Hello, When I'm writing balloon note with a multi-lines it makes them as a separate balloons aligned Horizontally. Is there any method to make them aligned Vertically like this in one note like the previous one   

I am trying to create more instances in a part with CREO, and then when i check in Windchil an error appears:"java.lang.IllegalArgumentException Nested exception is: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException"The "Java Lang" error appears too in other situations, without explanations, for example when I import a part to Windchill:"java.lang.ClassCastException: class java.lang.String cannot be cast to class java.lang.Number (java.lang.String and java.lang.Number are in module java.base of loader 'bootstrap')"We are at the beginning of the Windchill implementation. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I am using Creo Parametric Release 8.0 and Datecode8.0.0.0Help needed using the cabling reroute feature and route type. Have wires (cable) that I want to change the route type and also want the reroute others. The PTC help instructions are woefully inadequate to follow. I really prefer to speak to someone or a good video for these operations.

creo drawing ver 3.0my client has a symbol defined that is a triangle (lay it down sideways so it points to the left) with a number imbedded.  It is used to identify a note that applies to the view feature.   The symbol is used with blank for number and placed over the notes.  When a pdf export is performed, the symbol has shifted location.attached are screen shots of creo drawing and pdf export.So far I have attempted entering blank spaces for the variable text and "  ." (space space dot) and it does not seem to effect position.

The reason for new installation is because I changed the disc from HDD to SSD. I hope that this is simple issue and I can use your great programme in future for my study.Best regards,Gregor

I was able to run WContentVerify on a smaller vault but my large vault keeps throwing a java.sql.SQLRecoverableException. See below. I tried using a -batchSize=2000 but that did not help. Since the tool does not output anything until the end, how best can I complete the verification?  It appears to still run but these messages will occasionally display in the console and MS logs. Hi,I don't have much experience with Vuforia Studio or javascript. I am trying to narrate each step in an animation with text-to-speech. I have the desired narration script in an array and I wanted to use the currentStep variable to step through the narration array. I am unable to get the currentStep variable to register. I have used the console log to monitor the state of the currentStep but the state never changes even while the animation is playing.   I am using Vuforia Studio 9.11.4.0   

I am using Creo Parametric Release 3.0 and DatecodeM140I have two problems:1. I am using a trimmed surface in my part model to show a identity (text). I do this by creating an offset surface and then trimming it with the text. In the part model it looks great. In the drawing view it looks okay and when I export as a pdf the edges of the surfaces are yellow making them difficult to see. I would prefer to show them in black or better yet to show the surface as filled black to the lettering is easy to see.2. The second problem I am having is related to default "font" shifting when creating a pdf. When I select "stroke all fonts" the resulting characters are in the correct location but look terrible. They have no thickness. Is there a better way?

Mathcad 15 would give me an indication that I was reusing a variable.  Prime 8.0 does not give any indication that the variable is used again.  Is there a setting to allow this feature?  See attached.

For EPMDocument  CAD Part references section (Related Objects Tab), other cad assembly objects are listed as reference type= "Relation Reference" whereas when we query for this record in database table, the same value is stored as just "REFERENCE". would like to know how and where this mapping is done.Thanks in advance    

Anyone sending plans back and forth to Windchill from Project?   I exported a plan from PJL and opened it in MS Project.  Populated the PTC.soft_attribute_1 value, however upon import the attribute column is still not displayed.  What gives?   WC 12.0.2.13

Hi All I created some templates for drawings.One element there is the information about the edge break.I did that on format level because i want them to have on every drawing sheet.anyway. there are situation, where we need to delete that. Unfortunately, this is not possible on drawing level now. is there any option how to delete it or another/better possibility to do such notes/tables/text which will be shown in every sheet of a drawing?the tables which are on the format i can delete on drawing level, this note not.. br  

Hi All,I've just dug out on old creo parametric file (attached in zip file) and opened in Parametric 9. When I look under View->Saved Orientations I don't get the standard lists of Front, Back, Top etc (see screenshot below). Do I need to somehow convert to latest Creo version to recover that, or is there something else I should do? Or do I need to start again?Any tips appreciated.ThanksShaun

Hi,We are trying to use URL property of a web frame dynamically. We have binded the URL property with our service output. But the frame doesn't open/load the URL.If I keep the URL property as hardcoded string instead of binding it to service opens up the URL.  

So I'm trying to call upon an existing simp rep called "Smd_Flat" and then activate it upon a solid sheet metal part in an assembly to get its flat pattern, however i keep getting a XToolkitBadInputs error. Hello everybodyI am using Creo 7.0.2.0. My interface language is set to Russian. However, there is a section called "Intelligent Fastener" under the "Tools" tab, and it is in English. Could you please advise me on how I can translate the buttons in this section to Russian?   I have tried searching various settings, but I have not found anything. Thank you for your assistance,    

Hi, PTC community,Please advise how to solve the CSS styling issue for the tab strip class.So it looks right: like it should and written on CSS on the 2D canva, but it doesn't look right on a preview. I also tried the text do not wrap, so I will appreciate if someone can share solution for this also. 

In Drawing of Creo 2.0 when I click on Annotate tab the fatal error occurs. The rest of the tabs are OK but annotate tab doesn't work. The error Log is attached, could anyone help me?

Hi, I'm trying to have a note as a custom symbol. I want to have it so that when I place the symbol Creo will automatically ask for input. For example we have a surface finish that when placed will automatically ask for a value.  I have a profile of a surface tolerance with a number followed by 3 datums. This is in the note itself: I have \TOLERANCE\ as an attribute:  I've looked at other symbols that automatically ask for a value but I can't figure out what the difference if for the life of me.   

I have created a closed profile with sheet metal, but on the last two bends the corner is not closed and there is a chamfer there as shown in the following figures and attached file, how can I have a complete perpendicular edge there?
