I am using Creo Parametric Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.4.0change back round color on start up.change file name length.

When I move a balloon around, it runs away. I was to move it onto a snap line, however, the balloon fled so far away. I am not sure what it was worried about. There must have some constraints in its mind driving the balloon always run away. How to prevent this time-consuming "catch&flee" cycles?

Hello, My problem is that I have a difference between Preview Mode (where everything is working) and Thingworx View (where something is wrong). Also, my experience is in "Requires Authentification" access mode, so I don't think this is an accessibility issue. The difference is on 3D Labels' classes. I display data in 3D Labels around a 3D Model and during the Model Loaded event I call 2 functions that change the 3D Labels' classes according to their value (to change their colour). On the Preview Mode this is working well, the 3D Labels' colour matches with their value as expected. But on Vuforia View the classes doesn't match their value, as if the functions that change the 3D Labels' classes weren't called, even if the 3D Model is loaded and the 3D Labels too (but with the wrong colour). I also tried to call these functions with a button instead of the Model Loaded event, once again it worked with the Preview Mode, but not on Vuforia View. If what I have done is wo

Hi, we have implemented a custom Odata Rest Endpoint. I want to return http status code 201 Created when an object is created and the status code 200 when an object is updated via post request. I couldn't achieve it by setting the boolean variable setCreated on the ActionResult that is returned. Does anybody have an idea? Thanks in advance.

Windows updated the .NET framework this morning. When I try to open Mathcad 7.0.0.0, I get the splashpage and then nothing happens. Is there a patch for this?

Hello!I need help to define curve with equation. I have simple loop as shown in the attachment.I have the problem to guide a point /curve) on the loop.Although, I use the loop curve at all as reference (and not jus a segment) and I can quide the point in the sketcher, the loop will be not  identified by the motion skeleton.I suppose, that if the curve is generate by equation, maybe it will run.Can somebody write the equation for this loop?Thank you!

The audit log contains an explicit message stating, "Logout for user: xxx" when the user logs out (via Composer > User > Logout or via a logout widget in a mashup).  But when a session times out (30 minutes by default as configured in UserManagementSubsystem), there is no recording of that.  Is there a way to create an audit log message when the session times out?

Is there a way to do that? Hello,In the last few days I have been studying the possibility to run creo view on a touchscreen computer. However I am not capable to use the feature to transform a part (translate or rotate) nor to select by window. It just seems that the equivalent function left click and drag of the mouse is not supported in touchscreen.Is it possible to clarify if this is possible to do using a touchscreen?Also, Is it possible to select part, one by one using touchscreen? Equivalent to Ctrl+left clickThank you in advance.

Hello,  i am not able to extract my calculated matrix from mathcad prime 7 to excel. I was able to hand over parameters from excel to mathcad and now i want to retrieve the solution.  Dim matrix As IMathcadPrimeOutputMatrixResultSet matrix = WS.OutputGetMatrixValue("test") From there I would extract all the elements one by one.I also changed the outputalias from "out" to "test" but I only receive the ErrorCode 7 "Matrix result is invalide".Can somebody give me a general example how I can retrieve my results into Excel by the api.

I am aware that default accuracy settings changed from Creo 6 to 7 (& 8).  But whether or not these changes affected edge display quality is both unclear and without a way to fix it. Note in the attached images that a "Medium" edge display quality on a 1.5" diameter cylinder is acceptably smooth in Creo 6 whereas the "Medium" edge display quality for the same part in Creo 8 is unacceptable.  Of course, there is the option of "Very High" in Creo 7 & 8 also result in unacceptable edges. If this issue is related to the changes in "accuracy" that occurred in the changes from Creo 6 to 7 & 8, can someone please provide an explanation of how to address this? 

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.0.0One of our students is having issues running MathCad, it was working on his laptop then stopped in December. When you try and launch it, the splash screen comes up for a few seconds, then disappears and the program never starts. I uninstalled/reinstalled, that didn't help. Also disabled Norton. I don't see a running process for MathCad either. Aside from reinstalling win10 and everything fresh, do you have any ideas on where to start?

Hey team! I'm working with one of our integrators to install MFG Apps (release 9.1) in thingworx 9.2 but we're not able to make the import. We tried troubleshooting it, including changing the import permissions in the settings.JSON file but once we save the changes, tomcat doesn't start. I looked through the logs but I was hoping you could help me guys to see if I missed anything important related to the errors that appear there.    Thanks in advance!

I have a problem about Swept Blend failure. I have made two 2D sections and a reference line, but I can not build a 3D part. As I pull the starting section over a specific point, it can build a part. I have tried several ways like changing the size and shape of the 2D section but I still do not know how to solve this problem. I uploaded some screenshots. I am using Mathcad Prime Release 5.0I have data where the first column is angle theta that makes ~5 revolutions (0 to 360 degrees) and a second column that corresponds to a 'y' value. I would like to graph the data from 0 to 5*360 degrees (0 to 1800 degrees on the 'x' axis). Is there a function that will allow the theta data to get adjusted? MATLAB has a function called "unwrap" that would be similar ("unwraps the radian phase angles in a vector"). Note: The angle theta is captured experimental data with some variation in the rate (i.e. there is a new data point ~every 2 to 3 degrees).

Hello, I am tasked with updating our programs from MathCAD 15 to Prime 7.0. The below was a Given-Find statement in 15 and has worked for many years just fine. Now Prime 7.0 has changed to SolveBlock and is flagging R' in the constant as "R' has multiple definitions, you must specify a label to select the definition that you want". Note the 'guess values' were added to the solve block in hopes that would solve the issue, it didn't work, since the new block did not have a guess value upon conversion.
