Hi,  I have installed Thingworx 8.3 on an ubuntu 16.04 machine and faced some licensing issue ( same as this topic ). I have finally solved the problem, but before reading the topic, I have re-install Thingworx and database many times, it shows different device id in licenseRequestFile.txt file so I downloaded multiple license file, does it use our quota? If that's the case, how can I do to remove them?

Is there a setting that will not repeat the section name in the label for the section view?  For example, I want Section A and not Section A-A to be the label for the view.   Thanks.   Steve

Hi, Did anyone go through this error before, when installing Windchill 11.0 and Oracle 12g?FYI, my Oracle Home User's password is okay.I am stuck on the Oracle validation. Hello community,   I wanted to create a new mashup with a tab widget. I placed some widgets on the tabs and wanted to view the result in the browser. But if I open the mashup in the browser, I can see the default tab but can´t change to the other tabs. Is there somewone who can help me with that problem?   Thanks, franky_

Hello,   can I perform a sensitivity analysis with Mathcad Prime 4.0? As a result I would like to know which parameter has the greatest effect on the Output. There are local and global sensitivity analysis. At local sensitivities, only one parameter is varied and all others are kept constant. Globals also indicate the interaction between the Parameters. Or maybe there is another oppurtunity. Thank you

Hi all!   I'm finishing up my newest Mathcad but, I know longer want to use Mathcad's automatic calculation, I would much rather calculate the entire worksheet at one time at the top of the sheet (due to it's size) I'm hoping someone can explain how I could use a push button to achieve this? Hello, I tried to use a standard Javascript method 'startsWith' which is used to determine, if a certain string begins with the characters of a specified string. But I was not able to use the same in one of my scripts. What could be the probable reason for the same? My query is how can I give multiple model tags at entity creation time? Suppose I want to give "Tag2" also, how can I do that? I am aware of the services 'AddTags' and 'SetTags'. These services are called once entities are created. But I wanted to know if there is a way to assign multiple tags at creation time. Thanks in advance Aditya

In sketcher panel, the two different options 'Offset' and 'Thickness'. What's the difference between these two. It look like both does the same work. I'm sure there must be something one does while the other doesn't. Anyone please clarify.

Is it possible to set a timezone for a mashup so the datetime values show the context of the specified timezone? I'm using the CreatePDF extension to create a PDF of a Time Series Chart.  Since the CreatePDF essentially logs itself into the server in the background then takes a snapshot, I have my mashup set to query data based on timestamps saved to a Thing.  My problem is that the dates shown in the PDF chart are hours ahead of the datetime values that I'm saving and feeding into the service.  I believe it is showing the UTC time.  Could Localization Tables help with this?  Just trying to find a way to do this without having to manipulate the timestamps of the query data. I just installed Mathcad prime 5.0 trial version on my windows 7 machine, and the install went okay, but right at the end I see this message: I tried un installing and re-installing, and got the same thing. My machine is an x64 machine... it is an older Dell. When I run it, the splash screen comes up... then goes away. When I look in the task manager, it is running as a task, but It never opens the main screen. Any thoughts?

I have a flag note that I downloaded and I want to edit the font. The process I take to do so is: Annotate -> Symbol Gallery -> Redefine. I select the flag note from the drawing and the editor window appears. I then right click on the number inside the flag note to select the properties and then select the Text Style tab to adjust the font. Once I make the changes I'm not sure how to save it. I've saved the text style using the save icon in the properties window but that does not change the flag note. Any suggestions?

YASB Yet Another Symbolics Bug   I don't expect PTC to fix this bug in the near or far future but just out of curiosity - does anybody has an explanation or idea whats going wrong internally in the symbolics here (other than "its a bug").   I did not take the time to convert to Prime but I expect the same error there, too. MC15 worksheet attached.
