I had an issue with my computer and had to reset / fresh install Windows. On Login, I see: "You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type." After searching high and low in these forums, I found this link, which is also not helpful:https://support.ptc.com/appserver/lm/programs/licensing_programs_v.jsp It says its meant to "Transfer an Existing Student License" (which I think is what I want to do) - from https://community.ptc.com/t5/Mathcad-Tips/Transferring-Mathcad-Single-User-or-Student-license-from-an/ta-p/819143#M1600 but it gives the same unhelpful message that says: "Thank you for using Mathcad. You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type. To upgrade to the latest version of Mathcad, please visit store.ptc.com." Isn't this the whole point of the transfer tool?Incredibly frustrated after purchasing the license.
I have an Education version of Creo 11 but need to move this to a new PC. The nature of the existing license does not allow me access to the licence manager tool or e-support. Is there anyone who can give me some advice please. Many thanks
Good morning, Our school robotics team is currently participating in the FTC competition, and we’re in the process of organizing all the models in Onshape. The "FIRST team" kindly shared a file with us, but I’m having trouble figuring out how to identify the material of the parts used in the model. If someone could assist me with this, it would be greatly appreciated!

I purchased the license for Mathcad Prime 11 Student Edition, but when I attempt to activate it, I receive an error stating that I have reached the maximum number of license requests available for my product type. I have not used or activated my product key on any other device, so I am confused why I am getting this error message. I tried the online license portal, but it gave me the same error. I've included pictures of the error message and some information to help figure this out. Host ID: DC-21-48-00-77-A1
Hello everyone,I am working with Creo Flow Analysis on a model of a beaker filled with water (fluid domain). To close the volume, I created a capping surface at the fluid level. Now, I want to add a pipe as a second fluid domain that penetrates this capping surface and goes into the beaker. My idea is to define the upper circular face of the pipe as an inlet and define the lower circular face of the pipe (inside the water) as an outlet. The problem: Because the pipe passes through the capping surface, I cannot select the lower circular face of the pipe as an outlet in the Assistant. So my question is: What is the correct modeling approach in Creo Flow Analysis if I want to have a pipe fluid domain inside another fluid domain, with its upper face as inlet and its lower face as outlet? Thanks a lot for any advice!
Somethings wrong with the licence ?
I did as the download instructions but it didn't work and I don't know where the error is. Please help me solve this problem. Thanks
I have downloaded the student version of Creo 12 and upon opening Creo Parametric I get the following error message: Error codes 21 and 5 show up. How do I resolve this issue? Please help
I recently downloaded Creo 12.0. When I attempt to install the license, after I punch in the code provided by the held pdf, I receive an error message.
Hi, my student license for Creo Parametric 12.0 is going to expire. I see that on the internet, the message is supposed to have a 'Renew License' button with it, but that is not available for me. Please guide me.
This file is in MathCAD 9, but I'm experiencing the same issue in MathCAD 10. I believe MathCAD is misrepresenting the units. See attached. "Hmp" and "TH" have the wrong values when comparing with example 11.2 at the bottom. I rewrote them as H and T next to them. I substituted "m" and "Ump" for the actual values of 100000 and 1035 and the answers came out correct. So, something is wrong with how "m" and "Ump" are represented.
I purchased the student edition of Mathcad for a class I am taking this semester. I was having issues with the download on my laptop, and there was an assignment due, so I went ahead and downloaded it on my PC. I just tried to download Mathcad on my laptop, and it is saying "You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type." I was unaware that I would not be able to use the software on multiple devices, and it is much more important for me to have it on my laptop than PC. Is there a way I can get the software on my laptop without having the purchase another license?
I downloaded Mathcad Prime 11.0 Student Edition and was activating the license when I got a pop-up message saying to try again later due to server connectivity. After trying again, I got a message that I had reached the maximum number of license requests for the product. I have also called support and was instructed to come here. Please help!
I'm a mechanical engineer who's been using Creo Parametric (formerly Pro/ENGINEER) for over 20 years. If I were to start a beginner level Creo Parametric course for local High School students, what free training materials (from PTC or other) - books, PDFs, online tutorials - would you recommend we use? Also, any idea who at PTC might be willing to provide support in this endeavor? Got an email address for them? Any comments regarding students using self-paced online Creo Parametric training with or without an instructor/mentor in the same room?
I am a university student, and want to use the 9.0 version of Creo for my class. I ran into an issue where the the licence is "not suitable". How would I fix this issue? Thanks in advance.
