Hello,  I am a student from University of mechanical enginering in Ljubljana, Slovenia and I was trying to instal student version of Creo 9.0. Everything went through, but then the problem occures at starting the program because when I start the program, when programs menu open, a message with alert pop up, which is added in attachemnt. If anyone know what do I need to do to make it start working please hit me up. 

Hi,   I have installed the PTC Creo late February. Now, when I try to use it I get the message shown in the picture below:   What is wrong? I do not get it. It looks like the PTC license has been cut.........   Any thoughts?   Thank you!

Whenever I attempt to open Render Studio, the program will stop responding. I am only having issues with a particular part. Any other part has worked fine. What can I do to fix this? I have to submit renders of this part for a project. I tried to leave the window open for 20+ minutes but it never loaded into render studio.Using Creo Parametric 11.0.0.0I am trying to upload the part, but it says that file type .1 is not allowed. What am I doing wrong? In file explorer, it just shows as .prt.Thanks!

With my previous student's license on MathCAD prime 7 I was able to use MAthCAD on my Laptop and on my Desktop Pc. Now with my new MathCAD prime 10 license for this year, which looks the same, it is not possible anymore. When I activated the license last year, it was possible to just use it on both my devices, but now when I try to do this it tells me that I have reached the maximum number of license requests available for my product type. Is this because of MathCAD 10 or was this generally changed?

Hi everyone,I had a very strange issue when trying to analyse some simulation results for a sensitivity study in Creo Parametric 9.0.Still haven't understood where the problem could be, the only thing I was able to validate is that when using only default measures for evaluation there are no problems while if you define a personalized measure it shows the error message I posted in the attachment.Anyone had similar issues and was able to solve?

J'ai depuis longtemps un problème de licence avec Creo qui jusque la était facilement résolvable en remettant la licence manuellement. Sa me mettait un message d'erreur licence invalide un fois par semaine parfois une fois dans le mois puis dernièrement tout les jours...Sauf que maintenant plus aucune méthode ne fonctionne reconfigurer licence fonctionne pas, supprimer la licence.bat dans le dossier licensing non plus...J'ai donc désinstaller Creo et tenter de le réinstaller maintenant je suis bloqué, lorsque je rentre la licence sa marque erreur. CREO 10licence étudiante Que faire ? Merci de votre aide

I just created my PTC acount because I need it for enginerring shcool, and I'm told that I was supposed to recive a licence pack via mail and that it is essential to use CreO, but the problem is I haven't recieved it yet, and it's been at least 3-4 days since I created my acount.Anyone knows what the issue is ?

I downloaded the needed, but when I try to open setup.exe, the creo installation assistant doesn't openI turned off the antiviruses, and ran it as an administration, but it just doesn't openThe version of Creo I downloaded is 9.0 student edition

Im attempting to install creo, creo common files, and several others, installed fine, however it failled to install creo platform agent. In the installation manager it simply says "unsuccesful"

Can we use the hole, chamfer, draft features in the modeling, engineering tab? For me it’s gray. I can’t use the features.

Hi All, I am having the following error when trying to install the CREO drawing standards, and cannot find anything online to help me. I have loaded it as 'administrator' so permissions arent an issue and cannot find any info no matter the amount of digging I do to find it. I guess what I need to do is find these files manually and then enter them into the correct config files manually? I dont know where to start as there are hundreds of files. Thanks in advance!
