Hello -I'm looking to export/import over 300 documents between 2 servers.Probably going to do this via CLI batch files.However, I do not see a way to export Text Attachments of nodes.  (not file attachments)Any thoughts?Thanks,John

Hi everyone,I'm currently working on demo case where I want to show how ThingWorx Edge, ThingWorx Analytics and ThingWorx Platform interact with each other. Currently, on the Edge there is a virtual sensor that generates synthetic data and sends it to the platform. I'm also able to use the ThingWorx Analytics server to generate prediction models for the synthetic data and then retrieve the results.Let us now come to my actual question:What is the recommended way to stream new data from Edge to the Analytics server and then send the results to the Platform to display e.g. the classification of the current data in a mashup?CheersSebastian K.

Has anyone tried managing Windchill groups permissions via a Outlook Distribution List permissions? Our Windchill permission setup is pretty flat right now where anyone can modify any Windchill Product and I'd like to refine that without adding a ton of work managing all those different permissions. We have about 125-150 people to manage permissions for access into many different Windchill Products. This would help simplify permissions throughout our company as those same distribution lists are used to manage SharePoint permissions to rather than recreating/maintaining those same groups in Windchill. Thoughts? Worst idea ever? Any idea where to start? We're using Windchill 10.1. Presumably, anyone who didn't have access to Windchill would just get ignored.

When trying to create some test matrices in Mathcad 15 for the functions in the attached worksheet, I found that I couldn't create a nested array at worksheet level by setting one element of a matrix to be a matrix.  It's fine if I do it inside a program or if I manually create such an array.Is this a known issue?  Does it still exist in the latest version of Mathcad 15?Thanks,Stuart

Why I'm getting different results for the sum in the attached worksheet with the symbolic and numeric evaluations ?I think I've made somewhere a mistake..., but I cannot find where.Probably I am so far not able to see the forest behind the tree...Many thanks for help, Liv. The worksheet was saved in Mcd11, but same results in Mcd15.

I recently updated my system to windows 10 from windows 7. On windows 7 I had the purge function but now I don't have it on windows 10. We've been experiencing an odd issue with workspaces not activating.  We are currently using Creo3 M070, WC 10.2 M030-CPS09When Creo 3 initially fires up, what ever workspace you are in is inactive by default.  Selecting "activate" from the -Pick an Action- menu does not activate the workspace.  There are only two solutions which we have found as a work around.  Switch to a different worksapce, and then switch back to the workspace you want, orSwitch the browser to Chrome.  (this issue is specific only to IE)We logged a ticket with support, and were able to reproduce the issue in the Webex, but PTC was not able to reproduce it on their end, so they closed it.  Their suggestion was to migrate to M100 or use Chrome.  Unfortunately, one of our clients who is in M100 is now having the issue as well.  Has anyone else experience this, or does anyone have any insight?  We're a bit perplexed.

My student edition of Creo 3.0 after several months of usage has now a licensing issue. I have downloaed the latest Creo 3.0, have uninstalled the previous Creo and installed the new downloaded Creo 3.0. The install seemed to go OK, but I am still having licensing issues.How do I rectify this?

I am looking how to check in/out Arbortext files within Windchill. The type of files we deal with are .ditamap, .dita and .iso files.  Also, stylesheets too. We want these arbortext files to act as like our Creo CAD files…………able check in/out , creates iterations and revisions, etcAre there settings within Windchill to make this happen?   Any help would be great.

Hi Folks--I know that in previous versions of PE (<=6.x), XSL-FO support was implemented in a multi-stage approach, where the document is transformed into XSL-FO markup, and then a dynamically generated FOSI is used to create the final output. Can anyone verify whether that is still the case in PE 7.0? There was talk a while back of developing XSL-FO support via APP rather than via FOSI, but I haven't heard whether that actually went anywhere.Thanks!--Clay

How do I make my default web browser homepage my active current workspace. Our admins here changed ours to go to their "help" page. I use that page once every year, I use my active workspace once every 30 minutes, doesn't make sense to have it set to something I rarely use.   I know the config option web_browser_homepage but I haven't figured out the value to get it to the active workspace, only the "pdmlink" homepage listing my workspaces, checked-out work and updates.This thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. How to run a batch file in trigger script of Integrity?java.lang.Runtime.getRuntime().exec('cmd /c start E:\\oval\\CPProject.bat');is above command is right to execute batch using JAVA API in Integrity server.I am able to write and read batch file using JAVA API script but above command does not execute the batch file after writing.
