Hi,I am trying to view base64 pdf using thingworx mashup.Came across old message that helped me view the pdf using a value display widgethttps://community.ptc.com/t5/ThingWorx-Developers/How-to-show-base-64-content-of-PDF-in-Thingworx-Mashup/m-p/723472#M51519 The problem the value container height is 153px (width 1879) and not full screenTried changing min height property but did nothing. Anyone can help view a base64 pdf to fit window?     

has anyone successfully connected to a brother C00 controller to gather data using Kepware?  

This is a compound curve NO way to trace over it. I need to use it to extrude out form this face. How do i turn a referenced line from reference into solid creo can use? In inventor this is VERY simple you just click and turn it from reference to actual line. CREO can turn normal lines back and forth like this but it cant seem to to the same for a reference line??  

I used to be able to relicense M110 with the attached pdf instructions. But with M190, there is no reconfigure.exe in the bin folder. Are there similar instructions available to relicense M190? Do I need to request a file from PTC and if so, what email do I use? (schools@ptc.com is dead and the link referenced in the auto reply does not exist "PTC Academic Support Form". )I am teaching CREO to our FIRST robotics team at the end of this week and all our team's laptop licenses have expired. Obviously all applications we write, use Resources & Subsystem. Can we treat is "common use resource", for every project, who ever uses application?Generally, with new application/project, we create new users (especially, if it's common use application, or user is used for schedulers/timers/etc.). Then we set permission for things/mashups/etc. inside the project, so the user can use it.Then we find, project is not working, because app uses some Resource or some Subsystem, so we have to have also to add this user to Subsystem/Resource permissions.Is there any way to set Resource/Subsystem is accessible to every one? I found visibility can be set to Everyone organisation, but what about Run Time permissions? 

Hi, I am trying to set up an MQTT Client Agent but I cannot get it to recognize the server certificate.If I disable SSL on the server side and change the MQTT broker URL to "tcp" it connects without issue. I have checked this instruction:https://learningconnector.ptc.com/tutorial/1651056322726/manage-iot-gateway-certificates?source=search It seems to emphasize that you should put the certs in "Trusted Root Certification Authorities", we have our certs as "Intermediate Certification Authorities", could this be the issue?We use Thingworx Kepware Server 6.13.Thankful for any help./BR Martin Siverbäck

I am getting following error while running a custom class file as described in CS353022. Windchill is configured with SSO + OpenDJ.What could be the possible issue?  .. Hello, I have created a mashup which consists of 4 different mashups in it , which is mapped to fetch the data from the database and to display it on the mashup. (my mashup link is something like this https://<xyzname>-dev-twx.es.thingworx.com/Thingworx/Mashup/<mashup_name> As i have also had auto refresh function to the services with 5 seconds refresh interval, the thing is mashup services are getting the real time data but in the mashup we are not able to any data even though the delay is been given to 5 seconds as we have the data  in each second in the database , In mashup we are seeing only refresh loading symbols on the widgets instead of data where the loading symbol will not be removed . How to get rid of the loading symbol from the mashup and make the fetched data visible (also can i keep the auto refresh to 1 seconds as our machine data will be keep on updating for each second , is that the reason why I am unable to see the data)  and also

Prior to installing windchill pdmlink 12.1.x do we need to have sql server installed? or does PSI install the software and create DB, Installation user, and application user? 

Dear experts,I have a question about curve fitting by using Mathcad.I have a formula call Steinmetz's equation. if I have a data like below figure.Based on the Steinmetz's equation, I want to solve the "a" ,"b" and "k" from each frequency.how do I use Mathcad to do the curve fitting.Could you please give me some example.       

We are trying to export a "report" that will show the CAD models related to a given Windchill Part.  Or the other way around; a report that shows what Windchill Part is related to a given CAD model.  We would like this to be able to search thru more than one given, but could even live with just spitting out the whole of the WT Part folder.  We also are trying to do so from a Windchill user standpoint, but might be able to get the Windchill admin to help if it isn't too involved.Any thoughts or suggestions?   Thanks in advance!  

Mathcad 15 has tools to align text or math equations horizontal in a straight line or vertical up or down.  See attached.  Is there a like set of tools in Prime 8.0?   

I'm using Creo 3 to create a drawing for an injection molded part. Some edges that have draft on them show as hidden lines when they should be solid. Arris line on the corner is displayed correctly as solid. Area where text and arrows in image below is open without any features.  Anyone ever encounter this issue?     

The beauty of family tables, they are like a real family, you shouldnt break them up, families stay together.  Here is my issue: Generic part A is at version A3 with 88 instances it in it, -1 to -90 (missing two) Generic part A at version A2 added 50 instances, two were deleted out of the family table. Generic part A at version A1 had 40 instances, -1 to -40. At version A2, two of the instances got deleted out of the family table -39 and -40!  These two dashed still exist in the common space.  but they don't exist in the part A generic, revision A3. I want to create version A4 that will have 90 instances in it, all of them up to date, -1 to -90, re add the two missing instances, -39 and -40. I tried Article - CS314555 - How to merge the latest versions of Family table instances with the latest version of a generic model in Windchill PDMLink (ptc.com) But there were naming conflicts and full of errors when trying to add the two inst

Hey everyone,I have a problem, when I try to activate my student license for Creo 7.The setup finds the student license but says the licensing file is invalid. Any ideas? Update:I got the  License to work, but still have a Problem.Now it says: License request failed for feature Invalid feature name: [Feature_Name] I tried solutions from other posts (editing the startup file) but it does not work.

I am trying to solve a two point boundary value problem. Instead of three initial conditions for the problem, I am giving the value at the end of the solution interval. Can I use odesolve? My initial attempt (below and in attached worksheet) was not successful. If not what else? I have not solved this type of problem before. I know "shooting methods" are one possible approach, but I do not know how to set this up in MC. Any help would be appreciated. FYI I am using MC14, but saved the sheet as MC 11.  Thanks.  

Hi all, I'm using Creo Parametric 9.0.0.0 (Student Edition). I've never had any issues with tthis program before but now, whenever I hover over a plane when creating a new part, assembly, etc., The whole program freezes up and stops responding for minutes at a time. Checking task manager, it was using no more resources than normal but still froze. I tried restarting my computer which didn't help. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Does anyone know any fixes? Thank you.

In Mathcad Prime 8.0 the X and Y axis are reversed to what I normally see.  Y is usually up and down.  X is usually left to right.  Is there a way to reverse the Axis definitions?
