I have tried several times to have the link emailed to me to download the free version of Mathcad but I am not receiving the email. I have checked the spam folders and there is no email.   

I am not able to find the correct attachment files in Create An Authentication Extension Part 1 guide. Some other files were there in the downloaded attachment. I needed the Files for creating the extension    

Whenever I drag a handle for a 3D feature (extrude, revolve, etc.) it snaps to some fixed increments, rather than allowing me to smoothly and continuously drag it. Surely there is an option to disable this snapping, right? Dears, I´m using with great success the Coolprop wrapper, but one challenging task is to form the "mixture" string. Air for instance must be written as: "O2[0.21]&N2[0.79]" When working with complex mixtures, like up to 10 components, my idea was to use a table and extract a "concat" function from the table. All good doing it the hard way:(...)Problem: if I add or remove one of the 10 components from the table, maybe for a simpler composition, then the formula for "mixture" would fail. Solution: maybe write a program? Hello all,I don't know if I understood correctly the handling and organization of the "standards". That's why I tested a little bit. If possible, please comment on what I have done and asked: 1. I have created with my own individual standard "Ramon-Standard-01", in which I copied the "Creo Standard" and then extended and adapted it. 2. when creating new CI, I have selected my standard "Ramon-Standard-01" before linking the pvz file. 3. all further changes and additions in "Ramon-Standard-01" I have made with the administration tool. 4. when reopening a CI whose standard is "Ramon-Standard-01", the Ci takes over all changes made to the "Ramon-Standard-01" (and reported it in a small window).--> Important: The time stamp of the changed "Ramon-Standard-01" has to be younger than the time stamp of the "Ramon-Standard-01" from the CI! 5. alternatively a batch run can be executed for the update of a CI. I'm having the next problem. I have some records about our daily production in the postgres database, it records de timestamp of the begining of production of each product and the end of production, but when I use the service in thingworx to connect it to my database and show the data in a grid, the time is with an hour less than in the data base. For example, a product begun at 10 AM and ended at 11 AM, the record in the database is with these hours, 27/04/2023 10:00:00 and 27/04/2023 11:00:00, when I show these records in a thingworx mashup, it shows 27/04/2023 09:00:00 and 27/04/2023 10:00:00 Does anyone knows the reason? recently, in my country, the daylight saving has been canceled I don't know if maybe that's the reason  and if it is, how can I fix it? Thanks in advance.

Windchill 12.1.2.0 WGM 12.1.0.2 CATIA v5 Release 2018 We are in the testing stage of bringing in CATIA v5 models and drawings into Windchill via Workspace > Tools > Import into a workspace. Importing is working good except for the mass of the CATProduct's is coming in as zero. The mass for CATPart's is coming in correctly.   I have the CAT:MASS defined in Type and Attribute Manger for the CAD Document  custom Mass attribute which is the same one used for Creo Parametric. Since it is working for CATParts I am confident this is setup correctly.   I do have a case open with PTC, for several days now, however apparently no one there knows anything about this.   I am CATIA (anyversion) illiterate so am probably missing out on something simple. Has anybody successfully pushed CATIA v5 CATProduct mass into Windchill? If so what did you do to get there? Thanks

I am using a step function to define the first two values which are slightly different than the subsequent values and was able to do this in MathCAD v15, but I have just moved to Prime 8 and the function no longer works.  The except from MathCAD v15 is shown below.  How do I do the same sort of iterative function in Prime 8?

I have a 1 line BOM for a part and updating tables command or going from tab to tab blanks all the info out of it. I can re-add the table or right click and look at the properties to remind it they exist. The info shows up on the assembly BOM fine.Does anyone have any ideas? I may remake the part to get rid of this annoyance. This is the first time I've run into this 

The bore cycle in Creo Parametric 2.0 only seems to generate CYCLE / BORE which is G85. We need to bore, orient, back-off, and retract with G76. orient_angle and jog_dist doesn't output. Any way other than an Auxiliary Sequence all with CL STATEMENTS?

Hi,   Let say we have this previous configuration, Thingworx Platform server (Server 1)  -----connected----->  PostgressSQL( Server 2)   Now I want to install thingworx Platform on new server say server 3, migrate everything from server 1 platform to this new Platform  and connect it with existing postgress server on server 2. Like the configuration shown below,   New Thingworx Platform server (Server 3) ------connected----> PostgressSQL( Server 2)   Is this possible. Good morning, guys.I've struggling to complete the installation of the software of yours.It always ends up with an error, no matter what.The error message appears after completing 1% of the installation as follow:"Some applications failed or cancelled. Click information icon of failed application for details"Although, when I click it for further details, it just states the obvious ... that the "installion has failed " and it has created a log about the error , this which I could never find.Looking forward for a feedback for support.It's kinda frustating.And I'm in really need of the software right now.

In the latest experience we're working on, there is one step in the Creo file that does not View properly. The problem comes in that it does not show this problem in Creo Illustrate or in Preview, only when you use a device. I'm beginning to think that this is a Vuforia View bug, which I'm not sure I can do anything about
