I am using Creo Parametric - Release 9.0 (connected) Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.0.0As we are authorised reseller for PTC .Recently we have notice that after installation of creo 9.0 , there is some issue with network licence services .Our 3-4 client have continuous problem with network licence services., The services is getting stop we have also tried delayed service and automatic service start and stop.But services is still getting killed . In some case we also completely re installed the system ptc and also formatted the system but still no change .We have also log few compliant with support but in long run the it doesn't help ...Can you please suggest something permenent.

What is the better function for this curve? The data in attach (Prime 5)! Thanks!

In Excel, Word, Chrome, .... to move between tabs, you just use Ctrl-PageUp and Ctrl-PageDown. Is there something similar in Creo drawings {Other than clicking on the tab with the mouse 🙂 }

Hello, I am using a for loop to combine two small matrices. The intent is that if both values exceed 0.2, then the values at an index are to be added together. If either or both of the two values is less than or equal to 0.2, then only the greater of the two values is kept. For some reason, no matter what the index values are the condition where it takes the maximum always triggers.However, when I tried putting parentheses around the boolean statement (just throwing stuff at the wall), the second operation would always trigger.I don't understand where I'm going wrong here, I am not proficient with programming in Mathcad.

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.0 and Datecode with CPS M030-CPS07This has happened twice in the last week, and it is causing outages of my PROD Windchill System for about 5 mins whilst the FG MS's all restart (it takes out all four FG MethodServers, but not BGMS).How do I discover what is causing this - because the logs don't give any detail, just loads and loads of the of the errors?ThanksGary

Like in the title, the worker agent on our machine does not create thumbnails for files with extension .prt .asm .dwg so we can't see it. All other files work fine and the worker can process the jobs. Is it a problem that the worker is configured with creo parametric 4.0 but designers used 8.0 on their local machines?

Are you allowed to include videos or screenshots of Creo parametric when posting on the ptc community? I have seen a lot of videos and pictures of creo online, for example on https://www.youtube.com/c/CreoParametric/videos, but I do not know whether the people who published the content had to communicate to a ptc representative first, because I also heard that it is not legal to post content of video games etc. online because it could be a copyright violation. In the terms of service (https://community.ptc.com/t5/Welcome-How-To-s/Terms-of-Service-Updated-on-Dec-8-2021/m-p/738665#M641) it says that PTC will respond to copyright violations. So does any one maybe know whether you are allowed to post content like this, or where you can read about this topic? Thanks a lot for a reply!

Good afternoon! The mashup needs to be displayed at all times. But with a frequency of 1 week, it steadily stops displaying data or a page with an error opens. It would be possible to configure the update of the tab itself (f5), but in this case, the selected item in the drop-down list would have to be manually selected again.How can I analyze the error and try to fix it?

Am I missing something? Hi,We have Postgres as an Model DB, InfluxDB as an Time series DB. Will it be possible in a Thing, few logged properties can be stored in the InfluxDB and few on Postgres ?Because we run a retention policy every month for Influx DB, which purges Data on Monthly basis, there are few properties that are getting logged to be excluded from the Purge.So if I assign a Thing with ValueStream of InfluxDB everything gets purged, there are few properties that should be excluded for client data Analysis.Thanks,

Hi, I'm storing less frequent data in configuration table, however when i ty to fetch the data using  getConfigurationTableRow service only one value is fetched that too old value. How to fetch latest value from configuration table. Is there any way that updates value of config table instead of adding more data,Thanks,Adarsh
