Hi,As you see in the attachments, the thickness of the arrow line is so lean when export to pdf. How to increase that arrow line thickness? I tried using print to PDF but the result is same. I need the arrow lines to be at least 70% thick as same as the drawing line. or need to reduce the line thickness same as arrow line thickness. Please refer the image 2.

Hello, fellow Kepwarers,      I ran into a problem that my Iot agent sent only empty response to my Django backend.      I set up an IoT agent as Rest Client and added a simulation tag. So that whenever the value changed, the agent should have sent a POST HTTP request to my backend.  The template format were kept as the default settings. However, after I edited the tag value, the mechanism worked but the Django only recieved empty request (it showed "<QueryDict:{   }>").      Can anyone shed some light on this problem? Much appreciated!   

I'm trying to represent a tubular diagonal brace, and the pins that attach the brace to a structure, using beams. The pin beams have two segments so I have a node at the center to attach the diagonal brace to. The ends of each pin have a fixed joint connecting them to the holes in the ears (pictured in the first attachment).  The diagonal brace has spherical joints on each end so I have a beam release on one end allowing all three rotations. The other end has the Y and Z rotations released but the X rotation remains fixed to prevent  the beam from spinning about it's own axis. The trouble comes when I generate the solid mesh. When I have all of the attachment pins in the model, Creo Ansys will generate the solid mesh with no problem. As soon as I put a diagonal brace into the model, the meshing process fails, sometimes with a fatal error. Creo Ansys doesn't give any diagnostics, so I have no idea what the issue is or how to resolve it. Do I need joints between the ends o

Hello I am new to Creo and I am going thru the tutorials and during the Sheet Metal Sketch Form tutorial it shows the Add Taper check box, however in my Options box in Creo 8.0 that isn't there.  Is there an option somewhere to turn this on so it shows up?  Earlier in the Fundamentals I had the same problem where the Add Taper box wasn't missing as well.   

Hi there,   I want to add a mashup inside a cell of advanced grid but it appears as the name of the mashup and couldn't find "Mashup" type in the "Configure grid columns" pop-up though the data-shape contains a "Mashup name" field any idea on how to view mashup inside of the advanced grid ? And also on how to add a clickable image inside a cell in the advanced grid ? I managed to add the image itself but it is not clickable   

I was having problems with the MCDM converter and ran through a bunch of troubleshooting.  I finally got to the step of uninstall and reinstall.  Sadly, I have not been able to reinstall, getting 1% error.  I use this software often for school and I have a student license.  I am having trouble downloading the installation file also but got it on another computer.  Anyway I am going to take some snips of my screens and hopefully someone can tell me something to check to fix this.  I am getting stressed and desperate as I must have this software to complete my classwork.  next  nextnotice this closeup of above nextNotice again still showing Zero MB  The installer then sits here and does not download and after about 20 minutes fails and trying to restart it fails.  I have been trying to fix this for hours for the last three days and I am needing help soon. I am hoping somone knows something else I can do or try, I

Dear Developers,   I put a grid widget in a mashup and try to show it up as "popup". however, we cannot see the gridwidget eventhough I dont set any "visible" status and the size of the  popup window is also enough big.   I change the configuration of navigation function from "popup" to "new", then the grid is appeared.   could anyone tell me why this happens and how to show the grid up with popup ? my thingworx version is ThingWorx 9.3.6-b1323 sc of mashup design. sc of when we navigate the window as "popup". sc of when we navigate the window as "new".

My 3D plots have started appearing like this:When I drag the plot area, the problem disappears:But as soon as I let it go, the weird pattern reappears. I thought it might be a problem with the mesh frequency pairing with the pixel spacing on my display, but resizing does nothing, and, in fact, the problem appears as soon as I open a new 3D plot area.  Anyone encountered this?  More pertinent question: does anyone have a solution?Working in Prime 8.0.0.0 Thanks for any hints.Richard

So, slogging my way through this configuration. I've had security labels for some time but just basic export control ones. Following James Bailey at NASA, implementing labels for CUI. I have the following configuration: It seems straight forward where you can specify a group based on the value for who can see items of a particular value when tagged. It does not appear you can specify a context role or group. An org or site level group would seem to be the only option then. So how would this work if say I wanted all Program Managers or System Engineers to access CUI data without having an agreement defined? I get that the context access rights would be the first line of defense, so program manager A would not see CUI in the context of program manager B. The whole assembly was created in SOLIDWORKS 2023 and I am using STEP file of this assembly to create an exploded view in CREO 7.0. Has anyone figured out the format to use the TAG tool when doing an internal link. The instructions seem to say the TAG is #xxx. But when I link to it a text box I don't get it to transfer to the TAG. Yes i am using [ctrl-click] .In Mathcad 15 it was a useful tool to move around a multi-page worksheet.
