Hello everyone,I have something to ask, and maybe it's quite easy to ask. But I couldn't find any source about it. I created a chart from curve fitting, and I want to see the chart values in a table. If it's necessary, I can add the file. 🙂
Hello,I have drawings with erased views on different sheets. - How resume all (erased) views of current sheet only (without to select them one by one)? When using Resume View > select all, Creo recognize there is views from other sheets but not able to resume only views of current sheet. - How select erased views with a box not by pick them? Thanks
Hello everyone 🙂 I want to do exponential regression, I saw a YouTube source about it. Link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O0LbLATVboU&t=320s. However, I face some errors when I want to choose some value in a matrix. The error shown in the figure below pops up. Error: This array index is invalid. The index must be an integer, not less than ORIGIN, and not greater then the last element. Can you help me? Note: I attached the Mathcad and Excel files.
I had a glitch with my wireless mouse on my computer which caused it to erratically move my cursor and click. After I got my mouse disconnected and my computer back under control, all the faces on all my models seem to be permanently stuck in something that looks like the shaded curvature view, with seemingly no way to get the shading back to normal. There is also intermittently a black screen that replaces the entire view window. This video is currently being processed. Please try again in a few minutes.(view in My Videos)How can I get back to my default view settings? I tried resetting everything to default in options -> System Appearance, but this does not fix the problem. I am running Creo 10
PTC unsupported question but had to ask. Has anyone tested a later version of Creo, like Creo 7.0.10.0 with Windchill 11.0.M030? I would be interested in any issues that they may have come across during there "TEST".
Hello Everyone. From : How to plot an Arc in 3D with Mathcad 15 ?Thanks in advance for your time and help.Best Regards.Loi.
This should be simple. I have an issue where I define an equation and get a useful result. But further down in the mathcad sheet I just need to echo the equation that defines the variable to the user so he can make other determinations from the equation. How do I do that? See attached. I need the means to do this in Mathcad 15 and in Prime 8.0.
I designed and 3d printed this squirrel picnic table using bamboo wood. It all snaps together like a puzzle with some gorilla glue. Screw an acorn to the top and put it outside on a tree. I used a master modeling technique where the entire assembly is comprised of a single part model with multiple bodies that are driven by relations. I allowed the bodies to intersect and used a boolean cut to subtract the differences. I used flexible modeling to offset tight fitting areas with extra space. Then an auto-round on all edges of all bodies. I exported each body as a reference part and arranged them on my print tray. Took six only hours to print. Designed in a Creo Parametric 10
How can I plot a circle in the X-Y plane, only knowing the radius and location of the circle center?I have Mathcad Prime 8.0.
Hello, I can't get the two terms to add up. i can get the results individually. Attached is Mathcad 15 sheet. Thanks
How to add a component level parameter to next top level assembly family table ?
We're on Creo 4 M100 and moving to Creo 8 as part of a Windchill upgrade. We're going thru the corporate config.pro in the loadpoint verifying options and mapkeys when this came about; !--- TURN DATUMS OFF ---mapkey df #environment;#disp dtmpln;#done-return;#view;#repaint;#done-return;!--- TURN DATUMS ON ---mapkey dn #environment;#disp dtmpln;#done-return;#view;#repaint;#done-return;!--- TURN AXES OFF ---mapkey af #environment;#disp axes;#done-return;#view;#repaint;#done-return;!--- TURN AXES ON ---mapkey an #environment;#disp axes;#done-return;#view;#repaint;#done-return; These are some very old entries which reference the old Pro/E menu manager. Yet, for some reason, they still work. Is the menu manager still running in the background?
I downloaded an iges file of a vented screw. I would like to modify it to make it longer. It is currently 8mm long, and I want it to be 50 mm long. I have tried to mirror it as a way of elongating it, but the ends don't mirror correctly. Is there a way to cut a section off? I could copy and paste the middle threads to get to my desired length.
Is there anyway to display the result? I'm using ptc mathcad prime 7.0.0.0
When I try to create a new project in Creo schematics, I get an error reading "Specified directory in location is not empty. What is causing this error? I am using Creo Schematics version 8.0.0.0.
Hello,I am trying to recreate this model from solidworks modelmania 2013. (https://blogs.solidworks.com/tech/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/Model-Mania-2013-Phase-1-Drawing.jpg) I thought about using the shell feature for the offset walls of value '3' circled below.I believe I would be able to do this by using the shell, exclude surface feature however I was unable to do that; and it does make sense since the surface is not extended down into the other surface. In the end I decided to use non-default thickness and it worked fine. I wanted to ask how you would approach this? As always I really appreciate all your help. Using Creo 9.0
I have a set of rollers that when I drag the assembly need to adjust the angle of the rollers. I can do it in one section of the tube, but not the whole length. How do I identify the mechanisms? I did best with a 3D contact. The parts are highlighted. Move the orange assembly, the magenta rollers adjust around the cyan tube and rollers stay on each side. I spent a fair portion of my career taking measurements of experimental data. When I first started the senior engineer would review the data and discard measurements that he deemed false. Discarding data simply because you thought it was wrong struck me as very questionable and I spent a fair amount of effort developing a method (using T statistics) to identify "bad" data. It turns out that there is a statistically rigorous calculation to do just that, developed (and published in 1852) by Benjamin Peirce. That method is developed and demonstrated in the attached Prime 4 Express file. Thoughts and suggestions?
How to merge multiple STEP files generated for let say CAB assembly in Creo using code.
SO I'm making a project to calculate the surface areas of a sheet metal part that has a surface finish, two types "finish1" and "finish2", but I only have access to the free java object toolkit. I know I cannot use the surface finishes nor the annotations. I had an idea to attach a note of a specific type to a surface with a surface finish and then get the surface its attached to then get its area. Is this possible? I've tried GetAttachment() as it is a DetailNoteItem and doing GetParent which returns with the part which I think isn't helpful as i none of the model items from that are surfaces. Is there another way? //Surface Finishes private HashMap <String, Double> getFinishes(Solid solid){ double finish1 = 0; double finish2 = 0; HashMap <String, Double> finishes = new HashMap <String, Double>(); try { ModelItems modelItems = solid.ListItems(ModelItemType.ITEM_DTL_NOTE); for (int i = 0; i<modelItems.getarraysize

Estou encontrando problemas para abertura do Mathcad. Estava usando normalmente, mas de repente o programa começa a carregar e não abre. Já reinstalei e continua da mesma forma. Qual orientação para corrigir este problema?
Can anyone help me with this: In Creo 10 Illustrate, I want to move the anchor point to rotate. See a screenshot below; This contains a group of opbjects that should rotate not from the center point but from a another point so that the hinge effect is more visible. I may be overlooking something on how to move the anchor point in this version of Creo.
Hello Everyone. From :How to plot the Fermat point of a triangle with Mathcad ?Thanks in advance for your time and help.Best Regards.Loi.
We want to use "ALT" parts (very much against my recommendations but we have to do BOM's to the specs...) and while it's easy enough to change the quantity to "ALT" or "AR" (for bulk items like sealant etc.), I'd like to actually manually change the index (EDIT: right column listed as "ITEM") to have 2 #11's. I'd also like to be able to keep the correct quantity for "ALT" parts since that's good information. I've been working on it and I don't THINK it's possible, but I'm not 100% sure it can't be done. Or if it CAN be done, can it be done without a gigantic set of relations at the table level? Any ideas? Thx!
