If you have downloaded content to Vuforia View, would you still be able to access the downloaded content in Vuforia View after your license has expired?   

Hi AllI've got a requirement to open the History Tab of a WTPart on the click of a link.I found that we can open Related Objects Tab by reconstructing the link as Windchill/app/#ptc1/tcomp/infoPage?tlnType=part&tlnAction=relatedPartsDocuments&oid=<some-oid-for-a-part>.. I'm unable to do the same for History Tab. Anybody got a workaround?Many thanks in advance.

I'm upgrading our Integrity version 11.2 to the latest, but I have to go to Windchill RV&S version 12.5 first.We currently use MS SQL Server 2008, and if I follow he documentation, I should go to SQL 2016 first, then upgrade to SQL 2019 for the next upgrade.Our DBAs say we could go to 2019 directly.Has anyone run Windchill  RV&S 12.5 on MS SQL 2019, or are there reasons not to do it?Thanks.

Attempting to measure total distance to laser cut this piece of sheetmetal.   Followed directions in another post here about unbending and then creating a cross section thru the thickness and then a datum curve thru that section.  Upon creation of the datum curve it wants to bend back the form so I can't get the curve to go thru the flat.  It's too tedious to measure each length of entity to burn picking them individually. I can't be the first one to have this issue.  I'm in Creo 4 if it matters. Thanks

Hello everybody,I experienced something weird with Creo 7.0.8.0 and Windchill 12.0.2.1 : When I save and upload a CAD, if I am quick enough to create a new part while the upload is running, Creo crashes with a fatal error.This problem is easily reproducible (only need to be fast). Any idea what is the cause of this issue? Is there any way to tell Creo and/or Windchill not to start a download (in this case, the startpart) while another server operation is running (in this cas uploading a CAD) Thank you in advance

Hello all, I am trying to use a orthotophic thermal material in Creo flow (v.7.0.8), but whenever I try to load the material from the main model I recieve the error: "thermal conductivity or capacity for the following materials is zero: Material name". They are of course not zero. If I change to isotrophic type it works without an issue. Can anyone tell me how to work around this? The only way I can think of doing this is by a vertical series of isotrophic thin layers to approximate the orthotrophic properties. Thanks in advance,   

I haven't done a pipe bend drawing in years and don't have the formats/setups that I had at another company. What is the coordinate system orientation on the drawing. I seem to remember the orientation is like in my screen below shot but I am not sure.  

I have inputs which needs to be used for further calculation For ex POP1_2.1 will be used to calculate CO1_2.1 and CO1_2.1 will be used for calculating POP next series and so on. I need some help to formulate programme to carry out this on loop and give the output could someone help?  

I was given a Navisworks file (.nwd) that I need to see if my product fits as expected in the system. Any thoughts on how I can do that? I have access to several CAD programs. I just haven't found a way to get the files together. From what I read online at Autodesk, the NWD file is basically a viewer file (snapshot) so I feel I may be out of luck and I'll have to get with my customer and see if they can give me some other format. Just curious if anyone has any experience.

Hello Community! I have a weird behavior on some models and can't understand where it can come from :With datum planes display toggle to off, I can highlight and select datum planes exactly like I would if the datum plane display was ON... Here under a gif of this behavior (I hope it will remain with this message...) :This behavior seems to be related to the model since I can't reproduce the problem on other parts or assemblies in the same Creo session. Have anyone seen that before? Any idea what could be the cause? Thank you in advance!  

Hi Is there anyone  to answer mine? I am facing an issue while assembling multiple sub assemblies.After gave a constrain to one sub assembly to another one. when i came out from edit definition assembly will goes to fixed position but we have one more degree of freedom. If i gave mate with any other, the sub assembly is not moving with respect to that one.  How to solve this issue? any one answer............!!! Thankyou.

Dowel pin should have the degrees of freedom of Rotation and Translation along the axis. As the stiffness does not affect along the axis of the pin. But it will act rigid in two other shear directions  

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.2 and Datecode with CPS 11.2.1.17API to fetch collection of all EPMDocument objects in the system without passing inputs like number, name etc..

I have this problem where the LED label is blocked by the data. View while setting up the mashup Clicked on view mashup and the below is shown Anyone is able to help me with the above? i was using 28px and font bold for the label.

I have just updated Windchill from 12.0.2.7 to 12.0.2.8 and the workflow Process Manager no longer works. Doing a RMB > Open Process Manager opens the Process Manager as expected however the top pane shows "Error: Invalid Process Reference" instead of the work flow. The bottom pane shows the activities as expected.     Is there anybody else that has done this update and can confirm if you have this same issue or not? I have opened a case with PTC yesterday but have not heard back yet from them.

Sometimes it's helpful to be able to subtract a Creo Cabling assembly from solid geometry.  Article - CS36069 indicates the way to do that is by exporting an IGES file of the cable and then re-importing that into Creo Parametric.  It's not ideal, but it at least provides a way of doing this subtraction. Is there a way to directly reference the cabling geometry, as a Copy Geometry or Shrinkwrap feature, in a solid part and perform this boolean subtraction?  Ideally the solid part would be able to reference the Cabling assembly directly, to maintain parametric relationships.  Is the IGES export method the only option?

Hi Team,  In creo by default there are 3 decimal places in all the dimensions or what we set to.I want to preset the hole dimensioning in creo model and drawing to '2' by default without affecting the rest of the dimensioning scheme. i.e. rest of the features follow default scheme of 3 decimal. Can anyone please let me know if there is a way to define custom decimal places only for holes? I would appreciate your help with it.
