I noticed that there is a field called MenuData in Menu Widgets. It's obviously need to be attach an InfoTable type output. Do you know how to use it? 

I wants to get Menu Widgets labels from database. But I don't know how to add Menu Definition by Service.

Hi  I have created a chart extension configuring the line chart from the custom chart widget extension package v 3.0.3 downloaded from the p t c marketplace. While using the extension the values are being displayed properly but in my chart extension the Selected Row Changed trigger function is not working ie. when I select a point from the chart I need to invoke a service. I had achieved this while using any inbuilt chart like for example a label chart. When I used a label chart I used the selected row changed to invoke a service which I had written.(This was working perfectly as required, I needed some additional features than the inbuilt chart I had to make the extension). But this same functionality(i e. Selected Row Changed) is not working using a extension chart widget. I would like to know if there is any way I can configure my extension to get triggered by the Selected Row Changed or is it that the Selected Row Changed works only with inbuilt charts like the label chart or

hey, I have this problem when I try to drag a component while the component is defined correctly a component dissapears. In this case the black beraings as you can see in the first picture dissepear imediatly when I click drag component and I don't know why , can somebody please help me ?    thanks a lot !!

Hello,   i want to create a layout, how you see it on the picture.  If i click on the "1. Button" the row with "Test_1" und "Test_2" is then visible. Now when i click on the "2.Button" when have to open the next row.  That i managed already.    Now then i click on the "2.Button" the row with "Test_1" and "Test_2" have to automatically invisible. How can i achieved that?   Thanks in advance.

After creating drawing in creo ,When i convert creo drawing to auto cad drawing ,after opening the converted auto cad drawing the text are going out of the template boxes ,then i have to Readjust,and change text style which is totally annoying considering i have to id in around about more than 100 drawings which takes lot of time     1. Is their any way by which i can stop text going out of content box after conversion to auto cad from Creo. 2. I am Attaching a image few of lines are hidden due to Privacy concern. 3. in the image you can see that text have gone out of template which was okay in creo drawing.   Thank you all   hoping for a better solution

Is it possible to use Operator Advisor without Windchill?   I'm looking into using OA with Manufacturing Apps for performance monitoring.  I would like to use the framework of OA for: - Work Orders - Work Instructions - BoM - Personell  - setup of connected tools - historical data from connected tools   Is this doable without Windchill? - adding the information manually - possibly importing some data through cvs or xml files   Does anybody have thoughts or experience doing this? Are there any guidelines for the implementation work?

I installed Creo 6.0 as a student after having 5.0 on my computer already.  I got an error about licensing.  I saw in another forum to empty the licensing folder.  I did that, and now I am getting another licensing error shown by the attached picture.

Does anyone know if it is possible to include vaulting rules in a library or product template?  Right now we apply vaulting rules via loadfile when a container is created but we are increasing automation efforts.

Hi,        I need help with a certain problem. So I have done calibration on a set of instruments. The serial numbers as well as the calibration factors associated with them are given in the first 2 columns of the excel sheet. Now I am running all the instruments (I don't have cal factors for some) and I am getting a certain calibrator count as shown in columns F and G.   Now the issue is I need to compare the serial numbers of all the instruments with the subset to see which ones have cal factors associated with them. For instruments with cal factors, I need to multiply the cal factor (associated with that serial number) with the count for that particular instrument and output the result. So I need to write a mathcad program to output only the serial numbers of instruments with cal factors as well as the product of cal factor and count. I am attaching the excel sheet. I am using Mathcad Prime 6. Thanks for the help.

I am pulling external data into Vuforia Studio from Thingworx. However I want to filter the data being displayed. I attached a photo below of my infotable and my question is: Is it possible to only display data where "shelf_number" is equal to [x] within Vuforia?    Thank you!

Hi,   I am trying out few operations on templates via java sdk. One of the use case is getting all the thing names that are derived from a particular template. According to the documentation, a simple invokeService call to GetThingRelationships should get this done cleanly. The service expects an input of maxDepth we want to keep searching the things. (e.g. vehicalTemplate -> CarTemplate -> ElectricCarTemplate -> TeslaCar1Thing, TeslaCar2Thing, TeslaCar3Thing etc ).   When tried to execute the call via java sdk -  client.invokeService(RelationshipTypes.ThingworxEntityTypes.ThingTemplates, "templateName", "GetThingRelationships", new ValueCollection(), 30000)  throws exception stating - Invalid service name.   Same goes for other services like - GetImpletementedShapes, GetThingTemplate etc.  Are these not the valid services for  entityType templates? If so, why are they listed under Services section of my template in composer UI?   I

Hi, I made a service like thousands of others. But one thing baffles me, output of this service which is Infotable, is also editable. I have never seen this before. As far as I can tell, there is no option in composer, nor in datashape nor in service output which would indicate that this even possible.  What is goin on.  Screenshots explain what I mean. One service's output looks like any other (non editable output), one is almost the same in a nutshell but output is editable.  Anyone? Editable:   Standard:

I using layout widget to divide to three section.   I wonder if there is a difference between dividing three sections into one header 2 columns and 3 columns.    

Hi there,Today I found an issue in Thingworx 8.4.Here I have a Thing with 5 attributes(F1/F2/F3/F4/F5) with Value Stream configured.Now I uses service of SetPropertyValues to update all attributes in the same moment.- 1st time set to 11/12/13/14/15,- 2nd time set to 21/22/23/24/25.So there should be 2 rows in Value Stream.But I found 3 rows instead, the 2nd update has been recorded into Value Stream in 2 different ms. Impact:In Analytics, if we set Dataset as time series data, the training model will track data back, by comparing current cycle VS last cycles, while for last cycles data are queried from Value Stream.So if we cannot make sure all features/attributes are updated in the same moment(in same row of Value Stream), then the model will check with false data. Please check it.

Hello, I need a workaround to display the latest 5 notifications , which I have in an infotable(only a way to visualize the data is required). What I need is a widget / workaround to display the notifications in a small popup in the same mashup and at the end of the notifications I would like to have a button to navigate to another mashup. I have used Mashup as popup and it is navigating to a popup page where the popup comes at the middle. I need it to be in a corner. To see exactly what I mean I am attaching an image which show the visualization   Kindly suggest any workarounds or widgets which I can use to make it look like the popup in the image.   Thank You

Hi, I am trying to solve the following double integral equation in Mathcad (Equation 17 extracted from tech paper). I get an "a name is required here" error when using the d(sin(q)2) i.e "d sine squared" in the differential. Can I use this d(sin(q)2)? Is there a trick to getting the syntax correct? Many Thanks Ross
