Creo 4 M030 and Windchill 11 M030 - All our 4k laptops and workstations with 4k monitors have severe graphics glitch's using Chrome as the embedded browser and the search window in the upper right does not show until we drop resolution way down.   So I switched back to IE and the glitches stop but the search window still does not appear until I drop resolution. which is not an acceptable solution.   Each have various Nvidia cards, all 1-3 years old, all behave the same. I tried the most recent drivers.   high_dpi_enabled is already defaulted to yes...so setting this does not change anything.   Zooming in and out (within the embedded browser) makes the search window flash and disappear.   Windows scaling has no effect.   Any other ideas?  

Hello friends,   I am setting my Distribution as it is working fine for me currently with Windchill 11 but it is not sending inflammations of Alternate parts along with the main part to my PLM connector. While setting Distribution target information manually from 'Manage Distribution' from Site->Utilities, i am getting this error on clicking the 'Yes'.   Screen shot of an error has been attached with this discussion. Hi,I work on a local instance of ThingWorx 8.1.1 with the Standalone Version of Analytics. On 20th december both are connected (the last time). After the 20th the maschine where the instance are running has been shutdown. Now after chrismas holidays I start up the maschine (with ThingWorx and Analytics) but the Analtics Gateway is not connected.Where can I find a clue whats going wrong or how can i fix it?

I want to add some information into creo parametric file (eg. prt, asm, drw) by toolkit.So far I can only think of attach these info into Parameters, Relations or Pro/Program.But nither of them can hide the info to user in ProE.Is there any way I can store private primitive data in plain text or key-value pairs and not letting user to see them in Creo Parametric? Hello,   I work with CreoParametric 2.0, and more specifically with the cabling application. Downstream services (especially production lines) use CreoView in order to visualize the 3D models. The problem is that all informations that can be easily displayed in Parametric (such as length, diamater, etc) don't appear once the assembly is opened in CreoView.   Tree in Parametric (Harness with lot of tubes with different data):   Tree in Creoview (only the name of the whole harness is visible):   Is there a way to export the assembly into CreoView such that the wanted information is displayed?    Thank you, Don't hesitate yp ask me if I didn't explain my problem well, Ambroise.

Hello, I used the tutorial from this site to install the MQTT Extension from the Marketplace to my installation. Everything works fine.For my purpose I need to transmit additional Information in the MQTT messages such as timestamp, senderID etc. I use JSON Format for the messages. Doing so I cant simply use the MQTT Extension to subscribe to a topic and directly save the messages to the ValueStream or whatever else. I would need a service that is called everytime a new message is received from the subscribed topics and that manages decoding the JSON etc.Is there a service that is called everytime a message is received? Or how can I create one?Thanks a lot

Hi,I'm having the same issue as this thread DateTime picker, month and arrow are not displayed regarding the datetime picker not showing the month. I did remove the RangeSlider extension and refreshed the composer but it did not solve my issue. Anyone have ideas? I'm using Thingworx 8.Update:It looks like the client is still referencing css statements for Rangerslider_Extension. Do I need to do something else after removing the extension aside from refreshing the composer?Thank you in advance for your help.Wendy

Hi,I have installed Windchill PDM Link 11.0 F000. I want to update existing server installation (install Gateway for Cadence ADW) using PSI version 11.0. After choosing Update Existing Installation/Install Optional Components the "Standalone Product or Component" is grey. I cannot choose it. On the server I have stoppen everyting: tomcat, LDAP directory. Any ideas?Slavek

This thread appears to have got lost in the changes.   I have a server system with no connection to the internet.  It has been serving Creo licences to workstations for a few years and now it is time to upgrade the license software in preparation for the installation of Creo 4.   Following some major issues last week the system has been running with the old lmgrd software run from a console window.  This evening I have shut down the server and removed the old software.  To do that I renamed the directory "FLEXnet  Admin License Server" to "old.FLEXnet ...".  I didn't want to actually remove it, I wanted to keep a way back in case things failed.  I rebooted to get a clean system and ensure that there were no open files in the old directory. I had previous downloaded the package flexnetadmin64_11.14 from PTC and expanded the zip file.  I ran the setup.exe and dragged in a copy of the license file.  Eventually I got the message "starting..
