Hello, anyone knows how to change the background color of mathcad prime 3.0 sheet.thanks in advance for your help.
Hello,I have followed the set up instructions for the ODBCread and ODBCwrite custom functions (copying dll, dbread, and dbwrite files to the Custom Function folder) and I get the following error:Is there something I'm doing wrong or is there a solution for this? Thanks,Adrian
A colleague uses a seat of MC14 from XP (possibly WIN7) 32bit, but now had to move to WIN8 64bit. MC14 installation issues occurred. Is MC14 possible on WIN8? I welcome suggestions/recommendations.Sincerely,Norm
Hello,I hope, this is the right thread.Could someone explain me, what I have to do with this loop.I want to get F as a (3,4) Matrix.Thank you for helping ...

Dear all,How can I set this programming function in mathcad 15?RegardsStefano
Hello,i want to calculate following filter in series:LC+RC+LCspice simulation result:with following transfer functions:filter1:filter2:filter3:Could i multiply all three transfer functions in laplace? As result i get a different magnitude like in spice simulation. Could it be that transfer function of all in series shall calculate in a different way?Second Question: How can i display the phase without overdue of 180° in the diagram? Thanks in advance.Michel
Hello Everyone, The question is : Is there a reason Mathcad 14 doesn't accept (3) ? Thanks in advance for your time and help. Regards.
How do I FIND and REPLACE in prime 3.1 (What are the key strokes?). I want to use find and replace variables in Prime. Where is this functionality?
I've noticed this several times. I have to assume it's a bug. When using symbolics to solve for a variable, Prime 3.1 swaps out my defined variable with the built-in variable. In this case, gamma (ratio of specific heats) is replaced with Euler's constant. The good news is the color of the variable changes so I've at least got a clue it's happening. But it shouldn't happen, right? In this case it's unitless (or units cancel) so I didn't even get crazy units to point out a problem. Is there a modifier to prevent this? And it brings up another question, is there a way to turn off built-in constants? (except for pi and e, ideally) While I understand they are useful, on several occasions I've gotten 'wrong' answers because of a mixup. (e.g. sigma = Stefan-Boltzman instead of stress). Admittedly my fault but I'd rather get an error if I haven't defined 'h' rather than it jumping to Planck's constant. When trying to advocate fo
I had a great deal of difficultly loading Mathcad 15 on my surface notebook until it was realized that .NET 3.5 framework was needed and though supported in the Windows 10 O/S was not preloaded.Having resolved that problem I still have issues with conversion. The error message I get is:If you have any insight to fix this problem it will be helpful.A

Dear Friends,I'm quite new in Mathcad. I have basic question: I'd like to plot a graph of sin() function. I'd like to have argument of time in seconds and return values in Volts. If I insert for X-axis (which is variable t) unit s, Mathcad automatically makes this axis unitless [(1/s) *s]. What am I doing wrong? I know that I cen generate vector o time samples t:=0s,1s..10s but I don't understand why can't I simply change units from unitless to seconds?I attached picture.Thank You very much in advance for help.Best regards,Wojciech
See please the attach (Prime 3.1) too
I am trying to create a Haigh-diagram for a dimensional analysis of an axel. I want to plot a single point representing my situation vs my material limits plottet as graphs. But I am not able to figure out how. Below are my two results and third is how I want it to look. Can anyone explain how I can make it work? I am also interested to know how I can control what graphs are plotted to what x-values. In the second case two of my y-expressions is automatically assigned to my last x-values, alough I only want the last y-expression to be evaluated at the last x-expression.
Do you know this trick? See please the attach - Prime 3.1.
File to locate faults on a Transmission Line. Based on Schweitzer Negative sequence method. File can be modified to accept phase currents and voltages and then calculating the Negative sequence values.
I'm brand new to Mathcad and racking my brain over something which should be simple. All I want to do is write and plot the following:M : 6*P + 1440*GP: 1000, 2000; 10000G: 140, 141; 150My thought is that the solution indexes through each increment and 2D matrix develops and I plot with P (x axis), G (y axis), and M (z axis). But nothing is working for me. Can you help? Many thanks, dscott
At which value n the optic focus of lens is a geometric focus too?See please two pictures and two Prime 3.1 sheets in attach.

Hello,Would you please help me to create an RGB pattern in (theta-d) plane from Ired, Igreen and Iblue? In the attached program I have included a similar pattern that I obtained from Matlab code.Thank you very much.Payman
