In Windchill, whenever I view my Creo drawings with the "Creo Lite" viewer, I keep getting datum features that show up on my drawing (see snapshot). Does anyone know what causes this? Is this a Layering issue because I do have my layers turned-off in the drawing?

Can Prime be installed and work on a Windows PC that has no access and never will have access to the internet?Thanks

Hi!I've been having trouble with my mathcad license since I got it from you.Is not possible to activate the program correctly, I had this trial version.I'm considering buying the student license for a month because I need it for an univ assignment.But because of the license trouble with activating the product I'm feeling doubtful.Can you help me in some way?I've been trying to fix an account with both my school mail and private mail.school mail is esteman@kth.se, private is this one.Program only says "maximum license..."Been trying to uninstall etc, same message gets there anyway.//Johan

I receive an error that says "There was no endpoint listing at https://apps.ptc.com/accountServices/PtcAccountService that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details." I have already tried resetting my password and that has not resolved the issue.

I just created a report to list all part instances (using wt.part.WTProductInstance2). The report works fine as the admin, but when I run as a user I get the following error. ERROR: Access is restricted for this user. Nested exception is: wt.query.template.invalidQML.exception. Access is restricted for this user. I have a report admin group generated to give permissions  (https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS292726) but users still cannot run this report. Any ideas?

I'm using a remote desktop connection for the following user appears for me The error "(-103) Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a windows terminal services guest session" or "Terminal Server Remote Client Not Allowed" is received while launching application like Creo . Hello,Some of our remote employees are working with a slow and unstable internet connection. Are there any recommendations how to work this way? May be borrowed Creo licence helps?We use Creo Parametric 8 and Windchill 12. 

See this image:  The distance between 45° and the curved line is huge compared to the distance between 24.5 and its straight line, making it look a bit weird and inconsistent. I have searched in the config.pro but there doesn't seem to be any setting for this. Any ideas?

Hi, I noticed in the attached sheet that I couldn't integrate a function containing vector input. The same issue came up in my solve blocks trying to find a solution for an equation with vector input. I made a work around by splitting up the vector input in individual elements. Does anyone know a solution that doesn't involve splitting up the vector input? I have highlighted my questions in the attached sheet. Thank you!

Hello, I know that we have a functionality called Enterprise Data which comes under Windchill MPM Link module, but even with the MPMLink module installed, I could not see the Enterprise Data option in my application. Can anyone shed some light on when I would be able to see the Enterprise Data in my system, is there any preference or setting that needs to be updated to enable the same? Thanks,Hari

How do I get a CREO license for my FTC team?

Hello, I'm using the AFX extension on Creo 4.0 and everytime I use any of the 8020 profiles, or any slotted profile, the slots never actually appear. Does anybody know why the slots never appear? Thanks! 

Issue: Annotations not showing in drawing Views with different combination states. There are three different annotations. I want to show two annotations in one view and the third annotation in the other view-the two views are in different combination states but of the same model (assembly).•Two different views with different combination states.•The annotations are not showing even after selecting the annotation tab and selecting show annotations. The annotations are in a part within the assembly.•In the model (an assembly) the annotations show in both combination states with no issues.•In the drawing they do not show.

Using WC 12.0.2.7, I am trying to auto-create and link change objects at various levels (PR to CR, CR to CN, etc.).  I have searched the community for examples and found one called "Create Change Request from Problem Report and Default to same Container" that seemed to have some useful code, but the linking between the CR and CN in the example used the older model of linking. wt.change2.FormalizedBy fb = new wt.change2.FormalizedBy();fb.setChangeIssue(ci);fb.setChangeRequest2(CRNew2);wt.fc.PersistenceServerHelper.manager.insert(fb); I cannot find examples of the newer objects used for linking (ChangeProcessLink?).  Does anyone have an example? Related question:  Does anyone have the most recent JavaDocs available from PTC (or can anyone tell me where to get them)?  My copy appears to have many gaps (such as the "insert" above call which does not appear in my docs on the "PersistenceManagerSvr" interface used in "PersistenceServerHelper.manager").

What is integration logs? Where can I find this in server?

When our original Windchill system was created at Windchill 8, the then system admin created multiple vaults. There are vaults for the part library (6 folders), documents (3 folders), product (53 folders), etc. Since then Windchill has added the capability to automatically create a new folder in the vault when the current folder reaches a threshold. I have set up the other Windchill system to do this. Is there any way to move the files from the multiple vaults/folders to a single vault/folders structure for auto rollover when a folder is full? This system is current on Windchill 11.0 M030 but in the process of doing an upgrade to Windchill 12.0.2.

Hello, I'm trying to trigger a Scheduler. Here is my CRON : 0 0 15 * * ? => launch my Scheduler every day at  3 PM I don't know why it's not trigger when I try to test a periodic trigger then it's working (something like  : 0/10 * * * * ?) So the problem is when I set a specific time then the Scheduler is not triggered! My thingworx version: 9.3  Anyone already had this problem? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi, I have problem with step range function when I put step which gives me array with more than 5000 elements. It gives me an error with overflowing. It is really strange for me because when I insert an array with more than 5000 elements from excel table, it works fine. So, do you know why this is happening, because 5000 elements doesn't sound too big for me. If it's overflowing, do you know other way how I can make an array with size of inserted array from excel, because it is important for me that number of elements of array can vary with using other excel tables. Thanks in advance and Best Regards!
