Hello I'm struggling with PTC_WM_* parameters while MODELCHECK.  When MODELCHECK done it's job it shows me report where all of the parameters are marked as non existing in start part. But all of this parameters was created by Windchill in my start part and than start part was exported to the folder where all start parts suppose to be. How can I fix this problem so my MODELCHECK see PTC_WM_* parameters in start parts?Thanks in advance.      

Weird one this...I get random floating point errors in a quite intense worksheet. If I cut the offending formula and paste it, the error disappears.The worksheet contains too much information to attach it. I just wondered whether anyone had come across this and whether there is a solution. I've also had problems with some plots in the same worksheet as it says the matrix should have real numbers. I have added the Re() function which seems to deal with this problem most of the time. There are no imaginary numbers in my calculations that I am aware of. I'm reproducing calculations that run happily in Excel.

I recently had to switch to Mathcad Prime when my renewed license would not work on Mathcad 15. But in prime the converter button is greyed out. I have multiple files I still need to access so that I dont have to recreate them. Is there a solution for this. My current will not open 15 at all.   

It would be possible to extend my Mathcad trial student license because I'm didn't get to use the first 30 days due to a personal issue, so, now I hope to get familiar with the software and the advantages that it could bring to my studing process.Thanks!

Often, I am faced with this window: Problem is, its yes/no buttons are not responsive because the system is waiting for acknowledgement of this dialog box: Sometimes, there are several of these warning boxes, and often, they are hidden behind other windows and not accessible except via moving them "to the front" via the taskbar manipulations.   I am wondering if there is a config.pro option to prevent the application from displaying this annoying (on so many levels) warning dialog box.

How can I copy paste the table from one to another in Prime with unit?

I am using Creo Parametric - Release 3.0 (connected) 3.0 M100Edit Parameters Tools menu is missing options and the parameter list is abridged. There are tons of missing parameters in this particular manufacturing model. CL_DIST is a big one that my Post Processor uses and it has gone missing in the parameter list. Starting a new manufacturing file remedies the situation but I need to know how to fix the one that is already complete as there is a lot of work already done and starting over every time this happens is not a solution. I need to know how to correct this issue if it ever happens again. I did attempt to export the parameter list from a good model and open in the broken one but I receive a long list of errors stating not valid.

I would like to take time derivatives of a Lagrangian function to develop equations of motion. I am not able to find anything online. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Creating a drawing of a large assembly. It has 60 items after I've used Flat/ Rec Item and Filters.But the list is sorted with assemblies first and then parts. The second sort order goes after the model names in numerical order.But I want to reshuffle the order so that I get the most important items FIRST (as number 1 and onwards) and the fasteners, screws, washers, nuts LAST. How is this done?  

In Mathcad 14, I didn't find any functions or worksheets for using number theory functions. I am particularly interested in:Factorization/prime number decomposition of a natural number as an ordered product of prime powers,number of divisors of a natural number,Euler function phi.Are such functions implemented in MC14?Happy New Year, Alfred Flasshaar

Every time I boot up Creo Parametric, it reports error 0x06000012 and it shuts down. Something about being unable to run the quality agent. Any advice?    

I can't install Mathcad Prime 8. I have alredy Prime 7 (with watermark) and it works good. I can download the installer but when i launch "pim_installmgr_mathcad.exe" the installation process just stops after "extracting" window reaches 100%, and there are no installer window open after that.I have tried it many times and as administrator, but always same problem.

I have Mathcad Prime 8.0, and I would like to install it on my new computer. I am okay with uninstalling it on the computer it is currently on. When I installed it on my new computer, I got a watermark across the page instead of just the footer. How can I proceed with installing it on my new computer without the watermark across the page?

Hi, I like to have the date in header automatic, therefore I use the Saved date under Document. I would like to add a format for "Saved date" according to standard ISO 8601, that is YYYY-MM-DD. Is it possible or are there any workarounds for this? Kind regards/Emelia

have a busy hole pattern, using Show Model Annotations I am adding the datum axes, but they are too big and overlapping. How do you change the size of when they are first added? (I know how to change them manually once they are added).

Is it possible to create sub-sets of restricted parameters, so that the first parameter selected from a restricted list defines the restricted list for a second parameter?An example is tolerance standards for different processes.  Rather than have one long list of ALL tolerance standards (including e.g. die-casting, injection-moulding, sheet metal etc), is it possible to have a restricted list of Processes first, which then defines the second restricted list containing tolerances for the selected process only?Example in other words:First parameter - choose 'Die Casting' from the list of processes.Second parameter - choose from a list of standards only applicable to Die Casting.
