I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 10.2 and Datecode with CPS F000I have created a folder and wanted to give R/W access to a group. When I edit security settings, search for the group and add & apply, it is not taking effect. Hello,It's from 9.3.0. The Date Time Picker Widget Height can't be reduced. On the Mashup, the Date Time Picker widget is Occupying more space than the widget that is present in 8.3.4In 9.3.4, also this issue still exists, placing the DateTimePicker widget.  Can someone Help me to reduce the Height of this? Reducing the Height from style properties or custom CSS will not because it cuts off the Container of the widgetThanks,

I'm deep in the docs and forum posts, and I'm looking for a friend to lead me back out of the forest. 🙂 I work in airplane design. I am investigating options for a workflow where data about the final skin of an aerodynamic surface (i.e. wing, aileron, canard, etc) is generated and analyzed outside of Creo. This happens in an open source tool called OpenVSP. The aero surfaces can be exported in STEP and IEGS. I prefer IEGS because I can put them in a text editor and read them to be sure of exactly what I'm getting. For example, for the fuselage, I have 8 IEGS entities of type 128, "Rational B-Spline Surface". They are arranged around the four quarters of the forward half and aft half of the teardrop-shaped fuselage. When I import into Creo 10 with "default" import settings, things "seem" to work fine. But our aero designer is suspicious of the various "fixes", "reparameterization", and "simplify

After installation of windows patch KB5028623/KB5023788, Kepware is giving intermittent error. We trying refresh by re-importing tags and kepware starts showing good values.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 2.0 and DatecodeM250I'm encountering a fatal error crashing Creo. I opened a case about a month ago and tried to trouble shoot it myself with PTCs website and waited to see if it would resolve itself. But I think I need some human assistance. I need to create text on a surface. Simple enough, but the text needs to be like this:VERTICALI could create each letter individually, then align them and space them to make it look okay, but is there a more elegant solution? In short, is there a way to create a text string that is vertical but has the letters oriented in the "normal" way?Also, oddly enough, if you use the ISOFONT, the capital "I" is not centered on the letter. The text geometry is offset a bit to the right side. Weird.

Hi there,I have a problem with Creo 10 educational version. After installing, when I run the program it crashes without any warnings during startup. But if I run the program in elevated mode (Run as administrator) everything works fine?! Now, the problem is that several of us share the same computer as standard users (accounts without administrative privileges). Unfortunately, Creo 10 won't start without administrator privileges. Previous versions of Creo (e.g., Creo 9) did not have any issues with respect to running in standard mode. I have tried installing Creo 10 w/wo the option 'Run as Administrator'. The installation goes well in both cases. But still, I cannot run the program as a standard user. Can someone please help and tell me what am I doing wrong?

Hello, I downloaded the PTC Solution Installer for Windchill 13. I'm running the installer on Linux CentOS 9 Stream + Java 17, for somewhat reason, the installer gets blocked on the first step: "Please wait, PTCSolnInstaller is being configured for your system. This may take a moment"Stays like that until I close it. When I go to the /tmp directory I see that the installer creates a install.dir folder. Inside the temp.lax file I see a message:"The installer either could not find a Java VM, or the Java VM on this system is too old. The installer requires Java 1.1.5 or later. It can be downloaded from -java.sun.com/products/jdk/1.1/jre/".The strange thing is I have Java already installed. Any idea why it cannot find the JVM or it's something else?  

Hello,I am trying to compile C SDK so :1- I have downloaded /unzip c edge SDK2-on SteamSensor examples folder, I have created bin folder3- on bin folder i have executed : cmake .. I got systematically the error :  Unknown CMake command "copyLibraries".OS: Ubuntu 20.04.5I have also installed previously  CMake 3.20I have tried to include copyLibraries in the file cMakeLists.txt, but it didn't solve the issue. Thank you for your help.   

Hi,   I've got a very large .pts file (more than a billion points). When trying to import it inside Creo Parametric, it doesn't seem to recognise it. Is there a limit on how many points it can handle? Or is there a better way of doing this?   Currently, I'm using a different software to view these points. This is fine for viewing but when I try to export my design/model into it, that's when it gets annoying as I lose sketches, datums, etc. and it is very time-consuming to constraint/place my model inside the points cloud.   I'd appreciate any help on this.    Cheers!

Hello All,I have a query related to Annotation Planes. Can we automatically set the Annotation Planes when we select COMBINATION STATE? I have 5 combination states (7A, 7B, 7C, 7D, 7E ) with specific orientations. I also have 5 Annotation Planes(7A, 7B, 7C, 7D, 7E ). When I have to give 3D annotation in any Combination State I always need to select the respective Annotation Plane for proper text and dimension orientation.  So I want to know if I select 7A combination state, Is there any way to set Annotation planes 7A to get selected automatically? When trying to create a HTML representation of a DMC in Windchill, I encounter an error that said "data marked not to be published or not published due to filter".  the Issue number is 001 and the In Work number is 001 and the State in in work in progress. Greatly appreciated if someone can provide the cause of the error and ways to resolve it.
