Calendar date and weekday are not matching when Italian language is selected.  Calendar is good with English language.Attached Italian Calendar snapshot, L = Lunedì = Monday apr 11...this is wrong..11th April should be Tuesday.Also attached English calendar for reference.ThingWorx version ThingWorx 8.5.6-b110.    

I habe a long BOM table so I've paginated it into 2 table each one in a separate sheet, and once I choose to create a balloon, it shows balloons for all components even the ones in the other sheet. Is there any way to create only balloons for the components only showed? 

On some computers with Windows 10 using Creo 2 M150, clicking to select something gives the smart filter error about holding the ALT key, but this happens even when it should not.  Clicking a few more times will end up performing the selection.  Has anyone else had any experience with this on Windows 10 or otherwise?We've already tried:Mousewheel workaroundgraphics win32_gdiThanks!

I want to use two variable version for a surface plot for a single variable data fit by setting the another variable to zero how to achieve this? Can someone share an sample example 

When using other OPC products, like Schneider OFS, we are able to see a list of connected clients, listed by the domain user name which was used to authenticate against the OPC server using DCOM. It is very useful at identifying which clients are currently connected to an OPC server. Kepware does not provide this functionality. The closest seems to be by viewing the _System._OpcClientNames tag using an OPC client, however this does not work when an OPC client doesn't have a name defined, which is usually the case for our OPC clients (Pi, Citect), making it impossible to know which clients are connected to a Kepware OPC server. Whenever I connect via the quick client and view the _System._OpcClientNames tag, I only ever see QuickClient in the list even though there are multiple other clients connected. Does anyone know if there's a way to achieve the above with the functionality currently available in Kepware? Or is this a feature that is simply not possible in Kepware? Curren

Hi Everyone, I have one "Double" data type Derived Tag in Advance Tag logging/refreshing at ever 30sec. I want to subtract latest value with previous value (logged before 30sec ago) & store the this subtracted value.  Oracle cummulative tag not working, tried as per manual.   Pls find the attachment for more in details.   Pls help on this.   Regards, Vijay      

Hi, I'm on Creo Parametric 5 and aware that starting from Creo 7, ExecuteFeatureOps() does not work anymore.  It shows a feature count of 2 in CpfcFeatureOperations but the following fails:solid1.ExecuteFeatureOps(suppressOp, regen.Create(False, False, Nothing)) I think the instrs object in the second argument is the culprit.What could possibly be wrong in this argument? Any help is highly appreciated.

Hi everyone,I want to create a dashboard that shows the statistic of unique visitors visit and the duration of it on certain Mashup. Do you have any idea to implement this? What I have in mind is:> Creating a database that records the visitors name and current time and everytime a mashup is opened> And also record the current time when a mashup is closed (which I'm not so sure whether this is possible or not)Anyway feel free to give me your idea! We are in need to obsolete a bunch of existing WTDocuments.  I have done creating new WTDocument using Bulk Upload method, but I have not done Obsolete existing WTDocument before.  Has anyone done this before?  If yes, can you share the xml recipe file if you can? Thank you,    

Is there a way to programmatically duplicate an entity?  It seems some entities don't have thing templates, so they cannot be created with a thing template. 

Product: KEPServerEX 6.12.325.0 + ODBC plug-in I use ODBC plug-in to upload data from MariaDB to KEP OPC DA server. It is working very well. But  the timestamp of a tag on OPC DA server is not updated when the value on MariaDB is not changed.  I'd like to make the timestamp updated always no matter whether the value is changed or not. Is it possible? Please let me know how to do.

I have been trying to connect Jasper Studio to WC 12 to add more parameters to the OOTB Change_Notice_Summary_Report.  Documentation is not getting me to full solution.I can get the datasetxxxx.jar from WC and place it in the Plugins folder along with the log4j-api.jar.I can open the report and do a simple edit and send it back to WC to run the updated report and I see the simple edit.  I cannot , however, see any of my custom attributes inside of the Jasper studio when I add a table or field,Each time I preview the report it fails with errors that say:net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRException: net.sf.jasperreports.engine.fill.JRExpressionEvalException: Error evaluating expression for source text: new net.sf.jasperreports.engine.data.JRXmlDataSource($P{WINDCHILL_URL}+"?proc=com_ptc_windchill_enterprise_report_ReportTask%23ChangeNoticeSummaryHeader&contextOid="+$P{contextOid}+"&isDraft=" + $P{isDraft} +"&uid="+$P{USERNAME}+"&locale="+$P{LOCALE},"/datase

I am trying to read,write data from EXCEL to kepserver by using DDE client.  But I am getting communication quality as bad. I have made Run time process mode as "Interactive". when I am trying to connect runtime the below error is showing"Configuration Connection attempt to runtime failed. | User = 'LAPTOP\PRASANTH KP', Reason = 'The specified account does not exist.'."

I am having issues with my OPC UA Connection with a Redlion Database station 3.1   Before of this Sunday everything was communicating but something has happened and I am wondering if anyone has run into this issue.  There are no error messages in the Event Log and it looks like the device connects to Kepware via the Clients status at the bottom of the app(you can see it toggle on/off when we pulled the Coom Cable).    There is no data being transferred.  Please let me know.  

I have completed everything till Scheduling, but when I went in Execution I couldn't find anything?My stations are enabled and JobOrders are created.I also got an Error stating-->Production Status for "Scheduled" cannot be resolved 

I want to create a quilt and then wrap a sketch around said quilt. To do this, I create a circle with diameter 360/pi and then extrude the sketch to 250. I create a sketch of a rectangle with height matching the extrusion and width 72. If I set the width to be 80 the wrap is successful but if I put the width to be 72 it fails. I have no idea why and would appreciate all help. I am using Creo parametric 9.0 Student version.
