Hello guys,I came into a situation when I need to change relations of multiple parts. I would like to be able to do it at once sice it is a lots of parts. I just want to add this line: WEIGHT=pro_mp_mass to all parts so I can have weight shown on BOM table file in a drawing.For next parts I create I will have modified the template files so it will always be there since now on.Is there a way of doing it?Thank you for your help.Radek.This thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. Apart from the url in the adress bar, the testsystem looks like the productive system.Is there a way to mark the test system as what it is - e.g. setting different colors. Hi,When I am publishing PDF using Styler, I want to generate circle number exceeding ⑮.So I downloaded 'CombiNumerals' and 'h_circum' fonts.And I tried to blow :1) Open Styler2) Go to 'Generated Text > Numbers' and click 'Details' button3) Click 'Font' Button and assing 'CombiNumerals' or 'h_circum'But, I could not get results that I want.Please help me with this.Best RegardsKim, Joon O

Hello all, I am currently working on a project involving calculations for a Helmholtz resonator and I got stuck with not achieving the proper units in the final results. below are the starting formula and a snap shot from the MathCad project. As you can see, numerically it checks out. The numbers are right, this is what it is supposed to show.However... L units should be mm, not m/s. If I run out individual calculus, multiplying or dividing.. somehow it looses up the degree unit. it only shows 1/s instead of deg/s. Also took into considerations that it might be thinking in radians therefore I added that 180/pi.Also, the plot seems to be a bit off also. Why is the n coordinate going from 1000 to 1900 to 2800...etc instead of 1000, 2000, 3000 how I defined it?However, for the purpose of calculus and further use of those resulting values, I need my L to be in mm. Any ideas on how to fix this?What am I doing wrong?Thank you for your time and help!Cheers.Dan.

I use educational version creo 3.0 parametric. I have an orthotics project going on that we want to try 3d printed model on broken wrist. I used 123D catch to 3D scan my hand, I downloaded stl, obj file of my hand from 123D catch. I removed undesired materials of the model in Meshmixer and exported to creo 3.0Now, I want to increase the thickness of the surface model exported from meshmixer and meshlab. I couldn't make any editing in the software (no thickness applied). I want to make the model solid by applying 5mm thickness.But, my friend could apply thickness to this surface model in solidworks. What he did was:import into solidworks > copy surface (move by 5mm in desired direction) > select outer loop of first surface > extrude perimeter 5mm (up to other surface) > knit surfaces and form solid > export as stl file (Now, its useful for printing)I have attached the 3d scan file edited in meshmixer, surface model of scanned hand(ready to export in creo)I would be very t

HiI am using Creo 2.0 . I have created a mapkey, that saves the current file and deletes the old versions of the file. This is done by File>save, File>Manage File >Delete Old Versions.Say the name of the file is "car.asm". When using the mapkey the new file will be named "car.asm.2".Is there a way to get rid of the suffix number in the end of the filename?Frederik

Hi,I'm looking for software to help me evaluate computers capabilities for using Creo.I have some old computer and would like to compare them (quickly) in order to choose parts for building a second computer for install my floating licence.So, I'm looking for a synthetic benchmarking software to compare processor, HDD and (inf possible) OpenGL capabilities.Any advice ?I know SpecApc and Ocus benchmarks but I would prefer a little software that would help me to make choice before installing Creo and licence.Thanks

Hi,First time I have opened a XML file I was asked to browse  for a XML Schema or a DTD. I selected a DTD, but it was the wrong DTD file.Now I want to select another DTD file for my XML file. But I can't find any option to select a new DTD, and every time I open a XML file it has the first selected DTD, which is wrong!How can I select a new DTD for my XML files?Thank you

We have a problem where objects are no longer getting republished on state changes.  We are using promotion requests to advance to state of our objects, and a republish event to update a lifecycle state attribute in our drawing formats. Hi everyone, i am new to thingWorx and i am a bit lost . i am doing an IOT project with real hardware, except the cloud i need to use the ThingWorx cloud and create a database in the cloud so that when i connect my Galileo to the cloud it sends information to the cloud and retrieves data from the saved database. I cannot even find where to start with ThingWorx cloud i found description only! any help?

I've created a new organization, mashup, and form login. However, when I go to the page <server name>/Thingworx/FormLogin/NewOrganization and log in as any user within that organization, I get a blank page at http://<server name>/Thingworx/action-login​. I've tried adding the new mashup as the home for the individual users and adjusting the visibility settings, but I haven't been able to find a solution to this. Any help would be great, thanks!

We have a requirement to prevent users from revising objects without first creating an ECR against those objects. I have searched for and found a few discussions on this topic but I wasn't able to find an actual solution.Does anyone have a solution they would like to share?I have thought through a few options but they all seem to require a change to the object lifecycle. Hoping to find a solution that doesn't require us update the lifecycle on all of our objects.Thanks in advance for your expertise,Dax
