Hi community Since the userpick function was updated with 9.23, highlighting and hiding parts does not work any more in the view app. I have an open support case and will post the solution here as soon as we have one. If anyone else has figured it out already, your help would be greatly appreciated. Best wishes Alex

Planning a system upgrade with Windchill 12 to 13 as well. Looking to see who has been down this road ahead of me and to share feedback. Specifically these questions: 1. Will Navigate 9.6 work with Windchill 12.0.2 CPS8? Or will it fail since CPS is not current? If it does work, it would be great since I do not need to upgrade both at the same time. 2. Does upgrade in place alter or update the database? Just need to know in rehearsals if DB has to be reset as well.  3. Will any custom apps be an issue? I have a few in there. Just checking if there are any special concerns here.

Hello, I'm trying to read the tag values from CSV file to KEPServerEX Channel/Device. The reading is basically working and I can see the tag values which are written in CSV.But here comes a problem: When I want to update values in CSV I get an error that the CSV file is locked. How can I change the tags valeus in CSV to get new values in the KEPServer EX? BRTomaz  

Hello, I want to select in a dropdown from a list users list ( I have already do this ) , but after add in the second list the user, I want to make sure in the list I can't add second time same user.  I can do this from Mashup or I need to create a service that compare the users from this two list and create another infotable?  Thank you in advance.

Dear PTC Support,I have got a student's license for MathCAD. The issue I have is that I registered a Computer I can't use anymore. Version: Windchill 12.1   Use Case: We want a manual input value for creating a large Part Structure. Where may be more that 500 new Parts should be created at once. Later we can modify the attributes and once completed can directly create BOM from there. Description: Current New Multiple Part creation functionality includes adding 5 rows at once. So to create thousands of items at once it will take lot of time.   This is required because part number we have to keep in sequence for all parts.   If we use 5 rows. there could be a possibility that some other user adds parts during that time and automatically system will not take number in sequence.   So if there is any preference or some kind of code which can be written to change the row adding behavior can help.   You can refer screenshot to understand what i mean.   Regards, Jignesh

Have service where I receive infotable, and show it in grid.One of column is STATUS, with integer values to present OK/NOK, maybe different in future.Style for whole row is set acc. STATUS column, so if there is 2 (which means NOK), whole row is described in red.Is there also a way (configurable via mashup, style definitions, etc.), to display NOK instead of 2, OK instead of 1, etc.? Or the only way is to change it inside service?
