Hi, 1. Is there a way to capture the ip address of the server where the ThingWorx is installed?  2. How can we capture the ip address of the server that the user is logging in?   The getIPAddress of currentusersession is getting changed everyday because of which we are not able to fetch proper value against the IP from configuration table.   Thanks in advance, Shalini V.

I find the amount of un-referenced files in our vaults gradually increasing, I took a week off and came back to find the disk almost full.I can remove them easily enough but I thought 'Automatic Cleanup' should remove them, the docs talks about creating a rule in the Automated cleanup of replica vaults window?  "For replica vaults, you can select or clear the Automatic cleanup of older content checkbox. When this checkbox is selected, automatic cleanups are performed on this vault according to the rules and schedule that are specified in the Automated cleanup of replica vaults window." Where is the window?

Hello all, I have created a time series model with a boolish goal variable. I set the validation hold out to 20 %. But now I get Area under the curve (AUC) values below 0,5. Sometimes even zero. I always thought that the values of the AUC range from 0,5 to 1? Am I missunderstanding something? Or what does a AUC value below 0,5 mean? Thank you already in advance. Best regardsDavid

I have a question about the size of the drawing.  In a drawing, I add an assembly with 2 views. Their view display is "No Hidden". In Windchill the drawing size is 140MB and the pdf generated in 2 hours by the worker size is 227MB.  If I turn the view display to "shadow", the size of both drops a lot... 27 Mo for the drw, the pdf is generated in 15 minutes and size 4 Mo.  I would like to understand why and how view display works and how is it possible.Are there options to lighten a hidden line view?Best RegardsDominique

I also saw some of them that were repeated or could be merged, others already implemented, but I was not so methodic as @StephenW to take note of them and aid @olivierlp in the process. Hello! I defined a function depending on one variable. Then I used the range operator for the value which my function depends on. I want to call out the max value of the function based on the range variables. The "max" command doesn't work. I think something is wrong with the equation, since the function can't be evaluated when I type the angle in parenthesis.Please, take a look ath the attached sheet. Sergey

We have a few assemblies where it is desirable to assemble native Creo files in Solidworks. Solidworks 3d interconnect supports this Windchill does not. Are there any workarounds to still manage this data using Workgroup manager?Any other possibilities such as Packages?

I've seen the Knowledge Hub on Security Labels and this page which allude to how to display the label on a details page. https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/cs31877?language=en&posno=1&q=info.jsp%20security%20label&source=search That may have worked from 9.1 but I think things have long since changed since then.  Tables and Security Label history is covered as well as watermarks. Looks great. How then can they be added to Details page? Hi.  We have some parts that are in folders with unicode in them.  Creo has no problem opening files that are in unicode folders when we open them directly, but for some reason it is not correctly finding the parts in unicode folders via search_path="<path>" entries in our search.pro file.  (All our other parts are being found just fine.) The unicode is stored in the search.pro file as UTF-8.  Do we need to use a different encoding or perhaps set a parameter in our configuration for this to work correctly? Thanks.

 Everything is normal for my created Simp Reps, the Refit is fine and gives standard size of view. However, for the Default Rep and Master Rep (in which all parts are included), Refit pushes models far far away, just like in the attached screenshot. Is there anyway to fix this issue? Thanks for your help.

Whenever I export a family table instance out of Creo, it only export the generic.  Is there a way to export just the instance without either saving the instance as a different part number and export that number or using Power Shell?   Running Creo 2.0 & Windchill 10.0

Hello Everyone, I'm having trouble getting text to follow a part when I do an exploded view. Few various manufacturing reasons we don't want the text to be added at the part level, it needs to be added on the assembly level. I've tried two ways. Sketch>project and Sketch>copy paste surface>Wrap. Wrap because the text is on a cylinder. When I explode the assembly, the text is left floating in space and edit position will not allow me to move the text.Anyone know how to make this work? Thanks

Unfortunately we have lost the exe files for Arbortext Editor 7.0 - I say 7.0 because that is the version our license is for, but i was using 7.1.   Our Sales Order number (SON) and  the SCN number do not let us download the required files - but we have a permanent valid license for Arbortext Editor 7.0 I have sent a support request, but as our details are not recognized the route the support requests goes is taking some time. I have a valid license but no tool to use it with 😞 and, of course, I'm unable to carry on with my work that is in Arbortext Editor. Is this all I can do? Does anyone know how we can access and  download the files we need? Many thanks David

Would it be possible to generate a toc in the Editor?We're using Styler to generate the ToC inside the pdf. We are also using Styler to increase the author's user experience in the Editor. On the Editor side, the toc feature doesn't generate anything. Perhaps there's a workaround with generated text (maybe a source edit?)? We're on Arbortext 8.0

Just wondering if anyone else has run into this? Typically I can change the constraints of a component in a pattern by clicking on the Edit Definition of the 1st instance.  I have one assembly where if I click on the Edit Definition of such a component, nothing happens.  If I delete the pattern, the Edit Definition works fine.  The only explanation I could find online was to check the read only under operations, but there is none. Weird, right?

Hi All, I have a problem with  QueryNamedPropertyHistory. I want to run the Query based on another properties value this property is logged but not persisted and on the same thingshape.
