I have a requirement to switch on a camera from browser of ipad to click a image and store it in system. For this I am trying to build a custom widget.  For this I have created a "CameraON" boolean property in camera.ide.js file. From camera.runtime.js file I am checking for this property, if it is true I am trying to switch on the camera. But it is not working. I am attaching both the files for reference.  It would be helpful if someone can help on this or suggest how to troubleshoot.Thanks in advance!

Dear community, I am having trouble with the QueryDataTableEntries Service of DataTables, Build 9.3.0-b20. I prepared an example and attached it to this thread, it contains a DataTable Thing with an according DataShape. The DataShape has 3 fields, each is defined as part of the key. The DataTable has 8 entries (2 different values per field, permutated), they are added by the Init Service which is called on ThingStart. The Service VerifyQueryDataTableEntries performs 4 tests to query the data. The first two are working well. The last is failing, it doesn't return any row but I would expect to receive one.The third test seems to be an act of randomness. First it succeeds but if you execute the Init Service (or restart the DataTable) a second time it also fails!??? I consider this behavior a bug. Or at least it is a change in behavior since 8.4.15, in our old environment all tests succeed. Thank you for checkingBenny

Hello everyone, I've created an extension that convert a file from csv to parquet and send it to Event Hub. The creation of parquet is based on spark-3.3.0-bin-hadoop2  libraries installed on file system and referred by an enviroment variable. This scenario is working well but i wondering if is possible perform the same action loading the spark-3.3.0-bin-hadoop2  as a Thingworx extension. In this case how  can I referred the library in an environment variables ?Answering question  could solve the problem when Thingworx is installed in a cloud environment.  Thank you

Does anybody have any good information or documentation about Partslink Classification and reuse.  I want to suggest my company use this to help classify parts, but I need good documentation to sell them on the idea.

I'm trying to troubleshoot CAD worker performance to figure out why registering a server and downloading a simple (small), single part takes minutes. We've done bandwidth tests between the CAD worker VM and Windchill and can move a ton of data within seconds. But when the CAD worker is publishing (either Creo or NX), that performance is non-existent. For example: an average time to register server 1+ minute. This seems to happen for every single job that goes through on Creo. Why? A single part (cube and cylinder for a demo) takes nearly 3 minutes to download.While some recent settings seem to have bypassed NX jobs needing to re-register the server every job, even a washer takes 2+ minutes to download through the WGM. But if that same file is passed between the worker and server, it's near instant. What would cause such a drastic slowdown when the file is downloaded through WGM?

When I turn on a cross-section, some solid models appear as surface models. They appear as 'hollow'. Nevertheless, 'Show Clipped Model as Solid' is checked on in 'Options', and 'Capped_clip' in config.pro is set to 'yes'....Any suggestions as to what could be wrong? ( Creo 4.0 )   Kind regards

Hello If I have an assembly pattern with a bunch of parts, and would like to remove the pattern but still have all the parts left in their places, can I do that somehow? The reason I'm asking is that now that pattern is populated by the same part, but I want to make it into a family table part with features that vary depending on location. If I do a Replace on some part they all change. I do understand that I can convert the pattern into a Table pattern and swap the instances there, but that does not save much work in this case, so I would prefer to just "de-pattern" the pattern into single parts.

Hello,We have error in windchill "Reteam not allowed because the object is not the latest iteration. Refresh the data and try again."I can't any information about this error. All I understood about this error is that it happens with new objects in windchill. I can upload these new objects to workspace but can't check in.

 Could someone explain, please, how possible to build two or more curves at one graph (plot) in MathCAD Prime? "This variable is undefined. Check that the label is set correctly." the error message is shown.
