Hello, some time ago I downloaded a test version of Mathcad Prime 7.0, which then after 30 days got downgraded to the free Express version. Since then I had to reinstall my operating system, and now would like to install Mathcad Express once again. However, when using the installation file I saved, I only have the option to install the 30-day test version of Mathcad, which I'm unable to do, because the account I use already used its 30-day trial version tied to it. Is there a way to skip this test version and instead simply install the Express version right away?

I have a stiffness matrix where units within columns and rows are inconsistent. I tried to inverse the matrix but it said " The matrix element units are not compatible with this operation". How can I fix this? If possible. Or I just did this wrong. ps: I this question  a few years ago. The very same question. However, the solution is no longer working. Thank you for any inputs!

Hi, I've been trying to connect to creo using Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications in Excel and it didn't work whatever I've tried.  Let's start from my setup:Those are system variables that I'm using. I've registered vb_api using vb_api_register.bat in administrator mode I've added Creo VB Api......... to References   I'm not trying to open creo using api. Hi,I'm trying to figure out the availability of Arbortext Layout Editor. I filled many times the form but can't seem to get a hold of any salespeople from PTC, I fill out a form and never hear from them. Hi allI am looking for a way to customise the default CALS table rule display behaviour of Arbortext Editor v8 "Editor view". The standard/menu driven way to achive diferent rules in a table display is to modify the relevant table attributes. For example, these 2 attribute changes would give what is required: <table frame=”topbot”><thead><row rowsep=”1”> //first row in theadBut because of post processing systems and outsource providers we want to have these rules displayed for the authors, but with no attributes or any other markup changes, so change the fixed defaults of the built in Editor view. I have looked into DCF edits, stylesheet properties, preferences, FOSI edits without finding any documention/path. Does anyone know how best to achive this or which source files contain the relevant code to hack!?Many thanksChris    

I am trying to bind the 'ButtonType' property of a button with an expression. The expression is auto evaluated when a property value changes.The output of the expression is a string with output value as 'Secondary' or 'Danger' depending on the scenario. But the button type does not seems work, it is always in black color instead of changing the color based on expression output.

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M010-CPS02I have been asked by our business to provide them with the capability to reassign workflow tasks to another user. They asked for Product Manager role membership at first but we would first like to see if this is a permission that can be granted granularly rather than giving the full role membership. I have already researched this and found that it cannot be done due to this functionality being hard coded into the Product/Project/Library Manager roles and the Site/Org Administrator groups and is not on the list of available actions in the "Configure Actions for Roles" app in context Team management. However I've read an article that seems to suggest that it can be done in Windchill 12.1. My name is Rudolf and I used creo elements direct modelling for about 6 years to create little things for my model railroad, but now I have a problem. I wanted to start the program, and because of I don't know the proxy-configuration (I think I don't use a proxy), creo asked for the activation-key. Normally I clicked on the button (Aktivierungsschlüssel anfordern [get activation key] and a new window opens in firexfox, where I can enter my email-adress and my password and get a temporary activation key for 72 h. But since yesterday evening the new window opens in firefox, but the screen keeps white and after a few minutes the message is "Die Verbindung zu www.ptc.com wurde unterbrochen, während die Seite geladen wurde" (the connection to www.ptc.com was interrupted during the site was load.) I have some script that has been working for months... String varName = <some text>;String varDesc = <some text>;<some code>wt.change2.WTChangeRequest2 cr = wt.change2.WTChangeRequest2.newWTChangeRequest2();cr.setName(varName);cr.setDescription(varDesc);<more code>cr = (wt.change2.WTChangeRequest2) wt.fc.PersistenceHelper.manager.save(cr); The result was a new Change Request with my preset field values for my business case.  As of today, this code fails on the cr.setDescription() call with the following message: Message: Resource bundle/Message key = wt.introspection.introspectionResource/21 I haven't found any reason or solution yet... but I am assuming someone has.  Anyone have some ideas?
