My simulate has been suffering from a fatal error when attempting to run an assembly simulation of 9 small parts. Total element count is approximately 128,000 and I am allocating 3 GB of RAM but during the first pass it always fails with the following error:   "The design study terminated abnormally.An error has occurred while requesting an additional3.072 gigabytes of memory from the operating system.To correct this problem, you may need to increase the amountof swap space on your system.  You may also need to increasethe memory usage limits that are set for your system.For large problems you can also try decreasing the solram allocation setting.At least 21.9693 gigabytes of memory are needed to run this design study."   I have run larger (greater number of elements) models in the past with an identical RAM allocation without error. SOLRAM has been increased after a previous error but that did not solve the issue. I am using CREO 2, and am having an issue with a repeat region BOM Table in an older drawing. The drawing used to contain a BOM Table that controlled the item numbers by through "BOM Index" column in the model. We now have a MapKey that creates an Automatic Alpha Numeric BOM Table, which has worked perfectly for hundreds of drawings, both old and new. I have replaced the old table with one of these new MapKey created, alpha numeric table, but it is manifesting a strange phenomenon. The issue is that this new table comes in with Row (Item) 1 empty except for the quantity which is "1", indicating that it sees "1 each" of something but can't display it. The actual first part now shows up in Row (Item) 2, and all other required parts are displayed in the proper quantities, such that this BOM is one item longer than the old one. HelloI'm curious about the SDK.Debugging the JAVA SDK will create a RemoteThing on Thingworx and create and bind a Thing in the Composer.So if you code the device using JAVA SDK, is it true that when the device is "ON", RemoteThing is created and disappears when it is "OFF"?Is it appropriate to pass values through additional functions or classes?Is the device same a module?

I have some issues in sending data from dataconnect to analytics server.I have followed these steps:1] Set up Analytics Server2] Import Analytics extension3] Set up Dataconnect4] Configure Platform Subsystem with dataconnect params5] Configure MachineLearningAll thing with Analytics server params6] Create a Data Analysis definition in TW and execute it7] The zip file with property data and payload.json are being created in thingworx repository8] Sending the zip(payload.json+csv) file to analytics server?Step 8 is where I am facing problems. How to upload the created zip file to the analytics server? Do I have to use the service SubmitUploadDataset?If so, then I am not able to test the service in Composer. When I Edit the UploadData field and try to add a row it tells me "Must have a datashape defined to add rows".Am I approaching it the wrong way? 404 - File or directory not found.The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.This shows up when I try clicking on the pdf file to download the Creo 3.0 student edition. Tried downloading the older versions and it still shows this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,I am trying to install Thingworx Analytics Server 8.1 on a Windows 10 VM using the docker installation process. While installing the analytics server, after entering the ThingWorx host and AppKey, I am getting an error message of failed validation for the Thingworx foundation connection (please see the attached screenshot).Just to check that if the AppKey is working, I tried some simple PUT and GET request test and the key seems to be working.However, I would like to point out that my ThingWorx core is installed on a different VM (Windows Server 2012 R2). Is this maybe the reason for the failed validation? If yes, what can be done to rectify this?Thanks!P.S. Hi guys,today I'm working on a small analytics example with ThingWorx 8.1.1 and Analytics 8.1.I would work with the new AnalyticsServer_xxxThing's (e.g. AnalyticsServer_DataThing). With the AnalyticsServer_DataThing I can only create new datasets with json and csv-files. At Thingworx version 8.0 I have to use Dataconnect to create csv-files from thing properties. For the version 8.1 there is no Dataconnect download available. Do I use the old Dataconnect? Can I avoid the Dataconnect?

In the case of visualization, changes are not made to subcomponents.For example, all CAD data published on the first server has version A.1, and the assembly visualizes the subcomponents of A.1.After modifying and verifying some of the following subcomponents, each component has A.2, but the assembly still displays A.1 and does not display the latest appearance of the modified components.You must also check in the assembly again to see the latest appearance.   Do I have to check in every time a subcomponent changes to keep all assemblies in which the component is used up to date?   Is there another good suggestion?   thanks

In the case of the promotion process, it could be changed in preference management.Where can I change to reconfigure the processes associated with a change request?Do I have to manually modify the default change request process?Or can you specify other workflows like the promotion process?   Please help me.
