Hi. We are installing a trial verison of Kepware on our VM Hyper-V to see if the OPC server is working before we are ordering a license. But i just getting bad quality from the Mitsubishi PLC. The server is a 2019 windows server. When im trying from my Windows 11 computer is working with no problem. I have disabled anti-virus, firewall everything and still not working.Any suggestions?   

Hello everybody, I´m struggling an issue with KepserverEX 6.11 and OPC UA client. I´m trying to add a tag, "ProgramPointer", from ABB IoT Gateway 1.3 and I´m getting this message in the event log: "OPC UA Client ABB_IoT.R21 | UA data type not supported. Tag cannot be imported. | Tag name = 'ns=3;s=2600-11****_2600-11****/RAPID/T_ROB1/ProgramPointer', UA data type node id = 'ns=2;i=15108'". I´ve tried to connect to the ABB IoT gateway (OPC UA-server) with a couple of other OPC UA clients and they can read the value of the tag without any problems, the value looks like this: {mModulename | Routinename | Rownumber}. Is it because the value is divided in to three different data that KepserverEx is complaining? I might add the there isn´t any issues with other tags, just this Programpointer tag. Thanks Regards

Hi all, I have a machine model which I am showing in ThingView, List of parts is also available in grid widget. My requirement is to show/hide 3d BOM components in thing view (based on line selection in grid). How can I achieve this. I am stuck at showing and hiding part of implementation. Does ThingView support this feature or I should look for some alternate. Any idea would be highly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

I have a question regarding my operating system. My computer's operating system is Windows Server 2012 R2. is it possible to install Thingworx 9.4? Hi all, recently I have some doubts about whether one User can have multiple Session when accessing the same mashups? Real case scenario:1. I open the same mashup twice 2. I change a session variable from one mashup > 3. I run the service GetGlobalSessionValues and the session variable changes accordingly4. I refresh my second mashup and the widget that is bound to the same session variable remains its value independently to the actual session variable shown in GetGlobalSessionValues  So my questions are:1. Can one user have multiple JSESSIONID?2. Which service can keep tracking of the session variables of each JSESSIONID?3. Which service can be executed to find how many and which are the currently active sessions of one particular user? Best,

How to change Advance Grid Columns Names dynamically in thingworx

The text field widget used to have an auto focus (built into it I assume?). This was how it worked in 9.1.1. We recently upgraded to 9.3.2 and it no longer auto focuses. We looked for a way to resolve this but cannot seem to find one. How do I get the autofocus to work again for this widget? We have popups that need this functionality.

I did chip-data-filter to adjust it into the Grid-table, though, it does not displayed the value of any chosen condition, and here is the code written into the service as display the info-table drag to the widgit chip-data -filter and it return to the query parameter: workItems = Resources["InfoTableFunctions"].Query({t: workItems,query: query }); so anything could add or edit to display the value to display it at the Grid Table

how to provide visibility permission to all media type entity? If I have n no. of media type entities and I want to provide my test user to have visibility permission to all the existing media type and new media entities.what will be the ay to do this?
