Hi team, I want to change the default tooltip format on the Line chart. We have a requirement where we are using the Line chart as a step chart on Thingworx 9.3 version. The default tooltip is "Wed Mar 02 2022 02:59:16 GMT +0530(India Standard Time), Signal:1", which I want to change to "2022-03-03 02:59:16, Signal:1". I came across the Localization tables in TW where you can customize the tooltip. By following this link https://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx/platform/r9/en/index.html#page/ThingWorx/Help/Mashup_Builder/Widgets/CreatingCustomChartTooltips.html I created a new token, now I am getting "Signal:1" on the tooltip, but I am not able to understand how I can customize the Timestamp. The default token is "${label}, ${series}: ${value}".   Thank you!!

We have run into a situation where we would like to have Reuse Modified Workspace content set to No. I set the preference in Windchill, but when used from an Update in Creo for the workspace, it still reverts to reuse as the default. Is there a Creo config.pro setting to set this to No like we have on the Windchill side? Should the Windchill preference apply to the Update, too?  

I am using a MacBook Pro with Windows 10 using Parallels and I am having issues opening Creo Parametric. I installed the student version and the installation process went fine except when it finished up installing it said that parametric "installed with issues". After I finished the installation I tried to run parametric both normally and run it as an administrator but nothing happens when I try to run it. 

As per the original post.    So, decals/textures are not truly portable in Creo, unlike other MCAD suites? How has the Creo community put up with this for so many years?   In my opinion, a user library does not belong in Program Files. That is not a best practice anywhere in the Windows computing world.   In other words, if I hand a part or assembly off to another party, with the graphic files included, they have to move those files to a common directory on their PC (such as C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 9.0.0.0\Common Files\graphic-library\textures\misc), where they will likely live forever, even if one-time use? They to have pre-emptively know that there are textures, otherwise they would need to be manually re-attached.

Hello all,   I am just starting to understand different customization options available with Creo and I have downloaded the user guides for it, I have found that, There are three user guides available on the PTC helps as mentioned below,   1. Creo Object Toolkit  (C Language)  2. Creo Object Toolkit (C++)  3. Creo Object tookit (java)   By seeing three different options for customization, I am not sure if all three has same functionality available or one of them is having more functions available for customization?   I have seen that the user guide for C Language is the longest around 2000 pages, and the C++ and Java both are around 800 pages.   To select which one to go for in future, I would like to know if all three are having same capabilities when it comes to automating Creo?   Those who are experienced users, please shed some light on this.   Thanks in advance. Hi again, Once again the newbie question. We want to develop an extension that depends on the ability to receive some basic info about the items clicked by our users (e.g. - id of the clicked element).  I see such info displayed by the system on mouse hover and on mouse click selection. Unfortunately, I did not found any documented API which notify me on this events.Do I understand right that no hooks are provided by API on the mouse events?   Hello there,   I tried to export an assembly file in stl format then I got the stl like below:    solid  ABC(assembly name)        ~information on location~  endsolid ABC   This one describes the assembly as a single entity that has a lot of surface. However, I'd like to export the stl file which has each entity name and its location info as this:     solid A-1 (on of the parts)         ~information on location~   endsolid A-1   solid A-2         ~information on location~   endsolid A-2   solid B-1     ...     ...   Could you guys have any tips and solitions to export an stl file as above? I've looked export configuration window in Creo 4.0 but could not find any options like that.    Thanks for your help!
