This seems to be a tired topic from my searches, but I'm getting desperate.  I've opened a case with PTC support, and reached out to an account support rep, but I'm still not getting a clear answer.  Here's the use case: I have:drawing.drw A.3drawing.drw A.2drawing.drw A.1drawing.drw -.35I need to delete drawing.drw -.35.  Why?  Because it has a child that I need to delete completely from the system, but it appears this is irrelevant to the task.  I want to keep A.1 thru A.3.  I've already purged version -.1 thru -.34.On drawing.drw -.35, if I try Delete-->Delete all iterations, it says it cannot be deleted because only the latest version of an object may be deleted (I’m assuming it’s referring to A.1 thru A.3).On drawing.drw -.35, if I try Delete-->Delete latest iterations, it says it cannot be deleted because I’m attempting to delete an iteration of this object without deleting iterations on later revisions (I’m assuming it’s referring to A.1

Hello, On my manufacturing draws, i have a sheet for each operation (op010, 020, 030 etc.)On each sheet i have a repeat region with all sequences type, name and tool for the actual operation.  I order to simplify the operatior work, i would like to add a fifth column with the tool_pocket_number for loading the tool carousel on the machine with the right tool. Here are my column parameters : When i add &mfg.actoper.workcell.head.tooltbl.toolpocket.tool_position in the fifth column here is what i get :    How can i add for each line the tool pocket number ? Thanks in advance.

We want to display the list of users who are currently accessing a specific mashup. Is there is a service under the MASHUP entity or any other entity that returns the list of users accessing the mashup ?  My idea is to make use of the existing  "GetActiveUsers" service listed under 'currentSessionInfo' resources entity, which returns the list of active users, and iterate over each user's current mashup (not sure if we have a service to get user's active mashup). Is there a way to get the user's currently accessing mashup?Or do we have a way to get the list of users who are accessing a specific mashup?  Kindly suggest your thoughts on this!!

I am trying to set up a worksheet something like this (full size image attached)I have a number of issues which I don't think can be solved, and which mean that Mathcad is not the right tool for this particular project.  However, I am posting this to see if anybody can persuade me otherwise.Firstly, the two combo boxes (each with the same 200+ rows) cannot be populated through code, only by pasting values or entering values manually, one by one.  The source data for the combo boxes comes from two columns of an Excel workbook.  For the time being I am only working with the first combo box.  I have had help with this aspect but in my opinion Mathcad should have a way of populating a combo box via code.The idea is that when a different acid is selected from the combo box, the plot and/or chart component are automatically updated.  This is working as far as the plots are concerned (i.e. both the native plot and the chart component automatically reflect the changed

Hello all! We have some Windchill users requesting to see their Task-overview two times on their home screen but with two different table-view configuration. Purpose is to create overview in their tasks and in the status of Change-notices that they have started and keep track of.I think this is not possible standard but maybe there is a clever workaround?? Good day!

I need to change the number of decimal places shown in repeat region column in CREO Parametric drawings.

Is there a way to modify the standard tolerance table within CREO Parametric 5.0.6?  I believe these tolerances are within the ANSI tolerances,  I want to update the X.XXX tolerance to be ±.003 instead of ±.001 by default.  And of course, different products will require a different default tolerance.   Thank You,

I would like to create a series of nested If statements to calculate kp_figure for Multiple values of Θ (120, 110. 100, 90, 80, 70, 60, and 50), with a secondary If statement for each value of Θ as shown in the calculation for Θ =120.   Any assistance would be appreciated.

At first appearance, I was excited to find out that ModelCHECK (MC) could automatically update things using ModelUPDATE (MU).  After I turned it on and tested it, I am terrified of it.  From what I can tell, MU puts all applicable features through the same blender without giving any say on the admin or user side.    For example, if you check for the following it will automatically update the model, and neither the Admin nor the User has any say in which one it will automatically do (regardless if set to Error or Warning): EXTRA_LAYERS EXTRA_PARAMS STARTPARM STARTLAYER BURIED_FEAT etc...ModelUPDATE Checks (ptc.com) This means if I have MC check to see if things are missing or provide a warning that there may be layers that are not needed, MU will auto-delete them.  But what if they are useful?  I cannot warn the user to look at them and see if they make sense!   Even worse, it will delete buried features automatically just because I want a user to lo

I have created a Java Extension as a ThingShape, when I add it to multiple Things on the platform, the ThreadLocalContext.getMeContext() returns the information for the Thing that was connected to first NOT the Thing that the current ThingShape is connected to. Here is how it is set upThing1 - ThingShape Extension connected to Thing1 Thing2 - ThinShape Extension connected to Thing2 If I connect to Thing1 -- the first connection - everything works, Then I disconnect my device and connect a different device to Thing2 (which has the same type of extension) The Thing2 calls will return information grabbed by the extension about Thing1 -- even though it is NOT connected to Thing1.Here is the code I am using in the java extension (ThingShape) I use this to send information to the Thing the extension is connected to as well as the device.  Object me = ThreadLocalContext.getMeContext(); if (me instanceof Thing) { // ------------------------------ // Assign

 1 .When I run the service ,at first the data is loading and tooltip shows correct column name but when i load another column data it shows the previous column name in tooltip with new data . 2. See bottom. How can I use a relative path when including reference worksheets? The documentation suggests it is possible: "By default the include region displays the absolute path to the referenced worksheet. You can edit the path and make it relative." I am collaborating with colleagues on a number of worksheets that include references to other worksheets. These are documents that 3 of us access and edit. We are currently using OneDrive, but the issue would remain even if all documents were emailed around. The "Include: path" changes, but all worksheets can exist in a single parent folder, or even a grandparent folder (which should work with a proper 'relative setup') I have tried various ways like: ../  or ./ or / or //https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/standard/io/file-path-formats I have found some ancient* threads discussing and confirming this ability as far back as 2004, but nothing new, or recent

I'm working on setting up standard notes for our company. I haven't found any satisfactory way to do this yet. The main failing is that Creo notes don't have formatting for numbered lists. I can create these manually, but if a standard note needs to be added or deleted, the entire note may need to be renumbered. Also, if a note needs to be resized (particularly made narrower), word wrap doesn't understand the intent of indentations and wraps to the left edge of the note, without preserving the indent.Has anyone found a way to manage this better?

As per the original post.    Does anyone know if there is a "wildcard" symbol that can be used for a mapkey?  I'm trying to create a mapkey that starts a new drawing.  It pauses for the name input, then selects the correct drawing template.  What I can't seem to get it to do is always select the highest level assembly as the default model for the drawing.  All of our highest level assemblies have a "-501" at the end of the name, with a different identifying number proceeding that.  Is there a way to make it just find the file with "-501.asm" in the name?  Coincidentally, this identifying number is also the name of the drawing - can that information be used since it is added prior to the assembly search?

Is it possible to find the length of the inner curve of the sheet metal shape when it is unbent as shown in red in the picture?2. Just need to verify if this is a bug or not, to compare to another system. Noticed on my upgraded system that the esignature password field which used to be below "password" is not thrown to the right. My 11.1 system has it on the left. Not a huge deal, likely a CSS issue but can't see why it would be done this way. What does your 12 system show?
