HelloIm not able to activa my trial version anymore.The message, when i login is the following:"You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type"I have tried to unistall an reinstall it many times now.Is it posiible for you to help me?

I have MathCAD PTC 7.0.0.0 (already installed)I have a license file  (already generated) How do I connect MathCAD to that license file? Other software that I use usually has some type of built in license management - so, in those scenarios, you open the application and then point that application to that license file. Please respond

Trying to create a "Resource" with Eclipse as a Thingworx Extension. While creating a Resource getting a following error,    Please choose a valid Superclass - Class is not instance of: com.thingworx.resources.Resource   Verified https://community.ptc.com/t5/ThingWorx-Developers/Error-while-creating-new-thing-template/td-p/570485 But its not helpful in this case.   Environment: JAVA - jdk-11.0.15 Thingworx 9.1 SDK Eclipse jee-2022-06    Not facing any error while creating "ThingTemplate" or "ThingShape".    

Hello friends, We run ProSelect() in our extension, and want to make the ProSelect() function call return on demand using some kind of API. One thing I noticed is that the ProSelect() function call returns immediately after clicking Cancel on the select dialog, which makes me think that we may imitate such behavior using an API without the user actually clicking that button. Thanks for your answers.BR.

I have a 4 row vector (A) and a 2 row vector (B) and I want to multiply the 1st two row elements of (A) each by the first element of (B) and the 3rd & 4th row elements of (A) each by the 2nd row element of (B). I want to do this element by element to give me a 4 row vector at the end. It's made more complicated by the fact the numbers of rows in both vectors can change although (A) will always have twice the number of rows as (B). I thought of trying to match the number of rows in (B) to (A) so I can simply multiply the two but not sure how to go about this.  Any help appreciated.

Hi, The properties are getting logged in InfluxDB Value Stream, when the Table/Measurement data is purged, the Latest/lastvalue is still seen on the Thing. When Checked through QueryNamedPropertyHistory, there are no values for the property;; Did following testing:1. Restarted the Thingworx and checked, still the values exist 2. Cleared the Tomcat Cache and checked. still the values exist. 3, Imported the Thing from one Env to another Env, the values are still reflecting in another env, but again can't see in the QueryNamedPropertyHistory. So if not DB, where are these values are getting stored ?Thanks,

As shown below, Tank-108 is selected, which has the Legend color Blue, but as per the LineChart, it is showing Pink. As you saw below Screenshot, the Legends colors are duplicated if the NumberOfSeries Property in the LineChart Widget is set to Auto Thingworx Version: 9.3.2Thanks,Shashi.

What am I doing wrong? 

Hi,I am a little confused about the matrix (m,n,f).I don't very understand what's the role of f in this function. I try to use this function to do some tests, but I still don't understand why I will get these results.I don't define the i, j but the Matcahd can do the calculation.Can someone use an easy example to explain this function to me, it is hard for me to understand it.
