Hi, I am still using Creo 4.0 M050. When making 2D drawings of a part, I usually specify a dimension tolerance as 'Plus-Minus' or as a 'Letter-Number' combination (like H6, G7, E8 ...).Sometimes I feel it is more appropriate to specify both. The nuisance is that Creo puts the Letter-Number combination (E8 in this case) always behind the Plus-Minus numbers.So, like this:But I would prefer that the E8 comes immediately behind the nominal dimension, and in front of the Plus-Minus. Like Diam 3E8 +0.05/+0.10.I couldn't find a way. Is this possible in Creo 4.0 ? 

Hi everyone,I’m working on a project where we need to stream live RTSP video into a ThingWorx mashup (v 9.5). In the past (https://community.ptc.com/t5/ThingWorx-Developers/How-to-stream-video-with-RTSP/td-p/627177), it was necessary to convert RTSP to HLS or WebRTC using a media server, but this introduces delays. Can anyone confirm if ThingWorx now supports direct RTSP streaming, or if there are any new approaches to handle this with minimal latency? Thanks for your help!

The Practice section outlines assembling a bunch of stuff that was supposedly made in other modules, but where are those items?  I can go to those folders, but they only contain the files for those classes, and they do not correlate to the items I am supposed to assemble? i.e. Air Circulator needs built, but Class files are for Belt Sander

Is there a way to use the Search tool to find all edges with a length greater than x?Example: I want to round a bunch of edges in my model, they are quite a few and tricky to select. If I could do a search and select all edges longer than 15. That would cover most if not all edges I want.Is this a thing in Creo Parametric?We are using Creo 7 here.

We are getting "Request pending" from Kepware IoT Gateway REST Server.We have configured almost  - 10000+ tags for each site. We have CPU utilization remaining below 30%, indicating sufficient processing capacity for additional tasks. Network bandwidth is available, confirming that communication delays are not related to data congestion. We have only a single Kepware for all the sites. Does it going to impact our solutions?

In kepware there are energy meters tags showing tag quality good but values are shown as zero. All of changes in setting like reducing block size, recreated channel and devices, restarted kepware number of times we got bad address in block error. kepware error guide saying below reason,Possible Cause:The driver attempted to read a location in a PLC that does not exist, perhaps out of range. For example, in aPLC that only has holding registers 40001 to 41400, requesting address 41405 would generate this error.Once this error is generated, the driver does not request the specified block of data from the PLC again. Anyother addresses being requested from this same block are considered invalid.Kindly anyone post a solutions for the above problem.

I cannot get the shell feature to work on the extended plenum.  It fails no matter what settings i put in AND Creo locks up for a good long while after I select the rounds to exclude.  The excercise asked for the rounds to be added first, so I assume it was focing that issue.  I also initially left the main housing unshelled, but when this issue arose,  I shelled it seperately in insert mode and it worked FINE.  I tried both single surface removal and both ends like I want.  I am including the model with the failed feature as reference.  Any help is appreciated.

Instead of simply stating the equation with its result how can I should break it down to show the specific values assigned to the variables and how they contribute to the final result. for example if I have p:=10 q:=20 I want to show r:= p+q=10+20=30 is this something i can do?

Hello together,when I create a test run, and click "Run in Excel", codebeamer (v 2.1.0.0 with mysql) creates an Excel file.Inside this Excel file, in the columns ACTION, EXPECTED RESULT, etc. some characters are prefixed with the "~" character. For example my text in codebeamer test step is    set par_CP_voltage = 12V   set par_CP_dutycycle = 50%in the Excel file it will show up as   set par~_CP~_voltage = 12V   set par~_CP~_dutycycle = 50~% This happens for at least the characters: _ ! # %Does anybody know how to avoid this? Thx in advance,Philipp

Hello, We are working on a project where we aim to collect PhD data using Kepware and transfer it to Apache Kafka. Since Kepware doesn't have a direct integration with Apache Kafka, we designed an architecture where we send the data to an MQTT broker (Mosquitto) and then use Node-Red to forward it to Apache Kafka. However, we're unsure if this is the best approach.We're currently in the testing phase, but as the number of tags increases, we’re encountering some issues with Node-Red. The data is not being transferred properly to Kafka, and we are getting some buffer errors in Node-Red. By the way, we are using Node-Red as a MQTT connector, and while there are many other connector services available, We preferred the open source one.. We are working with approximately 60,000 tags, and our goal is to send the data to Kafka in 1-minute intervals.How can we successfully implement this project? Hi all, After an upgrade in a drawing template, where i updated/deleted some symbols, annotations and change fonts.But, it seems that an old fonts is still present, because i have the message "***.ttf.ndx is not loaded.But for me, the annotations/ symbol which used this one are deleted.How can i purge the drawing template for all the fonts unused?I tried the options upadte_drawing all, the delete unused symbols options but without success.How can i clean my drawings template for unused fonts?
