As soon as we apply I cylinder joint in assembly a rotation  direction is is start showing. How can we specify the direction like clockwise and anticlockwise or change the default rotation direction.

I have this k_1 matrix is there a way to expand this matrix to 6 by 6?

Hi All,   I am using Thingworx Mfg Apps 8.4.0. I see the Shift Start Time and Shift Duration as asset properties which are configured via  Planned Operation time Start and Duration in Configuration and setup tile. I wanted to understand how this works. Whether this implies that I can have only one shift in a day. If not how can i configure for multiple shifts. Also is there any mechanism to configure the break timings in a shift? Please provide your inputs.  

Hello,   I am currently running EMS version MED-61060-CD-054_SP9_Microserver-Linux-arm-hwfpu-openssl-5-4-9-1154 on Raspberry PI OS (Linux ems01 4.19.118+ #1311 Mon Apr 27 14:16:15 BST 2020 armv6l GNU/Linux) and am trying to connect to the 30 day hosted trial of TW.   I am using this guide "Setup a Raspberry Pi as an IoT Device".  This guide specifies to use Buster and version SP5 of the ems, which I have also tried.  I have worked through several of these guides and many of the solutions offered on this forum but still cannot get the Linux RPI version to work.  I have been able to get the Windows version of the EMS to connect to my online instance of TW.   As it stands, I am now getting the following error:   TW_NEW_SSL_CLIENT: SSL handshake error. In Creo 4.0, how do you make a component cut out from parts in an assembly?

Hi everyone,   I am using in my dashboard a gauge widge where it is showing a value.   I would like to create a state formating to change the color from my gauge.   Where I need:   When value equal 1 -> red   When value equal 2 -> green   So, I will be two variables:   One to show the gauge's value binded with "Data" and another to control the gauge's color binded with the property value formatter.   Is possible to do this?   Regards,

while configuring kepware to thingworx we are facing error "the connection requires a valid trust store, but the store is empty or invalid." here is attached snap of property I have checked application key is valid and having date of expire 2022 We have not configure SSL but still its throwing this error.

Hi All, I have an organization created with a home mashup configured corresponding to it. Also have created few user groups that have been mapped to different organizational units of the organization.   Our instance has been configured for SSO login and the AD user groups have been mapped to the user groups mentioned above. The users are able to login successfully and has been mapped to the expected ThingWorx user groups but the home mashup is not the one configured corresponding to the organization.   The user's are logged into the Composer instead. Can you please guide on what additional needs to be done or is it not the way it works.

Hi there,   I'm using thingworx 8.3.4. I created an industrial connection named "Historian". After I restart my data source server, I found the industrial connection returns error "Unable to Invoke Service GetBoundItems of Historian: null" and it keeps poping up in application log.   Is there anyone knows what is it about?

I'm writing you this message because I'm working on an interesting project called connected scales. the whole idea consist of retrieving weighed data  from a scale that is connected to network in order to visualise this data in a mashup.      scales are used by operators to weight many elements, so I added some features to be able to choose elements from a list before clicking the button Getweight because I need to associate every weighed data to a certain number of information like (Number of product, Type of product... etc).  So I created drop down lists and two radio button lists that are associated one to another, the first one contain "Lots" and it is a string and the second one contains "Elements" and it is an infotable whiche enable me to associate different information to every Lot For example : ( Lot1=> E1,E2,E3,E4), (Lot2 => E5,E6,E7,E8) ... etc) Now the problem is that I don't really know if there is a w

Hi all,    I have to wite a routine that save a .pdf file of a drawing using the p/n, version and revision parameters specified for that part.    Thanks to a lot of informations listed in this forum I was able to resolve part of the problem. I have written a mapkey routine that save the pdf, after loading a specific Profile, with a fixed name XXX and a .txt file with listed all the prameters of the part. Than I've written a batch file that use the informations listed in the .txt file and rename the pdf. file accordingly.   What I wasn't able to do was to launch consequently the batch file inside the mapkey routine. Hello, Within the Integrity Client 11.0, when the user changes the view and then runs a custom command, an environment variable shows the current view MKSSI_WINDOW=si.mysandboxesMKSSI_WINDOW=projectMKSSI_WINDOW=projecthistoryMKSSI_WINDOW=archive   Can this MKS environment variable be obtained when the user changes the view but without running a custom command  defined in Viewset menu -> Customize -> Actions -> Custom ? If MKS environment variables such as MKSSI_WINDOW would be stored somewhere (files/registry) dynamically whenever the view is changed, I would like to have a notification mechanism about view changes.

I've tested Line chart in ThingWorx 9.0 (type ''ptcschartline") and it seems a multiple Y axes functionality is gone.  Is it possible to scale different time series data to their own range? I need to see all series scaled to their maximum and an ability to change a displayed Y axis rage values by selecting particular data series (tapping on pens legend). I'm using CreoToolkit with Creo 6.0.4.0When you scan a 3D model for 3D annotations even deleted annotations can be found.I don't use the visit functions as I'm not able to find all the dimension types this way.I have not found a method to distinguish deleted (invalid) annotations from valid annotations.Is there a way to check the status (deleted/not-deleted) of an annotation in Toolkit?   Thank you very much in advance.

Hi, is there a way to extract a value from an infotable row based on the column index. Normally you extract the data by referencing the field name i.e.  var myVal = myInfotable.rows[x].fieldname ;   However, I am using GetLoggedProperties() service to create a list of property names. I then iterate through this list and use the QueryNamedPropertyHistory service to create the table using an enrty from  list of logged property names as an input. Ideally I'd like to be able to extract the data values from the resultant infotable using something like: var row = myInfotable.rows[x] ; var myVal = row.Fields['xxxxxx'] ; (where 'xxxxx' is the input property name)   Is there a simple way to do this? I do know that because I only pass in 1 property name that the column I'm interested in will be the second one, so perhaps I could use an index?   Thanks, K      

Hi all   I have imported the CreatePDF widget from the markeptplace. And under services it has a service "CreatePDF" wherein we have to input the mashup server address etc in order to generate the PDF. It also has an input field for appKey, just wanted to know is it necessary to input the appKey if yes where can I procure one from?   -Ketan
