Topic reference from hereSame problem here. I purchased a license for Mathcad 11 Prime Student Edition, upgraded my account, but the download page says that I am not entitled to download software. As I purchased a license, I request immediate access to download. With the license came an activation code, but without the software I am unable to activate. 

Hi there, I just bought the student license for Mathcad Prime but when i go to the installation pag,e there comes up a problem like i dont have any available product. I put in the activation code from the mail I got from PTC/Clevebridge but nothing happens. Any Ideas ? Thanks,

I am trying to upgrade my PTC account so that I can download MathCAD, but am receiving an internal error message when I submit the upgrade request with my customer number and site number or sales order number.

I've saved the file on Mathcad Prime yesterday and today it's unable to be open. Unfortunately no restore file has been saved. Are you able to help with restoring the file?

Hi everyone!I purchased a 1-year student license for Mathcad Prime Version 11. I would like to deactivate my license from the original machine and then reactivate it on a new computer. So far, I have uninstalled all Mathcad-related applications from my original computer and followed the original installation instructions to download and setup PTC Mathcad Prime 11.0.1.0 on my new computer. However, I am at the step where I need a new Product Key/Code to activate the product. Could someone please guide me through how to obtain a new Product Key, and/or tell me who to contact in order to obtain a new one.Thank you for your help in advance.

I have a licence for Mathcad 8.0 professional, and I´ve changed computers, and I don´t have a CD reader anymore. Can you send me a downloadable version of it so I can continue using it? Regards,

I am attempting to install Mathcad 14.0 from CD on a new PC but am unable to complete the license setup due to a "(403) Forbidden" error. I suspect this may be related to the age of the software version. Does anyone know how to solve this?

I activated a 30-day trial on an older computer, but almost immediately, problems with my computer (not related to the download) forced me to re-install Windows 11, which was a major project over the next three weeks in order to get the computer back running smoothly. Needless to say, my trial period ran out. I contacted the chat bot online and it told me to reinstall Mathcad 11 Prime, which I did, but when requesting a 30-day trial license, the program ran my email address and said I had exhausted my number of trial requests. I am wondering if I can please re-try the software for 30 days, since my computer is running well now? I have plans to buy the software sometime in the future but am not able to at present.

I am using Mathcad Release 15.0 and DatecodeM050Hello,We have Mathcad 15 M050 and one of our users would like to save their files to their network share but when opening files from their share and trying to edit them they get a message that it is "read only" and when trying to create a new file and save it they get a message "that the file is in use and to save it using a different name". I need some Mathcad 15 files converted to prime files so I can open and use them. These files were obtained from the FDOT (Florida Department of Transportation) website. I currently have a trial version of Prime and unable to convert them on my own. Can someone convert these files for me, please?
