I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM150Encountering error while exporting drawing files to pdf

hi I'm in charge of application support.  How do you generate a mathcad usage report?  i would like to see a list of machine names/usernames/ datetimes and license number to see who is using what version and when?  I have tried doing this through the ptc community website it all it gives me is the license and subscription information.  not the detailed users who are checking out the licenses.  thanks

Hi,   In 3D ,Using Pro3dDispListCreate to keep circles or lines etc drawn with ProGraphicsDraw Func. However, in 2D drawings, circles with Pro3dDispListCreate do not look like circles, and with Pro2dDispListCreate, circles or lines drawn with ProGraphicDraw disappear when panned or zoomed in/out.   If there is a way to keep items drawn with ProGraphics Draw in 2d, please help.   Warm Regards, SeonHo CHA.

Hi, I use creo parametric 2.0. I have problem and questions. IF it possible in creo 2.0 make a part and after split have 2 separate part? I know I'm backing up and cutting etc but I'm looking for a creo function that would allow me to do this without backing up.

When I turn on a cross-section, some solid models appear as surface models. They appear as 'hollow'. Nevertheless, 'Show Clipped Model as Solid' is checked on in 'Options', and 'Capped_clip' in config.pro is set to 'yes'....Any suggestions as to what could be wrong? ( Creo 4.0 )   Kind regards    

I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM150I have an assembly that contains parts PRT1 and PRT2. I made a parameter KOS that allows me to choose which part is active in the assembly using IF statement in pro/program.In the assembly i also have a coordinate system, that I would like to place on default coordinate system of whatever part is "active".I tried adding the add feature of csys inside IF statement which supresses/unsupresses either part (and changed references to the appropriate csys of part), but it returns an error that feature with that ID already exists.Is it possible to change references for a coordinate system inside pro/program? Is it possible to use IF statement inside the add feature of csys where it requests references?(pro/program in attachment)

Hello If I have an assembly pattern with a bunch of parts, and would like to remove the pattern but still have all the parts left in their places, can I do that somehow? The reason I'm asking is that now that pattern is populated by the same part, but I want to make it into a family table part with features that vary depending on location. If I do a Replace on some part they all change. I do understand that I can convert the pattern into a Table pattern and swap the instances there, but that does not save much work in this case, so I would prefer to just "de-pattern" the pattern into single parts.

There issue that license is already expired when I install Mathcad first time for test 30-days period.

Any chance that a native Mac OS version of CREO View is in the PTC roadmap?   

Hello Community, I have edited several PVZ files in Creo View MCAD, and added further assemblies, also from PVZ files, via "Add Viewable to Session". This has worked perfectly for months. Now, however, the added viewables have suddenly disappeared from the corresponding PVZ files that they were added to ("parent files"). However, the added assemblies are still visible in the thumbnails of various annotation sets of the respective parent files. Based on the previous experience and on this help text, I assume that viewables that have been added in this way are stored inside the parent file, so that the location of the added assembly does not matter after it has been added (as would be the case, for example, with Microsoft OLE Object Linking and Embedding).The shared location of the parent file and the added viewable has changed in the meantime, but both are still in the same file folder together. What could be the reason that the added viewables are suddenly no l

I am using Creo Parametric Release 6.0 and Datecode6.0.2.0After installing Windows 10 21H2 update to build 19044.2006 anytime Creo (Parametric or Simulate) is started an error "No write access to C:\Users\Public\Documents" is displayed. Directory permissions are ok and user can manually create folder sand write files to that directory. Able to proceed when browsing to and selecting C:\Users\Public\Documents.Also now when trying to create a part with the default template New File Options are required, was never required before.Uninstall and re-install of Creo does not fix the issue.Here are the errors that I facedNo write access to C:\Users\Public\Documents

I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM150GPU RENDERING DOSENT SUPPORT PROPERLY WHILE RENDERING. WHILE RENDERING, UTILIZATION OF GPU IS @ 0% ONLY.

Using Creo 7.0.5.0 I have a situation where I'm making a rectangular base plate for a table-stand. The plate has 2 mm chamfered edges and the 8 corners should be chamfered as well (see image below). However, this requires not less than 8 separate features which are tiresome to create. Not only that - the dimensions are not remembered between each corner, they can't be mirrored or patterned either. Not even if an existing Corner Chamfer feature is copied and pasted to another corner the dimensions are kept (so what the point of copying it?).  Anyone who has a simple solution to this?  

 Could someone explain, please, how possible to build two or more curves at one graph (plot) in MathCAD Prime? "This variable is undefined. Check that the label is set correctly." the error message is shown.
