and Creo Parametric

I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM110I have grouped features in a part. When the group is selected in the Model Tree, there is no "Ungroup" option from the right click menu.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.2.0Running the VB API Examples .net project I am able to connect to an existing Creo parametric session. From there I can't get any of the provided example functions to work. One thing to note when the software was installed it mentioned java was not found. Is that required to get the VB API to work? I have gone through the VB API and set the environment paths, but it is unclear what folder the PRO_DIRECTORY should be set to.What is needed to get the VB API Examples to function?Here are the errors that I facedptcExceptions::xToolKitNotFound

Hello, I use Creo 8.0.2.0   I have some symbols to update on drawings.. On some drawings the symbol name is "symbol.sym". In that case I can select a symbol directory (Annotations\Define symbols\Symbol Dir) and update the symbol. On some drawings the symbol name include the path. In that case Creo search in the path included in the name and doesn't consider the directory defined from Symbol Dir. (even if the path no more exist).   Is it possible to remove or break the link to the old path associated to the symbol name ?   Thanks  

I am using Creo Parametric Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.7.0The Embedded browser does not follow the settings of the registry.The settings done are working well in Chrome (outside of Creo), but not inside creo.Modifications are done in "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Google\Chrome\AutoOpenAllowedForURLs" in order to open files without asking where to store them.

Creo simulate tab for the live version in Creo 7 is grayed out and doesn't allow the user to use it.

The following tables are created in Creo and exported to csv. It is similar to what we want to implement.Therefore, the following points should be considered.1. Can I create and export the table as shown?2. Can I export extensions to xls?3. Can I insert a table into a specific area of an existing Excel file (xls or csv)? I would like to know if it is possible with a map key or a toolkit. please teach me how to get that   thanks regards

Can someone tell me what Relation should i use to create a Parameter that captures number of Holes in a Part. If I use Hole command in a Part to make Holes [Not Extruded Cuts] and did patterns for few of them, I want Creo to capture Number of Holes including pattern members into a Parameter called NUMBER_OF_HOLES @MartinHanak @tbraxton @KenFarley @TomU   

Few days I have problem with simulation and it gives below error. This error is the same for all models and for all simulations (thermal, pressure, etc.). Can anyone please help me I have to submit my project soon. "Integrated mode error checking found error(s) in the modelafter creating the Creo Simulate database."

I have multiple closed sketches on a body. There are thousands of these sketches. I would like to create separate  parts or features from these closed loops . What would be the fastest way besides Creo Toolkit?

Hello Gentleman, I am running Creo 8.0 structural simulation. It takes a lots of time to run the simulation, while system is barely working CPU roughly 4% and GPU around 0. When I`m moving the 3d part the gpu goes up, so the settings are correct in the nvidia panel. GPU:RTX A2000 LaptopCPU:11gen i7-11850 @2,5GhzRAM:32GB Can you please help how to improve the system usage of creo? Kind regards,Balint.    

Hi Martin, I'm using Multibody design for smaller welded  designs. I call it "little assembly".It works very good in 3D modeling.Now my problem:When I create in drawing a section view, I only can see the cutted geomtry.All bodies behind are not shown.How can I resolve it?CREO 7.0.5.0   

  Highlighted thing shows whenever i keep the view normal. can anyone help me? This problem is only with part.

I am using Creo Simulate Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.10.0I am trying to run a dynamic load analysis for a large cyclical imbalance on a shaped beam. I can get the modal results. I applied sinusoidal loads in two directions to simulate the rotational imbalance. Simulate runs through the time analysis but I get no results. It looks like the load is not being applied.

I'm looking for what used to be called "Start Point" in sketcher -- or some other way to tell Creo where to put the sketch on a trajectory.  I see the  Setup > Feature Tools > Start Point, but it's always grayed out, not available.  I want Creo to put the sweep sketch at the other end of the sketched trajectory. In a search, I found another post about this, but the answer is for a much older version, so doesn't seem to work with Creo 9.  Is it another silly hidden magic click?  Or a completely different process?  Thanks.

I have an issue that just recently started where when I have an open model I can not drag the green insert here bar, even when I have the item checked out.  This is happening in prt as well as asm model trees.

Hello all, We are using the Windchill 12.0.2.2 and we would like to integrate our current windchill with the AWS IAM for the user management. So is it possible to do or use the AWS IAM as Active directory with the windchill. I tried to find some details over the google but didn't get any conventional details. Hello I'm struggling with PTC_WM_* parameters while MODELCHECK.  When MODELCHECK done it's job it shows me report where all of the parameters are marked as non existing in start part. But all of this parameters was created by Windchill in my start part and than start part was exported to the folder where all start parts suppose to be. How can I fix this problem so my MODELCHECK see PTC_WM_* parameters in start parts?Thanks in advance.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.8.0When opening a second model, the new window opens behind the original window.

Often, I am faced with this window: Problem is, its yes/no buttons are not responsive because the system is waiting for acknowledgement of this dialog box: Sometimes, there are several of these warning boxes, and often, they are hidden behind other windows and not accessible except via moving them "to the front" via the taskbar manipulations.   I am wondering if there is a config.pro option to prevent the application from displaying this annoying (on so many levels) warning dialog box.

I am using Creo Parametric - Release 3.0 (connected) 3.0 M100Edit Parameters Tools menu is missing options and the parameter list is abridged. There are tons of missing parameters in this particular manufacturing model. CL_DIST is a big one that my Post Processor uses and it has gone missing in the parameter list. Starting a new manufacturing file remedies the situation but I need to know how to fix the one that is already complete as there is a lot of work already done and starting over every time this happens is not a solution. I need to know how to correct this issue if it ever happens again. I did attempt to export the parameter list from a good model and open in the broken one but I receive a long list of errors stating not valid.
