I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020 CPS30No of Cached files are not changed even after did a manual sync thru JConsole.

Well, I could not, for a long time, view Mathcad 14 and 15 sheets. Unitil now. For those of you who are in the same position: see attachment. Download, unpack, and execute it. Yes, it's an .exe file. But go ahead and, before use, test it for viruses to ascertain it contains none. I did not put any in, so please tell me if you find any. On small sheet files it runs quickly, but larger files take time (seconds, minutes, tens of minutes). You'll just have to be patient sometimes. Oh, and it does have bugs (couldn't name you one now, but I'm sure they are in there), and things it can't do (yet...). It's a start, so far. (There's an 'info' text that you can double-click in the bottom-left corner) But most of all, enjoy it.   Luc

I need to refactor my pc soon in order to fix/isolate a bug that has been hindering my work. I have a mathcad 10 licence that i got from the school. I activated the code a few days ago and now i dont know how i can keep the license when i refactor my computer. I have saved the license file just in case but im not sure if it will help. any Ideas?

what kepserver version should i use for windows 7?, i tried to install kepserver 6.15but it say doesn't support

every time we release a drawing in the Windchill, the CAD worker, creates a PDF of it. like image pdf_number_drw.pdf.   Any idea of how can I change that, we need it to be ( number_REVA.pdf)   Thank you for your help in advance.

Good evening.I would like to implement a MATHCAD PRIME worksheet to map a solution on a circle to another domain. This technique is well known as conformal transformation. However, I tried to solve it numerically without success. I use this to predict the potential flow pressures around a body in 2D. Does anyone knows if this problem has already beel solved and indicating in which thread? I tried with the search function on the website, but no results. Thanks in advance for the support.

I am moving my files from one computer to the other.  I copied the files from a computer using Creo Parametric 10 to a computer using Creo Parametric 9.  I am unable to open any of the files, even though the association with Creo seems to be valid.  The files show up as .prt or .asm, as they should and they have the proper icon.  But I can open any of them, even simple beam element .prt files.   So I'm assuming that there's a reason copied files don't work this way.  Is there something different in the setups between the two machines that I should take a look at? p.s. I'm assuming this question belongs in System Administration, but I'm not sure.

I want to delete data in the infotable by checking from the _time field. If there are any duplicate time periods, check from the day, month, year. Then delete rows that have a value of 0 from the infotable. What methods can be used to do this? 

I have successfully used a specifically sized flat Equation curve in my die designs.  I have on a number of occasions however needed to use the same radius and spacing around a rotation which to this point have been very fudgy.Below is the equation that I have been using.This results in a curve like the following.Would it be possible to make an equation curve to the below shape?   The spacing would be the same as with the top example but I would somehow need to be able to define a center or slope.  Can this be done?

Hello! I'm new to Mathcad (using it this semester in my university, and we are using the Mathcad 15 version, not prime), and i have a problem. I tried to do quantum harmonic oscillator using transfer matrix, as this is the subject right now. The teacher gave us an exemple problem, i tried to re-do it, and i got an error saying "This value must be integer" (it's error from the RR[j] = T(E[j]) line, and the start of the problem is K(i,E) as it seems it doesn't really recognise Vk). My teacher doesn't know exactly what's the problem, so i tried to get help here because it seems the best place.Does anyone know how can i solve it? Thanks in advance!

I have been doing some extension development, and have had pretty good success with it. But I'm struggling with one thing: I am trying to develop a 3D widget, with the usual x, y, z, rx, ry, rz properties to position it. The runtime preview respects these attributes as expected, but the design time view has a few issues: The values appear to be applied twice in the design canvas, e.g. if I set x=0.1, the widget is rendered at x=0.2. If I rotate by 30 degrees, the widget is rendered rotated 60 degrees The widget shows the dragger (translate/rotate) control in the design view, and I can use it to apply translations/rotations to the rendered widget, but those changes don't update the widget's location properties. For example, I can drag the widget "up" on the Y axis, and it moves as expected on the design canvas, but the Y property value doesn't change (nor do any other properties change). I am using ptc mathcad. I am faced with a problem, i have derived an equation and when I plug in the values there is a constant adding with a variable like (1+a1) or (1-a1) the software shows an error that the units are not compatible. Well if the equation solved the unit in the nominator and denominatio cancel each other. What can i do to fix the issue. its like it considers constants to have a unit

I'm trying to create a spring in "Mechanism". What I did was I created two simple components in an assembly, and when the assembly is activated, I clicked Applications->Mechanism, and then a couple of options including "spring" are greyed out. in "insert" ribbon, only "servo motors" is available to select. All items in "properties and conditions" ribbon are greyed out. There is no "spring" option under mechanism tree. I'm using Creo 9.0 Parametric. Can someone help? Thanks!

I need to mill 32 identical objects from a sheet of aluminum.  Operation includes drilling, countersinking, pocket milling and profiling of each part.  I've got the first instance set up in manufacutring and now I want to copy it into a 4x8 array such that all of the holes will be drilled, then all the countersinking, then the pocketing andf finally the profiling.   I'm sure I've done this, but cannot remember how.  

hello. When applying Windchill Authentication in Thingworx Navigate,Windchill's TLS version needs to be set to 1.2 for the Odata Connector and Swagger Connector to function. However, Windchill interfaces with other systems where only allowing TLS1.2 is not feasible. Hello all,  For last hour and a half I´ve been searching here on forum and on uncle Google, but didn´t manage to find anything helpful, therefore I would like to ask you, the guru´s for your help. In general, I´m trying to find a simplest way (report, advanced search, or other) to identify unique objects used only in that assembly in order to mark them obsolete.To explain a bit more, we are creating assemblies from various parts, that can be shared between assemblies (like brackets for example), however I want to be able to identify a list of objects only used in that specific assembly (for example parts unique to aprt number 201000). *If I will be able to generate list of unique objects for specific assembly, then I can export all unique objects to that assembly, enter another assembly number, export list and remove duplicates to get a list of completely unique parts not related to any other product.* Do you have any idea, if that is possible or have you any s

Have got the PSI installer contained in CPS18 running, with LAX_VM $JAVA_HOME/bin/java and with PATH extended to include Windchill/bin.   Also have a link to Corretto Java as export JAVA_HOME='/opt/ptc/Windchill_12/Corretto11'java -> /opt/ptc/Windchill_12/Corretto11/   But the Update icon is greyed no matter what I do. Found the logfile for this in /tmp/user/PTCSOLNINSTALLER_PtcInstall.log containing 140K but no errors that I could see. I found the psi_iir_index.xml file now. That's a clue: it is in a directory named PSI-Main. Maybe I need to cd to the parent directory before running the installer?

I have a flexible torsion spring modelled.I have an angular dimension annotation calling out the angle between the legs. When the spring is in the free state the legs are parallel and therefore @ 0° and the dimension annotation fails, and so does the model.When the spring is shown in the deflected state @42°, the dimension annotation is shown and the model is happy. See below As the spring will be saved in the free state, how do I prevent the annotation / model from failing. I do not want a separate family table member, combined state, simplified rep etc. I just want the base model to have the annotation without the failure in the free state. Any ideas?, Thanks.

I have installed KEPServerEX 6 in a windows computer. I am reading data from the PLC. I want to store some of the tag values in a SQLIte database running in a Linux server in the same network. I am aware of DataLogger to storing data from kepware to a database. I am storing data in a sqlite database in the local machine with help of DataLogger. But I need to store data in sqlite database which is present in a different Linux server. What are the possible methods are available for this. Please help.
