can i delete the ptcsh0 folder that i get when unzipping MED-100WIN-CD-470_10-0-9-0_Win64 or will that cause problems? Because it contains very heavy files

Hi, I can't seem to install Creo 12 because when I get to the "Licenses" step, after applying the license and entering my credentials, having done this on 2 clean installs meaning I delete all of it's contents and restart the process, I am prompted with an error!" instead of a "success!" 

Hi. even with this tutorial and using the conde showed in the .pdf file i can't renew my expired license. Any other way?

hello, when i tried to open creo nothing happened, neither as admin, in the taskbar or as a shortcut. Waiting didn't help either and nothing was visible in the task manager either. the wheel next to the mouse pointer opened briefly but then disappeared again shortly afterwards.now i have completely uninstalled creo and wanted to install it again, but now the setup.exe file cannot be opened after extracting it. the wheel next to the mouse pointer appears briefly again, but then disappears again immediately.If you run it twice in quick succession as an administrator, an error message appears that the program must first be closed. setup.exe does not work even after restarting several times.my setup: win 11 laptop with enough power to run creo 7 because i recently designed with creo but from one day to the next creo would not start anymore

Whenever i'm goin' to active license it get error every time if anyhow got success then don't further proceed and crash the window site.....

Hi everyoneBasically I'm trying to log data into an SQL server, I get the correct tag value and tag name, but with the time I'm not able to see it correctly in SQL In SQL I have the column Time as data type: timestampand the data that logs is in hexadecimal, so is not what I wantI've actually use data type datetime2 as well in sql but then I get an error in Kepware (Error Data Logger Plug-in Unable to query recordset on Log Group 'loggroup'. Reason: Conversion failed when converting date and/or time from character string)You can see it in the snapshots  does anyone know how can I actually submit the time in the SQL server? or like what datatype should be in Kepware and SQL? please help  

Hello Community,I am facing multiple issues while trying to install and configure KInstallation Failure:When I try to install after uninstalling, the installation fails with Error 1638: Another version of this product is already installed.I tried uninstalling completely, but it seems some remnants are preventing reinstallation.Password/User Issue:I forgot the pas.I tried looking in UserInfo5.xml and other configuration files, but the options to reset the password are missing or invalid.Right-clicking on OPC UA Config in the taskbar shows errors related to XML or missing configuration.Current Goal:I want to completely uninstall and reinstall it fresh.I also want to reset the password so I can access OPC UA configuration.Has anyone faced similar issues? Could you please guide me on:How to fully remove k and all related files/registry entries.How to reset the password safely without losing configuration.Any tips to avoid Error 1638 during reinstall.Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,I am a student and have been using PTC Creo 8.0 Education. Since yesterday, however, I have been experienceing an issue with my license. When I try to update it, I receive the following error message: "You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type".  I have read on the forum that it is possible to reactivate the maximum number of requests, but I am not sure how to do this. Could someone please explain the steps I should follow to resolve this issue? 

Hello,I used PTC Creo for my university, and after a year, I can no longer activate the licence again (when I try to do so via reconfigure, it just gives me an error message). Also, my account on the website does not allow me to access licence management and other functions, giving me an 'Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges' error message.Is there any way I can confirm my student status? Hi, I've been using creo parametric 12.4.0.0 thinking that I was using the academic edition which I have a node locked license to use. I didn't enter this license when I first downloaded CREO and tried to use it to install CREO again in the academic version. This hasn't resulted in the academic version downloading but instead the error message that my code no longer works. How do I access my academic version? My error is I have reached the maximum number of license requests for my product, this appears anytime I try to enter my license. Please help. Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks.

I just want to put this hear since the proposed solution in this topic didn't work for me:I needed to turn Hyper V in the Windows Features off and restart in order to be able to install and run Creo 9 on Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.1702 .   Unfortunately reinstalling Hyper V causes the installed Creo to no longer start!

Hello,While renewing my Creo student license, I was getting errors when installing the license code. I tried deleting all of my creo files and reinstalling from scratch but the error is persisting. I have included a screenshot of this below. Has anyone seen this before or know how I can go about solving it? Thanks!

I had to reinstall the program several times due to an error on my laptop, it finally worked. I wanted to make a video to show my colleagues how to install it so that it doesn't cause problems. The thing is, when I tried to reinstall the license, I got the following error. You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type. I contacted my Uni, they told me to contact PTC, but I can't access the eSupport because I have to upgrade my account using a client number which I don't have, my uni only have given me the licence number. I need the program to make my lab practices. It would be helpful if some of the support members of PTC could reach me and do the MAC thing to my laptop, I've read on the forum and I know that it's possible to reactivate the max num of requests. Thanks. 

I installed creo 12.4 student edition yesterday but when i start new manufacturing part it tries opening but doesn't do anything, pls help thank you
