Hi,   How to debug Action in Thingworx flow   /VR

Hi to allI am trying to extract values from an array named DATA and look them up in another called Table_1, and then do operations.By manually entering the row and variables of the DATA array, I get what was expected, but when I want to do it automatically, and have the data array be extracted and compared row by row, I don't get the expected results. I attach the spreadsheet with the exercise. I hope you can help me.

If I create an illustration containing a 3D Solid Edge file with the link option, it updates if I edit the native files from the SolidEdge software as would happen with native Creo Parametric files.Or is there no possibility? ty, Matteo.

I configured Thingworx platform to use self-signed certificate and updated Experience Service configuration. I can access Vuforia Studio and connected it to Experience Service server. But a bad gateway error is displayed when accessing External Data panel in Vuforia Studio. What's possible reasons?

Hi   I wanted to know can I configure an existing property which is not persistent currently into persistent using a service? Like it would make a manual process simpler if there was say more than 100 properties in a shape or template. Is there a way to set isPersistent to true through a function?

I have a Thingworx foundation server and am trying to get the EMS started on the same machine, but am having some trouble. These are the steps I have followed:   1. I installed MED-61060-CD-053_SP5_Microserver-5-3-4-2383-Win32 2. I'm using the code below to move multiple models. The issue I'm having is they all have different starting locations. So they appear to 'jump' to that Y coordinate, and then move up. Hi, I am trying to solve the following double integral equation in Mathcad (Equation 17 extracted from tech paper). see bottom of attached Mathcad sheet. I get an "a name is required here" error when using the d(sin(q)2) i.e "d sine squared" in the differential. Can I use this d(sin(q)2)? Is there a trick to getting the syntax correct? I downloaded and installed Creo 7 the other day and put in a new license file for Creo 7. When I go to start Creo 7, I get an AFX and IFX not licensed error and the program then exits. I do not have licenses for these products, so not sure why Creo 7 is looking to start them. I then ran Creo 4 on the same machine (my Windchill server) and it started up fine. Has PTC done something wrong in Creo 7 that is looking for licenses and then failing if they are not found, even if not license?.  

Hello everone! I want to build a Master like follwing pic. Click the top menu which is parent menu of the leftside one, the leftside menu will change to appropriate sub items of the top. I don`t want to build two Master or Mashup  nested. It is better to solve by one Master. Is there a mathod to add an output Event to Menus Widgets or create a Service for calling one or more sysytem Service as solution?    

Im testing Vuforia Chalk, but in Android  9 Motorola  (MotoG6 play) branch doesn't compatible. I see only for Samsung. In what time is planning work for more smartphones branch?   For your help, thanks

Hello Community,   I am adding an inclined part in EMX Assembly by top-down process. Part getting added in assembly successfully, but while generating BOM the size calculated by system is rectangular even part is like pin (Circular). (Actual Size : Dia50 x 300mm - Calculated size: 258 x 258 x80) Similarly  I am assembled a rectangular plate in inclined way by topdown process, wrong size calculated. (Actual Size : 408x 70x 28.3 mm - Calculated size: 408 x 68 x61)   Please find the attached screen shots. I used standard Demo data set for trial of EMX assembly.   Looking for response.

I am using Progress Gauge widget to show some data. My requirement is to change the color of Progress gauge widget when value changes, for example I want color "Red" for 0 to 30 , color "yellow" for 31 to 60 etc. I am using ThingWorx 8.5.   Thank you.

Hello, everyone, is there a way to switch between the different views in a project without using the navigation menu? Possibly by clicking on a text label.   In my case I want to switch between the views: "Home", "ELT UV 13" and "ZLT UV 12". Has anyone ever implemented something like this before and can tell me how to do it? I would also like to try to use the barcode scanner to switch to a specific view.   It would be nice if you could help me further. Best regards    

Hello everyone,   I am trying to find out how to update our Thingworx system from 8.5.0 to 8.5.4. However I can only find documentation about how to upgrade service pack releases for Thingworx Apps. It says in the release notes there, that an appropriate version of Thingworx is needed, at least Thingworx 8.5.2. I am a bit confused about the differences and also can not find any information about how to update the "platform". Any help / info you can give me on this?   Info: We have Thingworx SCP with - Foundation - Asset Advisor - Connectivity - Application Building   I appreciate any help, thank you!

Hello, everybody,   I'm stuck on what is probably a simple function. I want to round an internal parameter to two decimal places in Vuforia Studio, but I don't know how. The option to assign a filter directly to the widget is not an option for me, because I assign the widget text in a function in the .js file.   Here is a small excerpt: The following parameters should be rounded to two decimal places: $scope.app.params.EMpro_W1 $scope.app.params.EMpro_W2 $scope.app.params.EMpro_W3 The internal parameters are assigned a value from the ThingWorx Composer with the data type #Number.   -----If there is no possibility here, do you know how I can round a value in the ThingWorx Composer with a subscription ?   I would be very pleased about any help! Dear All, I am using thingworx 8.3 to build my thingworx application, I recently upgraded to thingworx 8.5.4. Everything works correctly except for the label chart widget. Attach label chart picture before and after upgrade.Now I cannot select the data when I click on the bar chart.I don't know why this is happening. Hello together, since we change from Wildfire 4 to Creo 4 i have a problem with color in assemblys when i using "save as" to create a new assembly.The assemblys are generic and family based. A lot of the integrated parts are also generic and family based. Example:asm_genreric (with instances e.g. "asm_1" and "asm_2")--part_red (generic with instances "part_red_1" and "part_red_2")--part_blue (non generic) All parts are colored (red / blue) before they are inserted in the assembly. The color should be always the same.No color assignment is made in the assembly! When I open a instance assembly e.g. "asm_1" with the part instance "part_red_1" and using "save as" and openthe new created assembly the "part_red_1" is no longer red and have the standard Creo color.The non-generic part "part_blue" is blue. I try this with Creo 4 and Creo 6 (new standard installation) and the system colors. With standard material assignment and without. In both cases I have the problem, that the instance parts

Hello,   I have an old License, perpetual, for Wildfire 5.0.  We no longer actively use Pro Engineer but would like to re-activate this license for viewing of legacy designs.  Machines in service occasionally need to be viewed for various reasons.  We own this license, so as far as I see it we should be able to use it.  I understand we cannot upgrade or do anything fancy with it.  But for opening and viewing existing documents, a license we already paid for should work.  I have edited the license file (which I kept from way back when), to update the MACC Address of the license server machine.  But each attempt to install and run the license server gives me this error:(ptc_d) Invalid license key (inconsistent authentication code)   Attempts to look this error up online take me to a Knowledge Base that I cannot access without updating my maintenance, which I find to be just unacceptable.   Any thoughts on how I can get my existing, bought

I have a function where in a form of f(x):=1*x+3. I was trying to use clear(..) function to this clear the this function[clear(f(x)] like I do with the rest of the variables. But then MathCAD gave me error red box around the and said "A variable name is required here". What exactly happens here and is there a way to fix it? Thank you!

I'm using the component ID in relations and not the session ID because I'm replacing family table members as I posted yesterday. But now I have a new problem. Using component ID in relations works great until the part is suppressed. The 2 files below shows that it is working when the part isn't suppressed and that the relations have an error when the part is suppressed.   How do I prevent this from happening? Apparently the "if exists" doesn't work to determine if the is suppressed or not. And I can't find a way to determine if the part is suppressed.   Anybody have any suggestions?   Thanks, Steve
