I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.1.0It seems that the path for the Temp mount in Windchill has suddenly changed, causing issues with the file storage path. Based on our investigation, it appears that incorrect mount settings are preventing files from being created properly or leading to abnormal file paths. Could you help us identify the root cause of this issue?Here are the errors that I facedmethod server log:ERROR : wt.fv.master - Error in doDirectDownload. Hello. I've been using CREO (first 7 now 10) for less than a year. I pick through stuff to get my job done. The training I received was = none. So, I want to show dual dimensions in the Measure results. Right now, set to English Inch. I want also Metric millimeter as well. I click on the "open options dialog box" and only see option for one unit. Does CREO 10 allow for multiple units displayed during Measure command. I searched System Options and even the search bar. I didn't find anything. That is why I'm here. Please note I am not asking for dual dimensions for drawings. I know this is an option. Just Measure tool results display. I hate having to use calculator for every measurement. Thanks

Version: Windchill 12.0 Use Case: We're looking at a one time migration from one 11.0 system to a new 12.0.2 system, EPMdocuments onlyDescription: Does anyone have an prior experience on using this for this kind of use case?There are multiple options but I'm most curious about the Windchill import/export of containers option.I have a theory it will fail if there is CAD data used across multiple containers but nothing really addresses that in the PTC support information. I know PLM Connector and Packages are other options, If you have experience with using Packages for this, I welcome any input on that as well.Mostly trying to get a feel for how well these worked out(or not) for others. 

I've made a Kepware configuration for about 10 Rockwell plc's. But i have an error on one of them. All other 9 are working fine.It is a 1756-L72 CPU where i have issues to connect with. We've a working connection to another PLC with the same configuration which is working fine.I don't see an error message in the diagnostic list of Kepware. what is the best way to proceed with this to find a root cause and a solution?

Is it possible to get the CSV file of the URL link of the email that is sent from the Data Monitor in Power Automate? I enter the URL link and put in the Headers the Basic authorization, but it does not work. Is something missing in the settings? I use the same URL link and Headers settings in Power BI to get data from a web data source and it works.   

Hi Creo Community,    I have converted the creo drawing file units from inch to mm. upon doing so the fonts of all the text got very minute and smaller. I have fixed it by updating the text values to mm equivalent of inch.   However still in diameter and radius dimensions the horizontal leader line is missing. See attached image. I have highlighted in red.   I would appreciate your help with your suggestion on how I could show it back? Thanks so much!

Hi folks,I have a problem with my 'Line Area Chart' in TWX 9.5.3. My selected colors of the 'Style Properties' are overwritten by 'fill-opacity: 0.5' from the element ':host([stacked]) [part~=“area”]'.The “style properties” of the series all have an opacity of 100% so that the colors are fully displayed. However, this has no influence on the pale color displayed. How can I overwrite this wrong value with 'fill-opacity: 1' with css?  Best regardsMarc

Does anyone know how to save the state of a listbox in Prime 10? I know how in v15, but cannot get it to work in Prime. When a worksheet is closed and reopened, the list boxes all reset to the top line, not the choice that was made. I agree a lot of improvements have been made with Prime, but this needs to be addressed.

This is my first time dealing with locked module licenses so I am looking for confirmation that this is true.   If I call a T2 [PROE_DesignAdv] floating license in my psf and I have a locked module license then my understanding is that the psf will look like this:   ENV=CREOPMA_FEATURE_NAME=PROE_DesignAdv (386)   Where 386 is the locked module featurename (in this case Generative Topology Optimization). If I have more than one locked module then there is just a space between then (108 386) for piping and topology for instance.   Do I have this right?

Hi,I am working on a Thingworx extension that creates an excel file by passing an infotable parameter. The infotable contains strings and TwoDThumbnailURL.URL obtained from `Things["intralox-windchill-odata-connector-illustrated-parts"].GetPartRepresentations`.So far the TWX extension successfully creates the excel file with string parameters, the challenge is rendering TwoDThumbnailURL images.  I have proven that the downloaded jgp file from TwoDThumbnailURL.URL can be embedded in an excel spreadsheet by doing the following steps: Edit TwoDThumbnailURL.URL value by removing the "oauth/" portionCopy modified TwoDThumbnailURL.URL into the browser A jpg file is downloaded into local Download directory. Upload this jpg file to a File Repository. Now that the image file is available in the File Repository the TWX extension code can obtain the image file and add it in the excel file. Is there a programmatic way to do steps 2-4 described above that would downloa

 Logs from Trigger scripts are not visible in server logWe wrote the logs in trigger script same as given in the ptc help document e.g. function print(msg, level) {if (level == null) level = 5;Packages.mks.util.Logger.message("MYTRIGGER", level, msg);}but when we run the script, these logs are not visible in server logs.

Recently downloaded creo 11 and have found that performance very slow compared to creo 10. Nothing in my set up has changed, hardware or software.The on screen colours are poor. I did have the black screen and implementing win32_gdi improved that but when working with assemblies and moving/turning the model underlying redrawing happens and I've looked for an option that would cancel that but no luck so far - as I only need the 3D model. When using text on drawings the screen just flickers. I've tried open_gl too in the graphics (config.pro) but nothing improves performance.I've made sure all the latest drivers are installed too.  Any ideas?Role back to creo 10?

Hello Community,I’m working on a scenario where I need to pass selected dates from Mashup 1 to Mashup 2 using the navigation function, and then return the same dates back to Mashup 1 when the user clicks a back button in Mashup 2.Currently, I can successfully pass the selected dates from Mashup 1 to Mashup 2 using the navigation function and mashup parameters. However, I’m struggling to return the same dates back to Mashup 1 when navigating back.I’d appreciate any suggestions or best practices on how to handle this back-and-forth data exchange between mashups. Is there a recommended approach for maintaining these values? I am currently working with Thingworx 9.5 versionThanks in advance for your help!

Hello,my creo10 university or educational license is about to expire in 5 days.When I start up Creo on my desktop, I am offered the possibility to renew my license.When I enter my username and password, I get the message "customer not verified", and there it stops. I found info online that said I could manually delete the license file etc., but I am a bit reluctant since I do not know if that is the right way forward. Can you please advise me what to do? Kind regards, Lukas Van Campenhout
