Mathcad Installation

I have moved from desktop PC on windows10 to new one on windows 11. So, I have tried to reinstall Mathcad prime 2.0 to the new desktop. However, since my account also has been changed from one e-mail to another, I could not get license when installing prime 2.0 to new desktop. How can I install it ?

hi, so, i installed mathcad and when i try to open the app from the shortcut it wont open, like the app isnt even trying to open (load screen doesnt appear). the license wizard is working tho, butttt right at the end of licensing the next button wont activate. I activated the license via my student account on ptc. Please help.also, my license is working just well on another laptop, and the mathcad works just fine, but not on my laptop. any ideas why?and, maybe its important, but the mathcad prime installation assistant is black instead of white like on the laptop mathcad is working.Windows is 11 pro

My school has a license for Mathcad 10 both for teachers and students. My issue arises from the fact that older version of Mathcad Express like Mathcad 10 Express is not available to me from the Email I got from last year when I first installed it on my laptop because it updated to version Mathcad 11 Express. My inability to find a Mathcad 10 Express installer makes it impossible for me to use the license code my school gave me. I tried to search for the older versions on the PTC eSupport tab but I got "Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges" asking for account upgrade that requires a "Customer Number" but I have no idea where I could find that. I looked through my older E-Mails from PTC searching for "Customer Number" or "Customer" alone but I could not find it.I would like to request help to find a Mathcad 10 / Mathcad 10 Express Installer making it possible for me to activate and use my given license.

I work my business alone at home. I have a LAN with three computers which I use for backup purposes and Mathcad 14 installed. I'm the only individual operating Mathcad on this LAN. My laptop (one of the 3 computers) recently failed and required a new SSD hard drive. I've installed Mathcad 14 on this laptop but can't use it because of the license issue. I need to update this Laptop with a new license. The other 2 computers are older than 15 years, so they both will see a replacement in the near future. I assume their replacements will also need to be re-licensed. Please help me acquire one license that I can use now for the laptop and also for future replacement of the other 2 computers.

Hello everyone, I wanted to know if Mathcad 15 works and can run in a snapdragon laptop with ARM windows.

I have old Mathcad 15 files that I need to convert to Mathcad Prime. Tried installing Matchad 15 but I can't find a download link. Is there any other way to achieve this?

Was using free trial and then my school put their license on my computer and now all my documents I was using on the free trial say file not supported. Need files urgently for deadline

I've been using MathCAD Express 10.0.1.0 version now and tried to upgrade the software to version 11 yesterday. Tried to fill out the free trial form but never receive the download link even after a day. Could I get help how to upgrade the software but still stick to the free Express version?

Hello to everyone, I have a new laptop where I have already installed Mathcad Prime 11.00, but some of my old Mathcad 15 files still do not work well in Mathcad Prime when I convert them.I still have the Mathcad 15 package saved in my cloud, but I don't know how to make it work. My classmate registered for MathCad (trial subscription) but did not receive any emails from PTC/MathCad. Our professor insists that we use MathCad, but he cannot do homework because his registration never went through. Please advise.

Hello,I am a student who uses PTC Mathcad Prime 11.0 for my coursework; however, starting today, the program will no longer open/run. I have tried restarting, uninstalling, and all the basic troubleshooting. After hours, I am at a loss, and this is the only way I could find to contact any sort of customer support at this time. Everything else implies some invalid product codes or says I need a support plan. I have purchased Mathcad Prime and have been using it normally for almost a month, so I am wondering what all this is about. If you need any specific info, please let me know.

I purchased Mathcad Prime 9/14 and still not received the Fulfillment letter.Cleverbridge reference number is 514884616not sure what to do now.

Units are converting wrong, when I have psi multiplied by inch it gives me units of (lb/s^2) and when I do a kip multiplied by in it is giving me units of ((lb*in^2)/s^2)
