I think it is possible to change the Organization name after Windchill installation. But not sure how it is done. if possible, share the steps for doing so. It will really helpful for me. Also, i have one other question.Suppose we install Windchill with an Organization name and then we migrate Objects to Containers present within this organization. Migration is successfully completed now. But now client wants to change the name of the organization name? Is this possible? if so, do we follow the same steps as the first scenario?

Hello Support,In a system there are many projects have been created.Some are with "si createproject" and others are with "si createsubprojects" commands respectively.By using "si projectinfo" commands for any project, how to determine with which commands it was created?In essence, which property within the Project I can see using CLI or GUI to determine "si createproject" was used or not?Thank you.Regards

I created a very simple (basic arithmetic), but long Mathcad file in Prime 3.1 express while away from my home PC.I have a fully licensed Prime 3.0 that I would like to use this file on. Am I out of luck?  Do I need to re-enter this data again in Mathcad Prime 3.0?  Is there any way to convert this file?

I have a value stream taking in values from a remote thing. Data goes out to the server every 10 seconds.However the time stamp on my value stream is 4 hours off. Is there a way to set the time on Thingworx Platform.Eg: From the Valuestream:2016-04-08 07:48:34125.741512.502016-04-08 07:48:24126.401491.502016-04-08 07:48:14125.251470.52The time on my server as well as the remote thing is the same and set to 11:4AM.Thanks.

My student license for Creo 3.0 just recently expired. I tried to go in and reconfigure it. However, following the instructions on the online PDF in some of the other support blogs, I could not find the reconfigure.exe application. I searched the bin and the entire PTC folder in my program files. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall or is there another way?

I've been working on a problem to determine the formulas for two sinusoidal fibers that are tangent to each other, as shown in the attached picture.  I've already pursued this problem with the GRG Solver built into Microsoft Excel and determined that there are multiple solutions, but I wanted to transition to Mathcad.  After entering the governing parameters and constraints I found that the solver functions if my guess is the same as one of my solutions, but if I change a guess (specifically for A1 or D1 in the file) it will not solve.I don't know if I'm doing something wrong with Mathcad or my constraint equations, or if I'm just experiencing limitations of the solver.I attached my Mathcad file with the most trivial solution entered, as determined by hand.  Slightly changing A1 from 1 to 1.1 causes the solver to fail.Can anyone provide any insight on this?  Thanks in advance.

I was using Mathcad prime 3.1 to symbolically solve a pretty simple equation and I get imaginary numbers.  While I was easily able to just do it by hand, I'm curious as to why it did what it did and how to stop it, if possible. Creo 3, M070I have a sketch with several coordinate systems in it.  Once the sketch is complete, I want to change the name of those coordinate systems.  I know that I've done it as late as in Creo 2, but can't find the command in either Creo 2 or Creo 3.

I am using Arbortext 7.0 F000 and obtaining the annoying Debug Message window every time I paste jpeg graphics into my document.I have been using Arbortext 7.0 for over three months now and this started happening on the morning of 4 April 2016. I work offline. The error in the Debug Message window reads "add_psv: Cannot insert page reference due to invalid saveref". I see no saveref preference or value in advanced Preferences. I set the pastesource preference to blank "fix" reported in the post by Steven Powell Apr 29, 2014 12:10 PM, however this did not work.Any recommendations?

Hello all,   I have setup a gear within creo and displayed the editable parameters as annotation. The attached picture explains this a little better. My problem is, I can't seem to figure out how to make the annotations clickable so that the values of the parameters can be changed. I want to be able to change the values of the annotated parmeters under the model tab. I have seen this done before, so I know it should be possible. I just cant seem to figure out how. I tried to edit the home page of windchill. Customer need their name instead of Welcome to Windchill.Is it need any customization or can it possible without customization???

Hi Everyone, i've searched far and wide, and i can't figure out how to either draw coordinate axes that project through a part (it's basically a long box, but i want to show the arrows in the X, Y and X directions protruding out of the part, or alternatively, i'd like to know how to just draw a plain closed arrow so i can i just manually label it X, Y, and Z.
