Olá, estou com problema no kepserver ex 6.5 - atualmente tenho por volta de 44 data clients, porém o sistema após alguns dias de operação começa a me retornar com mais de 1000 clients, ocasionando no travamento do servido. Podem me ajudar ?

I’m trying to use the “Tree” widget to display the hierarchy of my Industrial Connection (Kepware) in a mashup, but the widget does not seem to be working as expected based on the info I can find.  I’m using Thingworx 10.1.1.  Help  Center:https://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx/platform/r10.1/en/index.html#page/ThingWorx/Help/Mashup_Builder/Widgets/TreeWidget.htmlI created a service to generate example data and a mashup to display it.  Here is the raw service output (datashape IndustrialGroups).Below is my example mashup to show the service output.  The “Tree” widget appears to show the “loading” animation while its service is generating the data, but I cannot seem to get it to actually display anything. Top left is raw output in a Grid. Top right is supposed to be the “Tree” widget. Bottom left is a “Tree Selector” widget (ptcstreeselector).  I don’t quite like the feel of this widget for my purpose. We have KEPServerEX v6.17.269 installed in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment and are planning to upgrade to v6.18.318 at the earliest.Before proceeding, we would like to understand any potential impact of this upgrade. Based on our assessment, we expect no impact on the existing project configuration and runtime operation. However, we would appreciate confirmation on the following points:1. OPC UA Certificate-Based CommunicationWe are currently using OPC UA certificate-based communication between KEPServerEX and connected systems.Could you please confirm:Will upgrading from 6.17.269 to 6.18.318 have any impact on the existing OPC UA certificates? Will the OPC UA server and client certificates remain unchanged after the upgrade? Is there any scenario during the upgrade where certificates are regenerated or reissued? The ThingWorx mashup-vendor-shared.js file is using the jQuery scrollintoview plugin v1.8 (2011), which is vulnerable. I Transferred a Perpetual License,License shows as ‘good’ in the license utility.License shows as ‘Active’ on the Kepware website.BUT KepserverEX is still showing a 2hr time limit, after which, it deactivates. License support expiry is 10/2019.I am uncertain what Kepserver version it was originally running on.Now running on Kepserver 6.18.318.0 QUESTIONS:Is this a Kepserver version issue? How do I see what version of kepserver my licenses need?Or has Kepware made it so you can't transfer older licenses without paying?

I have a requirement for taking IEC61850 data from an IED device into the Kepserver. After which i need Factorytalk view SE using OPC UA client to read that data. How can I go about it?

Hello, i’m facing an issue with KepserverEX6 not updating values according to specified scan rate (1000ms)  from a Modicon M580 PLC. Modbus TCP/IP driver is set, i’m using 241 tags, i use only one channel and one device. Instead of 1s i see values update roughly 5-15 seconds. There are no other clients in Kepware communicating to the same device, only one OPC UA client reads/writes the same data from localhost (soft-PLC installed in the same server where Kepware is). The same soft-PLC in parallel reads/writes data in a different channel (Simulator Driver), and there everything is okay. So i don’t think issue is coming from the soft-PLC. When i use quick client on the Modbus TCP/IP channel i also see data updating slow.Network card is 1gbit.  My channel settings that could affect the communication are following:Write Optimization :Write only latest value for all tagsDuty Cycle is set to 10Communication Serialization :Network Mode is Load BalancedEthernet Socket utilization is set One or

What device-model correlates to the F3SP53-4s CPU yokogawa controller driver?  I cant seem to correlate the options (UP27 UP150 UP350 UP550 UP750 UT37 UT38 UT130 UT150 UT150L UT152 UT155 UT320 UT350 UT350L UT351 UT420 UT450 UT520 UT550 UT750 US1000) with the model. Are there options I’m missing?  Am I using the right channel driver?

Created a Thing using the MQTT Thing template as described in the documentation. Configured the MQTT broker as demo.thingsboard.io. Created a property on the Thing and configured the corresponding mapping in the Mapping infotable under the Configuration section. Issues The MQTT Thing never connects to the broker. When I try to update the property value under the Properties tab, I receive the following error: "Error occurred: Unexpected error occurred on server." If I create a notification entity in composer, and a trigger, it will put information about this in 2 tables in the DB (notificationcontent_model, notificationdefinition_model). When I delete a trigger, it is not deleting this row from the table. Because of this, I cannot create a new trigger with the same name on the same notification entity. For now, I have been deleting this row in the DB table in order to ensure this name is available for use again. I also noticed the same thing happens if you delete the entire notification entity. None of its data are removed from the tables in the DB. Is this a bug? Are there any side effects to removing these rows from the table in the DB when a trigger is deleted?

Hi,We are trying to make a hardware key work on Windows server VM running on HyperV. There is no USB passthrough, so we were thinking of DIGI AW02 hub or SILEX DS-700. Is this something that can work with HW license? Is there anything I should watch out for? I’m running KEPServerEX 6.18.

Using the Open Torque Tool Protocol driver, I am struggling connecting a Atlas Copco MT Focus 6000 (not Power Focus). According to the Kepware driver supported devices, this is a supported device. However, it has proven impossible to connect to the LTR tags and the 1201/1202 tags to get torque results. We have validated that the 'Communication' messages are successful and valid, and can validate data via diagnostics. However, the driver does not recognize the data format and sets most tag quality to 'Bad (Out of Service)' We have tried every message revision and MID8 / MID60.  Is it truly possible to get torque result data from an MTF6000 using Kepware's Open Torque Tool Protocol driver?

We are facing an issue in our ThingWorx 9.3 Production environment where Timer Things and Schedulers are not executing, while the same configuration works correctly in other environments.EnvironmentThingWorx Version: 9.3 License: Valid until 2027 Issue specific to production environmentValidation PerformedVerified Timer Thing is enabled. Verified runAsUser is set to Administrator. Verified subscriptions are enabled. Compared Timer Thing XML/configuration between working (test) and non-working (production) environments; no significant differences found. Created a new test Timer Thing with a simple logging subscription; it did not trigger. Created a test Scheduler; it also did not execute. Restarted the ThingWorx server. Verified license status through Licensing Subsystem.

Mashup Expression and Validator functions are not reliably storing changes to code as of Friday 5/29I open the function, make some change to the code within, click Done button to close the function editor, and when I reopen the editor whatever change I made has disappeared, reverting back to the previous value. This includes a brand new function created to test this bug. A new expression or validator created with Output = "test"will be simply a blank window after closing and reopening.I first discovered this on Friday 5/29 and again today and have tested and found the same bug in both Firefox and Chrome with the latest versions of both. Clearing browser cache and restarting had no effect. Closing all active edits in Thingworx composer and returning had no effect.This also occurs in a new, blank mashup as well as existing complex mashups.

hi all,I’m trying to setup a Modbus TCP/IP connection on a thingworx Kepware server 6.18, to an energy meter from Circutor (CVM-E3-MINI-ITF-WiEth, manual can be found here M170F01-03.pdf). I’ve setup connections to other energy meters before using Modbus TCP/IP without issues, but with this device I keep getting unrealistic values.I’ve literally tried using all different combinations on Data access & encoding, but the output I’m seeing seems either extremely high or extremely low, sometimes more or less stable but often also varying a lot which can normal if the byte order was swapped.The manual doesn’t really tell much on the Modbus-TCP setup, like what device-id I need to be using. So far I’ve tested mostly with device-ID 1 which seems most logical in that case, but I’ve used other device-id’s like 2 or 7.I’m hoping anyone has some experience with these types of devices or recognizes this type of behaviour and has some ideas on how to solve it.Many thanks in advance.H.

Hi all, On version 10.0.0 and this is an issue I am just noticing as of recent (maybe just after updating our dev to 10.0.0). There is this dependency with an entity called 'open-tabs' but I don't see it used anywhere in the mashup and don't even know what the entity is (based on name seems like a default thingworx entity). Any ideas on what this is or how to resolve this dependency? 

Hi,I’m using ThingWorx 9.3.0-b20 with Analytics Manager, and I’m facing an issue where analytics jobs stay in “Waiting” state for a long time.This does not happen all the time, but occurs around 3–5 times per day.The jobs only start running after I manually trigger another job (e.g., test an analysis model or create a new job). Once I do that, the waiting jobs immediately execute.Expected: Jobs should start automatically without manual trigger.Actual: Jobs get stuck until another job “wakes them up”.Questions:Is this a known issue in 9.3? Any configuration related to scheduler/queue causing this? Any workaround or fix?Thanks in advance.
