I'm trying to push an empty child infotable to a field (of basetype : infotable) in parent infotable var InvalidAssets = Resources["InfoTableFunctions"].CreateInfoTableFromDataShape({infoTableName: "InfoTable",dataShapeName: "ChildInfotable.DS"});var output = Resources["InfoTableFunctions"].CreateInfoTableFromDataShape({infoTableName: "InfoTable",dataShapeName: "ParentInfotable.DS"});var message = "Please enter name";output.AddRow({"InvalidAssets" : InvalidAssets, //infotable"StatusMessage" : message //string});var result = output; attached is the output I'm seeing... but I would like to have empty infotable in the "InvalidAssets" feild as I'm trying to bind the child infotable from the output of the service to a grid in mashup.

Now i try to make dashboard for showing data from MSSQL to Kepware in ODBC Client (as picture 1) and input to ThingWorx for showing as dashboard. But i cannot show all data that save to MSSQL can show only 1 row (as Picture 2) and can use Move function only (as Picture 3) but cannot next at mashup and search by date and time. How can i show all data and sorting by date and time? Thank you.  

Dear Sir,                I want to Copy a column in excel sheet with 1000 cell value to Siemens S7 1500(Excel =>  Kepserver Ex(DDE) => Siemens PLC ).the only way up till now for me i write 1000 tags 3 time manually one time to define Siemens PLC tags ,second time in DDE, third time define in advanced tags . so there's any way to assign 1000 tags for example as array or any way?. Please import the attached extension to min(9.2.1) Thingworx version.Upon clicking Take snapshot button it is capturing image perfectly but the base64 string needs to be passed to image_base64 property which is not happening and getting type error.Not sure why it is happeneing. Please check and let me know why it is faling. Thanks in advance

Hi  As i previously posted a query that, i have created customize login page on thingworx by using the jsp file.I have created users on thingworx side which are present on database side and also on thingworx side.I am creating user which have fields like "Name", "Contact no", "Email Address", "Username". And i am registering the Username as Email Address like "ABCD@gmail.com". when i am trying to login on thingworx login page it is login with the username "ABCD@gmail.com" which is correct. But now i want to login with name like, if i will enter the name "ABCD" then it should login. is it possible to do on Customize login page on JSP file?Please let me know the solution on this ASAP.

Hello, I am using a collection widget to display items in an info table and a chart. However, it only displays the rows and I am unable to display or put on any column headings. To clarify, I am using a collection widget and not a grid widget since I wanted to add shapes in the table, where the color changes based on a column's value. This is what the parent mashup looks like:The workaround that I did was that I added a container above the collection widget which has the column names that I want. However, that didn't work well since the column headings do not align with the columns in the container widget, as seen in the image below (mashup on runtime): I have tried just resizing the containers but it still did not work well and it does not seem like a good idea since it will just be based on my screen size.Could someone please tell me how can I solve this? Thank you in advance.

Update your applications appropriately.   Can i get some more clarification about this: "This API will be deprecated and removed in a future release"?   Will only function SetGlobalSessionInfoTableValue be removed or will there be more changes to the sessions?   side note: The javadoc doesn't show it as deprecated.

Hi All,I'm facing an issue with KEPSERVER EX and MODBUS TCP/IP.I have one Channel for MODBUS communication and in it 8 devices (each has 16 tags). Each of it commucating with same IP but with different ID to read data from different channels.When I have only 5 devices, all works fine. When I add more, I'm not able to read devices from ID5 to 8 (warning - device is not responding), but the first 4 still works fine.I've tried to separate devices to other channel, tried to raise the Scan rate to 20 seconds for each tag. but nothing helped.I've tried to read the IDs from vendors app, which is communication also over modbus and it works fine for all devices in same time. do you have any suggestions/ideas what to do?Many thanks  

We recently update Kepware version but start some error with a driver of control logix 5500 the plc is some old and have the firmware version 20.0, and some times lose connection and try to generate the tags but fail until we start the create tags of the driver some know why happen this or some advise

Hi. We are installing a trial verison of Kepware on our VM Hyper-V to see if the OPC server is working before we are ordering a license. But i just getting bad quality from the Mitsubishi PLC. The server is a 2019 windows server. When im trying from my Windows 11 computer is working with no problem. I have disabled anti-virus, firewall everything and still not working.Any suggestions?   

Hello everybody, I´m struggling an issue with KepserverEX 6.11 and OPC UA client. I´m trying to add a tag, "ProgramPointer", from ABB IoT Gateway 1.3 and I´m getting this message in the event log: "OPC UA Client ABB_IoT.R21 | UA data type not supported. Tag cannot be imported. | Tag name = 'ns=3;s=2600-11****_2600-11****/RAPID/T_ROB1/ProgramPointer', UA data type node id = 'ns=2;i=15108'". I´ve tried to connect to the ABB IoT gateway (OPC UA-server) with a couple of other OPC UA clients and they can read the value of the tag without any problems, the value looks like this: {mModulename | Routinename | Rownumber}. Is it because the value is divided in to three different data that KepserverEx is complaining? I might add the there isn´t any issues with other tags, just this Programpointer tag. Thanks Regards

Hi all, I have a machine model which I am showing in ThingView, List of parts is also available in grid widget. My requirement is to show/hide 3d BOM components in thing view (based on line selection in grid). How can I achieve this. I am stuck at showing and hiding part of implementation.
