I have an application that communicates with Thingworx Kepware for linux. This app will be deployed on OpenShift, but I can't seem to find an existing image of Thingworx.  Is there a guide available for deploying Thingworx on Kubernetes/OpenShift?   

Hello,I am trying to recreate this model from solidworks modelmania 2013. (https://blogs.solidworks.com/tech/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/Model-Mania-2013-Phase-1-Drawing.jpg) I thought about using the shell feature for the offset walls of value '3' circled below.I believe I would be able to do this by using the shell, exclude surface feature however I was unable to do that; and it does make sense since the surface is not extended down into the other surface.In the end I decided to use non-default thickness and it worked fine. I wanted to ask how you would approach this? Can anyone help me with this: In Creo 10 Illustrate, I want to move the anchor point to rotate. See a screenshot below; This contains a group of opbjects that should rotate not from the center point but from a another point so that the hinge effect is more visible. I may be overlooking something on how to move the anchor point in this version of Creo.

We are tyring to open the page inside Thingworx webframe.The SAP MII webpage shows the login page everytime but after submitting credentials i get 404 error from j_security.however the authentication works if i use it outside of frame.

2 new articles on PTC dealing with issues with Amazon Corretto 11.0.20 and 17.0.8   https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS397632 https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS397375   I just tried 11.0.20.8.1 on a test Windchill 12.1.2.2 server and I also have this issue (CS397632) of Windchill failing to start. I don't have a Windchill 13 install to test. I have not tried running a PSI solution either with this.   On my laptop I can also vouch that upgrading the java from Amazon Corretto 17.0.7.7 to 17.0.8.7, that my Eclipse sees that it has many "can't find class" errors. Downgrading from 17.0.8 back to 17.0.7 fixes the Eclipse issue.

We just upgraded from 9.8.? to 9.3.5.  Wow, there are a lot of changes that we were completely unprepared for, even after reading all of the release notes.  One of the HUGE things is the loss of the double-click event in the grids!  It is causing a HUGE stir among our users... They are quite ticked off that it has gone away! The double-click event on grids MUST COME BACK!!!Developers, if you agree, let PTC know by giving a thumbs-up vote.  They will ignore this post unless the developer community agrees

I've been trying to add a custom menu item to an existing AMU installation. The documentation specifies that you need to add entries to a couple of tables in the database. (link) It seems like a straightforward process, however I haven't been able to get it to work. No matter what I try it doesn't show a new menu. I know I'm in the right tables because I can edit the existing items and see the changes in the application, but any new entry is disregarded. Has anyone had any success with this? Could it be something to do with the license? Maybe there's an extra step after the DB edits?

I used to be able to drag and drop a model from Windows File Explorer into Creo.  Now with Creo Parametric 9.0, it gives me a circle with a line through it and refuses to open the part model.  I can get models to open via the open command in Creo but that adds extra steps when correcting student work. What changed?      

In previous versions I had no problems opening Creo Parametric model files by dragging and dropping them into the graphics window from Windows File Explorer.  Now this function to open files does not work at all, not for part models and not for dragging part models into an assembly. What changed in Creo Parametric 9.0 that this function will not work??

Hi All we have several UDF defined for our daily work.in general, they are all similar build, the first "feature" is a csys on which a cut out is placed.the csys was mandatory to make the feature (cut out) flexible. now we are facing a small problem with that. if we create a sketch with point, we are not able to place the udf on one point during creating a pattern. is there any possibility to do that? actually the question is, is it possible to place csys on a point? br 

I am using Creo Parametric 6.0.3.0I have data file type .STP, the size about 1000 MB when I open by Creo Parametric, there are warning box show Creo is not responding. Do you have solution for open the large file or extract file(Assembly paty) to small size (sub part) ? Anyone who have experience about this issue, kindly guide me.  

I tried to use Creo 10 today, and got a license failure. I eventually found that I need to download a new license file from the license manager website, even though my hostid did not change (because PTC has upgraded my license to "10 and below" on the server side for me transparently). Got the new file and installed it. Then I found the following message in my license server:10:06:00 (ptc_d) Request denied: Client: XXX (11.19) newer than Vendor Daemon (11.17). (Version of vendor daemon is too old. Dear All:I just installed the ISOView 7 on my window 7 workstation, not problem encountered.But I reallies that I need to disable the protection mode (which by default enabled) in order to view the cgm file in IE with ISOview. Does is possible to view the CGM file with isoview 7 without change the default setting?Thank you.chusoon

when using Arbortext 8.2.0.1 from Arbortext 7.2 and now see my topicref titles are appearing as zeros in my bookmaps. This occurs in Column View only.  I ran the "Update Stylesheet for Editor", but no change.  can you help me  

In Creo Parametric 8.0, in a Sheetmetal Part, the Mirrored Features collector is missing when editing a mirror feature. If I go to a part file, it is there. Can someone explain what I'm doing wrong or why it is this way? See attached PDF for screen captures. Thanks,New Creo User.    

I am trying keep display name of button bar auto selected once we load the mashup.Right now we need to select it manually by hitting the button bar.so my requirement is ...suppose there are 2 display names in button bar and i want to keep first display name in button as auto selected one the Mashup is loaded or opened.can anyone know how to do it   

 Hello Experts,I want to remove the user from groups using API .. license groups (e.g. "PTC Creo Data Management and Visualization License") & user created groups (e.g. "Advanced Viewing users") which are in turn added in license group by admin.  Problem statement: I am using below API to get the groups in which user is member, but it is pulling the pseudo groups as well, like output I have provided below. WTGroup.removeMember(wtUser), Windchill goes and delete all assigned groups and as well as pseduo groups associated to WTUser object. Which might lead to other issues for user. What is best possible way to remove the user from group which are visible in UI (without removing from pseudo groups)? Good afternoon, the part axes and planes are hidden by default when added to an assembly, and I can't find a way to unhide them.  Is there a setting in the configuration that could be the cause?  I am using CREO Parametric 8.0.5.0.   Thank you!   

How inheritance of permissions works?If mashups is calling a Thing and Thing is based on Template - will it take it from mashup, or Thing Template?In specific case:- we have UserA and User B,- we have one mashup,- we have 2 ThingTemplates: TTA and TTB,- we have 2 Things created from ThingTemplate TTA: Thing_A1, Thing_A2- we have 2 Things created from ThingTemplate TTB: Thing_B1, Thing_B2- we want UserA to have access to services in Thing_A1, Thing_A2- we want UserB to have access to all Things.In this case, if we set Mashup Runtime to Service Execute to both users, then we set ThingTemplate TTA to Service Execute both users, but thing Template TTB only to user B - will it work desired way? Will it inherit User B to be able to use Thing_B1, Thing_B2, but user A not be abled to use them?
